Z10 stopped connecting with my Blackberry Link

I am having problems with my Z10. It suddenly stopped connecting to the Blackberry Link. This is happening with my PC and MAC. When connected with the usb that was supplied I cannot even see the driver. I just updated my phone to 10.2.0.425, Model STL100-3 OS Version 10.2.0.1791 hoping this would solve my problem but still does not. It doesn't seem to be a computer OS problem as it occurrs on either computer. My Link is the updated 1.1.1 build 33. The cables seem to be working fine as when its connected to the AC as it charges. My wife also has a Z10 so i've used her cables and my sons Q5 and I still have the same problem. My wifes Z10 connects fine to Link, just mine seems to have the problem. Further more when I connect my Z10 Link does not open as it usually would. This problem started about a month ago. Please advise.

My Z10 died after restoring from BlackBerry-Link

Z10 died after restoring thru BlackBerryLink on desktop How do I bring back life to my z10 which died totally when I've reset successfully using BlackBerry-Link; which completely died after reset (just mentioning it as successful operation because I do remember the bblink saying my z10 was completed restoring) ... But just afterwards as I disconnect from the computer it came nothing frown emoticon No nothing now as if there is no battery at all; And I think it's not because of depleted battery, if so then at-least it would have given as of the the cross-sign on display as of I used to have on my earlier versions of old blackberry !!! At first it came www.bberror.com/bb10-0015and when I install bblink on my computer and restored it thru bblink and updated only now I remember is I saw green solid light on my z10. Do you know how much guts I need to go inside my house specially my room where exactly downstairs to my room got cracked due to the massive earthquake here in Nepal !!! And now I'm completely **bleep** up and got isolated ... How on the earth I say I'm proud to be BlackBerry user ... I tried to look for genuine service centre here in Kathmandu but can't find a single and I think how on earth I just give it to repair to the maintainance here they lack zero knowledge of English language and only are after androids and iOS !!! Connection with Kiss PC Link from PC to Kiss DP 600

Hello
I have a desktop PC in the bedroom [upstairs] with Window XP SP3 and connect to the internet broadband with ADDON ADD-GWAR 3550 wireless router to IP Talk Talk,
In the livingroom [downstairs] I have KISS DP600 connected to the TV as a DVD player.
I have Kiss PC Link on the PC but cannot get it to connect with DP600
Unfortunately I'm not very clever in setting things up so I was hoping that you can provide the necessary information on how to get it all working please.

I gave it a try myself, only problem is that my /etc/rc.d/kissd works, but not how it is suppost to work:

Z10 phone not appearing on BlackBerry Link and contacts not transferred

Hi
I have loaded BlackBerry Link onto my Laptop and, plugged in my phone and it picked it up the first time. Subsequent attempts do not show the phone, How do I resolve it?
When I initially did a sync - it downloaded my outlook calender, but it said that no contacts were found - even though I have hundreds ? Any ideas why?

BlackBerry Z10 Bluethoot connection with Ford Kuga

We have a problem...
We have a Blackberry Z10 and we would like to connect it to our Ford Kuga. At first there is no problem but after 30 minutes the connecting is canceled. Everytime after 30 minutes the connection is lost.
What can we do?

I would suggest that you check if the vehicule has the latest Bluetooth software available installed, you may need to contact you car dealer

Did scan to Diskstation stop connecting with firmware upgrade CLP1CN1516AR

I use my HP 8600 N911g almost daily to scan to LAN network attached storage, in this case a Diskstation. As of today I cannot scan to the Diskatation any more, it just will not connect. I have tried powering off in turn the printer, the router, the diskstation, letting each sit for 1 or more minutes before restarting, to no avail. I can print from my laptop to the printer, i can ping it via IP address and computername, I can open up its web interface and test the network locations - four are defined on the Diskstation, none of them connect. I created a new definition of an existing folder on the Diskstation and tested that, it also could not connect. From my laptop (Windows 7 SP1 64) I can access the Diskstation folders fine through both Windows Explorer and a command line interface. HP diagnostic tools on my laptop all run fine except for the scan test, which pulls in both sheets of paper from the ADF tray but the second sheet does not quite get ejected and the test locked up my printer; cancel and power button did nothing so I had to unplug it. I noticed yesterday that my printer said it was downloading an upgrade but eventually it aborted. Today I ran HP 8600 tools and it said I was up to date. It reported firmware version CLP1CN1516AR, which I understand was released 7/20/15. Could this upgrade be the problem? My printer is connected via ethernet to a LinkSys router that is bridged wirelessly to a Verizon FiOS ActionTec router to which the Diskstation is ethernet attached. This system has been in place for a year or so. My laptop, bridged router and printer are all within 3 feet of each other, the ActionTec is 30' away through two walls, my latop rates the ActionTec 4/5 bars in Windows icon or -59 dBm from Xirrus WiFi Inspector, from near to the printer. Vey frustrating. Any ideas, please?

I was called by HP Support, they reached me Friday just as I was about to leave to go on vacation for two weeks. They had read this thread and knew it was more than just me. They acknowledged a problem and assigned me a case number but closed my ticket, I need to call them when I am back on the 24th August so we can work to find a solution. They will open a new ticket then.
I hope HP will contact you and open a ticket for you and resolve the problem and issue a new firmware upgrade including the fix so that I can try it when I return, but that might be a stretch as presumably it goes through some QA testing before they release it. At least they should start working on it with your help.
Please keep us posted on any developments.
For a workaround I enabled scan to computer and email scan. I tried webscan interface and it scans but when finished it says click the save button to save but there is no save button, the two scan and cancel buttons remain unchanged from before initiating the scan. I tried both of those and they do what they say they do and don't save. I can see a preview mini image of the page and if I hover over it it presents a series of icons including a diskette but when I click that I can go through the motions of saving but the file is empty. The email scan is easiest to use, I send to myself and it takes a few minutes after scanning to appear in my inbox and sent folder. From there I can download to NAS or forward as an email. But compared to scan to network it is much slower and more labor intensive.

I've searched evewhere and not having any succes in finding a solution. When I manually select my iphone (running ISO7), it says it is connecting and then just freezes up. If I leave it alone for about an hour, it will give me a message that it could not connect. Someone please - how can I fix?

IPod stopped connecting with computer

I recently recieved an iPod and it was working quit fine until one day it just stopped. It won't connect to my computer (Windows XP) and it won't charge. I tried the R's and it didn't work.
What can I do to connect it back up?
The 'do not disconnect' sign won't even appear anymore.

I've got the exact same issue.
Won't charge, but it did yesterday while at the apple store. It was in a sleep mode and wouldn't turn on until it was plugged into a wall charger..and a wall charger only.
The computer usb isn't enough the tech said. So, that worked for all but an hour. I get home and yes my iPod will turn on and play music now, but I can't connect it to ANY computer. I've tried my Windows XP 64bit Dell Precision 380, Windows XP Pro 32 bit on a Latitude D620, OSX 10.4.8 on my Mac Mini, and OSX 10.4.8 on my girlfriend's MacBook.
Nothing will work. Not even the wall charger will get it to charge now.
My theory: the connector part of the iPod has a problem. Why else would the whole iPod work but for charging and connecting to a computer. That are some type of software on the iPod mainboard has gone crazy.

IPhone 4 suddenly stopped connecting with home wireless network

Upon getting a new wifi router, initially my iPhone 4 connected. Last night I lost wifi conneciton on it and cannot get it back. Updated to IOS 7.1 to see if it would help. Nothing. Have reset network setings, gone into airplane mode and attempted hard restart. Have also reset modem. The phone worked on another wireless network and all other devices in our house are working fine. Does anyone have any insights/ had this problem before? House network is Bell Fibe.
The phone can see the wirless network but when we go to connect it infinetly spins.

Z30 issues with Blackberry Link

I recently upgraded from a Z10 to a Z30.
Issue #1
When I transferred all info from the Z10 to the Z30 using Blackberry Link it changed the name of the new Z30 from the name that it came with to a name of my Z10. Is this normal? Can I change it back to the name it had originally without confusing Blackberry Link? Does it even matter?

When I connected my Z10 to my computer and opened Blackberry Link there was a dropdown menu along the botton of the frame and one of the choices was "back up". Now with the Z30 that dropdown menu menu box is not there but along the left side that says that my Z30 is connected and one of the menu choices is "backup and restore". Is this the same thing?

Problem synching Z30 with Blackberry Link

"Sync was unsuccessful
