Z68A-GD80 Wont post with new GPU.

I have two working Asus 7970 Matrix cards that my PC wont post with them in. All power connectors plugged in, tried two different PSU's a Corsair HX850 and a Corsair AX1200i. Tried both PCI-E slots on the motherboard with both cards.
The cards work in a second PC however, so it seems like its the motherboard.
No display signal, no beeps, no post.
Also, the system posts and works fine with a GTX 590 instead of the Asus 7970, and Sapphire's 7970 works fine as well.

Hello Svet, even it has been posted more than one year ago. I experienced the same problem with a HD 7950.
I just want to say : Yes it works finally BUT where did you find this Bios ???
I use the global website and this version is simply missing !!!*
The first thing I did while seeing that I didn't have no video signal and no boot is to upgrade the bios but I only find the .H5 or the bios for Ivy.
Anyway I have a mixed feeling, quiet happy and yes ... thank you for your help now it seems working fine.
But on the other hand ...what a pity from MSI to have a so bad listing of their bios.

hey mark thanks i took it to a shop today guy said it was 100% compatible so i asked him to test it came back bout 5 min later said it was completely dead worthless so in sendin it back bout some from the guy at the store machine runs awsome now i just need a good inexpensinve graphics pci-e pretty sad when you spend good Money and a few days looking for excactly what you want / need and when you get it its trash im just glad it wasnt my main board

MSI Z68A-GD80 (B3) problem with m4 128 GB

One week ago, I bought m4 SSD 128 GB, installed win7 system, the firmware upgrade done from 002 to 009, and then upgrade the motherboard BIOS MSI Z68A-GD80 (B3). Received a message that "Missing operating system" and since then the BIOS does not detect SSD m4. I tried all the SATA connectors on the motherboard, without effect. Can update the BIOS damaged SSD? so I took out the batteries and waited half an hour. Upgraded the BIOS files on the USB. When first installed win7 is SSD, plugged in, there were two HDDs (1TB Hitachi + Seagate 200GB) On the first drive (Hitachi 1TB), was the system partition with win7. 4s wont sync with new icloud acount

I made a new icloud account and itunes, changed it on the computer and on my phone but for some reason itunes wont sync with my phone so i can back it up and restore my phone, ive tried to trouble shoot it but nothing is helping at this point. When i connect my phone to the computer itunes wont even pick up the device.
Anyone else have this issue??

I jumped onto Parallels ie running pc on my Mac and downloaded iTunes which does the job its a bit clunky but does the job,, any other thoughts? appreciate your help btw

The system used to run a 1.2 Duron perfectly. I then upgraded to a XP2400+ and flashed the BIOS to the latest version. Now when i try to run it with the 1.2 Duron againt it will not POST. I replaced the duron with a brand new 1.3GHz and still no POST. I put my 2400XP+ back in and the system worked perfectly. I have tried clearing CMOS and limiting the FSB to 100MHz and still no POST with the Durons. I am all out of ideas, i have replaced every component i can think of (Video card, PSU, RAM) and no luck.
Someone please help me!

First, you're lucky to get the XP and GF4 to run with such a low rated PSU (and this may lead to problems w/that config).
You did replace the J17 jumper for 100 FSB?
LED readings (see Manual)upon re-installing Duron (all red)?
Did you try clearing CMOS before re-installing Duron?

IDOC Posting with new fields in VA01

Hi,
Previously i asked for creating New fields in VA01 screen.
i got that now i need to create a sales order based on the Inbound IDOC which i get and i will be getting new fields which are created .
And this Fields data is coming from an Extension to the Standard IDOC. Sales order is getting created but the new fields are not getting populated nor stored in VBAK Table.
pls let me know why is this.And provide me with a soultion.

i had a similar problem in my last assignment .
I think you are using IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS F/M for Posting the IDOC.
Here once you go into the code at line number 116 you can see that they are calling Transaction VA01 for posting the sales order .
If you go into any perform there you would be having the User Exits . Use the exits and you need to process the IDOC in the Foreground so that you can catch the Screen flow and the screen number , as you do in SHDB.
Now you need to make sure that you are getting the new screens there where you have desigined the fields on the screen.
And write the BDC Code with proper OK Codes before the Save ok code SICH is reached .
And make sure that you are writing the code at the header level only as you need to update the VBAK Table.
As this is a single screen you can directly write the BDC code for populating the fields data and at last make sure that the ok-code you are giving is the right one.
Pls let me know if this problem is solved , i need to check the code in which exit i have written . But here it would be the same EXIt i think .
the exit name is EXIT_SAPLVEDA_002 .

Ipod 5 wont charge with new cable

The old cable of my iPod 5 broke, so when I got a new one(couple of weeks after it broke) it wont charge anymore. The first time I plugged it in with the new cable my iPod started up and charging, but when I swiped right on the home screen it turned off, then I could see that "battery low you need to charge before using" screen. Waited for about an hour but it wont start up just black screen. Tried to turn it on with the power button and home button but it doesn't react in any way, and my computer won't recognize the device at all.
The new cable is "Scanpart" "Apple Lighting Kabel". I think it's an official one.
Any ideas? Thanks for help.

Hi, i have an p6-2056sc, with a new grafik card gtx750ti (nvidia) hangs on post screen, i have updated the bios to the latest and change the PSU to an 430Watts, but still it won't boot, the card works in another pc so it seems ok, so what could be wrong ? if i put the old graficcard back it works again.

Did your PC ship with Win 8 or Win 7?
Your power supply seems to have enough power to run the card. Are all internal connections for power being made to the graphics card? Some graphics cards need additional four or six pin power connections to run the card.
The only other thing I could think are is "secure boot". If your PC shipped with Win 7 that should not be a factor.
The motherboard slot you are connecting the graphics card to should be enabled in BIOS (you are using this slot for your old card) so that should not be the problem.
Here is a guide on selecting graphics cards written by a very knowledgeable forum member. Maybe it will help.

Black screen with new GPU

I just purchased a K450e and upgraded it with an SSD, 650 watt PSU, and Radeon R9 290. Unfortunately, after installing the GPU, I get only a black screen. I've been through previous posts and disabled secure boot and switched boot mode to legacy. Still nothing. The onboard graphics work if I take the card out, but when I put it in, I get no output from either. Any help??

Computer wont POST with X

So I go out of town for a few months, and when I return my computer isn't booting. Turns out the PSU went bad. So I get a new one and think that everything is fixed but then computer isn't booting up with the X-FI installed in it. Boots up perfectly with it removed. I'm currently using the audio from the mother board and needless to say, I need more than that. So what is going on, and what can I do to try and remedy this?

I have a partial solution to this problem; still working on it though. I'm using Vista Home Premium 32-Bit and an X-Fi Xtreme Music.
I removed the sound card, and booted up. I went into Device Manager, and saw an "Unknown PCI Device". I uninstalled this device (right click, uninstall). Powered down, re-inserted the sound card, and it booted up just fine.
The problems continue however. I installed all the available drivers from the Creative website, but Vista kept detecting it as an "unknown device" and prompted me to install drivers. It worked fine, until I powered down. Went to reboot, and system wouldn't POST.
I removed the card again, and this time went to simply disable the "Unknown PCI Device". I re-inserted the card and the system booted. However, now I can't access the Device Manager. It doesn't appear in the Start Menu search, which is how I usually access it. If I go to the Control Panel, it's just a blank window with no icons.
I'm going to remove the card again, uninstall the device, then try everything again from the top. I'll update later.
EDIT: Didn't have to do any of the above. A second restart seems to have cured all. Weird.Message Edited by littledoc on 0-0-200709:48 PM

I just recently bought a new iMac and it wont let me manage my music or sync anything in my new itunes because i have already sank my iphone with a different itunes. Is there anyway i can resolve this issue?

On the new MacBook Air's iTunes, go to Store > Authorize This Computer in iTunes' menu and sign in with your Apple ID and password.

MSI Z77A-GD80 : Few issues with new board.

Swapped out my old motherboard for a MSI Z77A-GD80 yesterday.
I am liking the board (and fast BIOS) a lot so far! I did ran into a few nags though:
1. When using Click BIOS II in Windows 7 x64, applying new settings to the BIOS seems to take 30-40 seconds (and the app will freeze in the meantime). Anything i can do about this?
2. My previous motherboard (GA-Z68X-UD7-B3) allowed me to wake up my computer by pressing a random key on my keyboard.
If i try this with my GD80, the backlight of my Logitech G710+ keys will light up, but the PC does not resume from sleep mode.
I tried both BIOS settings regarding Wake up Events: BIOS > Keyboard > Random and OS. Both do not seem to work.
Any suggestions?
The device is set in Windows, to be allowed to wake up my computer.
3. I connected a brand new Firewire PCI backplate to the motherboard header connection.
When i hook up a firewire device, nothing happens. I sincerely doubt the header would be busted or the controller on a brand new motherboard would be broken.... do i have to turn this on somewhere in the BIOS perhaps?

Not really a factor if wanting to use the keyboard as a wake device, but in the Device Manager, Network adapter, Properties, Power Management, you might want to set that how you want it as it is a separate setting from the Control Panel, Power Options. ITunes wont update with new information

So a brief story to see if anyone knows how to help me out.
I have had itunes match for a while now and had no problems apart from the typical issues when uploading. About 2 weeks ago i made a backup of my C: Drive which contain's my itunes library (XML and ITL files) and Artwork.
All my music/app/books ect are on a separate hard drive.
A week after backing up my C drive, i decided to clean up my itunes music. All I did was change some album artists names from VA to Various Artists. iTunes did this fine and moved all the albums to the folder called Various Artists on my separate hard drive where the music is stored. Also this updated itunes match, as at work on my MacBook they appear as Various Artists - i.e. the new album artist name i gave those albums.
A week after this windows broke, so I had to format my C: hard drive. The separate hard drive where the itunes music/apps/books etc was fine.
Formatted my pc and restored the backup of all the XML and artwork to my C drive. I open up itunes and the albums have the old names (i expected this as the backup was prior to me changing the names) and when i try to play a song on any of those albums it says it can not find it (this is also normal as the albums were renamed, but do exist in the itunes folder called Various Artists).
I thought oh ok, itunes match will update all my xml library files with the data it has stored in the cloud. But it doesnt. It does not touch those albums.
I know for a fact that in the cloud the albums are named Various Artists as i can see them on any other apple device (iphone, ipad and mac itunes).
Is there a way to force itunes match to update your l;ocal library album names or artists. Is there an easy way?

iTunes Match doesn't really work that way. You'll need to locate the files for iTunes (either on the external or internal HDD), then change the ID3 tags yourself.

In order to help resolve this issue where your iTunes application will not launch on your Mac, I'd like you to please follow the directions in the article below to reinstall iTunes.
Download the latest installer
Open Safari or another web browser.
Go to the iTunes download webpage and click the Free Download button.
Make sure that the Mac OS X version is selected on that page.
Click the Download button to start the download.
Once the file is downloaded, a new Finder window appears containing two items (below). If a Finder window doesn't appear, locate the iTunesX.dmg file (where X is the iTunes version number) on the desktop (or wherever your downloads go) and double-click it to display these items:

F110 posting with new house bank

Hi,
I created a new house bank for a company code and ranked it 1 and and ranked the cureent one as 2.
When users performed F110, they found payment has been made from both the banks? Some of the invoices paid fron new bank and some of them paid from old bank. What could be the reasons of getting the Payment from Bank 2, when another bank is ranked as 1?
I checked the currency for all the invoices are same.

When you run APP , during the payment , it checks for the Ranking Order and checks for the available amount in that Bank.
Go and check in FBZP configuration , Setup Bank determination for payment transactions.
I think the Bank which you gave the Ranking Order 1 is not having the sufficient amount available for payment iey it picked the Bank of ranking Order 2 and made the payment for other invoices.
No where it is there that old invoices get payed by old house banks and new invoices will be payed by new house banks and generally in invoices we wont assign house banks.
But in edit proposal you can change the house bank for the invoice if you want to pay from other bank.
I repeat when ever you run APP , it checks for the Ranking Oder first and then for the available amount in that bank.If there is no sufficient amount to pay the invoices , it checks the Ranking Oder 2 , like that ..................
