Z10 - Updated blocked 10.0.9.2372 to 10.0.10.99

Dear Guys,
I have read a lot about guys who wants to update to 10.0.10...
I have a similar issue... When I go to "Software Updates", I see the following screen.

So the update is available but doesn't download even if connected on power source with full battery.
I'm from Belgium, with Z10 STL100-2.
Current OS Verison: 10.0.9.2372.
I have tried to disable geolocalisation and remove my sim card but same issue...
And via BB Link, the update seems to be blocked.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Flash Player update blocking some folders/photos upload?

Why is the latest Flash Player update blocking some folders from view in my laptop's photo library when I attempt to upload a photo to a website (ie FaceBook, Yahoo email, ect)? I'm using Windows 7 and IE 10.0.4

When I attempt to upload a photo onto Facebook or an email (for example). I click on attach/upload and click on my Photo Library, but not all of my folders are showing up, so I can't upload those photos. Although if I open up my Photo Library directly on my laptop the folders can be seen and accessed. Prior to updating my Adobe Flash Player this was never a issue.

I am a Brand Loyal BB'r having had Storm 1, Storm 2, Torch 1 and Torch 2, I love the Z10 and I am looking forward to Z10 Updates.
Yes all phones from all brands have their quirks, i like the Top BB handsets, as i do not see many people with them, and do not want to be in the Iphone/Android club, so have stayed with BB.
I am sure that when the updates come through it will be even better.
Even Microsoft releases under developed OS and relies on Bug reports to further develop it.
I know it feels like we should be further on with the BB software at this point, but if RIM are listening then they could develop this into a great platform.
My most annoying bug is that facebook does not update, sometimes it has the latest news feed from hours, days ago, and not up to date.
So hanging on in there...here!

If you refresh the timeline in Facebook for BlackBerry does it still not refresh? Also if you log into Facebook on the computer is your timeline set for Top Stories or Most Recent? Whatever this setting is set to is what will be displayed in the application.

Cant update from 10.0.9.2372

I have purchased new blackberry Z10 from Canada Telus.
Now i moved to India and I have unlocked my carrier with Telus to use my Z10 in India.
I am glad to use that in India as well but i am unable to update the software from 10.0.9.2372.
Phone keeps give me message "You have the latest software".
so can you tell me how to update the phone with 10.0.10 version.

I wouldn't wipe. I would reload the OS:
To reload the OS after you have backed up your personal files, you should:
Step 1: Turn your device OFF and ensure it is NOT plugged into the computer. Make sure BlackBerry Link is NOT running.
Step 2: Go to this site:
www.BlackBerry.com/updates
Step 3: Click on Check For Updates. It might prompt you to install something, say yes. It will then show a screen looking for your device PIN.
Step 4: While your device is still OFF, plug it in using the USB cable. Once it's plugged in, turn the device ON.
Step 5: As soon as you turn the device ON, wait for the OK button on the computer screen to becomes enabled and click OK as soon as possible.
Step 6: The device LED will turn green and the reload of your OS will begin. This process can take a significant amount of time, depending on your Internet connection speed. The OS is about 950 MB in size so if your Internet connection is slow, you will have to be patient.
This will reload your device's OS with the newest OS and make your new again. Note that this will erase your device's memory (your SD card remains intact) so ensure you backup your pictures, music, etc first.

Sim free z10 update to latest version

i have a sim free z10 (in which i have a 3 sim card ) model number STL100-2 running 10.0.9.2372 and keep seeing on Crackberry and other "BB" sites that there is an upgrade which improves battery life - but my phone tells me i am running the up to date software - is this right ?

Z10 update 10.2.1.2941( 3175) issue

The update stated that I'll be able to open any number of apps in the home screen, but after updating my z10 to 10.2.1.2941, i still cannot open more than 8 apps in the home screen.
As i open the 9th app, the first app automatically closes like before.
Rest all is working fine.
What should i do?

Z10 - updating problems

hello,
i've just bought a Z10. i've downloaded and installed the main software. however, my z10 has been stuck in 'searching for updates' mode now for 2 hours. i have restarted in 3 times but nothing it still defaults to 'searching for updates'. any suggestions?

Windows update blocks CS license?

I'm running CS6 on 25 computers in a windows network (XP/Win7). The windows updates are automated with Wsus. For the second time it seems that a Windows Update somehow blocks the CS6 license. Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign still runs. But Acrobat won't start. The only cure I found was to deactivate and activate the license. And Acrobat runs again. Anyone els also faced this problem?

Just trying to access the APEX URL gives 'page not found' error.
We are still on IE6 because a lot of our vendor supplied solutions are still on IE6 so until we get those resolved we have to keep this browser although we are working on a virtualization tool that will help. In the meantime we have told our users they have to switch to Firefox to use their APEX applications and that means constantly switching back and forth between browsers for them. We have identified the MS critical update patch for this but I am looking for a better solution instead of the interim solution of switching browsers.

New Z10 Update will not let me send text messages

Hello Everyone,
I recently upraded my Z10 to the new software. Everything has been working great except my SMS! Everytime I attempt to open or compose a text message, the screen flashes black a bit and then nothing!
Before the update my phone let me send text messages fine, but now it wont let me.
Can anyone help me out? This has been very frustrating.

RRAS Windows Updates Blocked

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has ever setup Routing and remote access service to act as a NAT service and then found that they cannot perform windows updates?
I have just setup a Hyper-V Server on my production network and create a single VM on it with two NIC's. The first one acts as WAN connection for the internet and the second one acts as a LAN connection for the rest of my VM's on this server. This is suppose
to allow me to create a test environment that is isolated from my production network. I can get my VM's to access the internet via the first VM with the two NIC's but they can not access windows updates or any website with microsoft.com in the domain name.
All servers are running windows server 2012 R2. The HTTP and HTTPS ports have been allowed on the RRAS server. I can ping microsoft.com and it resolves the IP address as.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is the RRAS server able to access the Microsft Update?
If no, please check if there is any firewall or filter in the production blocking the Microsoft Update.
If yes, please try to disable the firewall on RRAS server to check if it is caused by the Windows firewall.

Unable to reply or forward emails following Z10 update

Hi,
I am unable to reply or forward emails via my auth.smtp accounts on 1&1 following the update to 10.0.10.90. Ive tried resetting the email accounts and playing with the port settings to no avail. This is a major problem for me and makes the phone almost useless for my business use. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Z10 update over 15 hours rebooting

my z10 did an automatic update to version 3.0 but has been rebooting for over 15 hours. is this normal? its currently about 96% complete
