Z87 MPOWER: the motherboard hangs up at code A2 every once in a while

I just built this computer...my first build in about ten years.
the motherboard hangs up at code A2 every once in a while. 4 out of 10 reboots it wont post and gets stuck at A2..... if it makes it past that it works fine.
I searched and that code appears to be SATA related. I swapped sata cables, no effect.. I'm using the cables that came with the Mpower mobo.
Computer spec:
MSI MPOWER Z87
i7 4770K processor
2x Crucial Ballistix Tactical 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 8 Dual Channel Kit 1866 (PC3 15000)
1X MSI 760 Hawk graphics card.
1XCrucial M500 240GB 2.5-inch Internal SSD MU03
V700 coolermaster supply.
windows 8.1 pro (bit locker is off)

It only posts when I use the reset button.
A power on or reboot from windows will hang it at A2.
it wasn't doing this when I first built it... but I installed a bunch of drivers. for the mobo and the video card.
For the mainboard drivers, using Live Update or did you download and install them manually?

The New iPad looses cell connection every once in a while even thought my iPhone stays connected constantly. M carrier is AT&T for both the iPad and the iPhone. It just goes into searching more for a couple of minutes and then it connects again.

First, try bringing up Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of the home screen. Turn on the flashlight by tapping the icon in the lower left. Does the flashlight work? If not, perhaps you have a hardware issue.
If it works, check the top of the screen when you open the Camera app to make sure you have the flash on.

Every once in a while, like today, though, Firefox decides to open to my home page instead. I never know when it is going to do this, so I never know which links to save in case it happens. Often, therefore, I lose several of the links I had open.

A reset does not make tthe iPad "like new."
First, let's ensure that we agree on just what is a Reset...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

I have tried the mystical swiping upward on the screen with 4 fingers to get some special sound menu (which I never succeeded in getting). My headphone jack doesn't work all the time either so some times my kids can hear their games and sometimes they can't. I am super frustrated at this point. So any suggestions would be great. Am I missing something basic or do we just have a soundless iPad now?

I have restored it at least 5 times to factory setting and it is still happening. The only way to stop it is to hit the sleep button off and then on again. It happens about once every 5 minutes. If you successfully (completed all steps without errors) restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that points to a hardware problem. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Without any more information than you have offered it's difficult to say why. If it happens again check Activity Monitor (Applictions - Utilities - Activity Monitor) and see if you have anything taking a large %CPU. If you are getting a SBBOD then also check the FREE RAM which you will find in the System Memory tab in Activity Monitor.

Depending on when you originally set up your Apple ID, you may have @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email addresses associated with your account, but all mail sent to those addresses should still come in to the same iCloud account (you can test this to make sure by sending yourself emails at those addresses). IQ804 hangs for 3 min 30 seconds every once in a while.

I've been having trouble with my touchsmart IQ804 which I just got. It had windows vista on it and it appeared to freeze a lot. I updated Vista - nada - I did the firmware patch for the hard drive. nada....
I upgraded to Windows 7 - same thing.... then I realized that it seemed to come back if I left it. Then I decided to time it and it appears to be always 3 min 30 seconds that it hangs. And sometimes it freezes altogether. Memory & HDD & CPU checks come out OK.

Change your Virtual Memory settings to 6500 min and 9000 max, delete almost everything that is HP Media. The Touch screen will still work, with the extra virtual memory available and all the crap apps gone that will hang the system, you'll see a big difference. I am on Win7 Home Pro, x64bit. Also a great program I use that did wonders for the hard drive and cleaned up the registry plus gives additional memory optimization is the iobit Advanced System Care program which is a free download at www.iobit.com

My macbook goes through weeks where when turning it on it goes to a black or flashing white screen. The light comes on but it will not boot up. Every once in a while I get lucky and it will start up. What is wrong with this thing!!!!???

Every once in a while, a black box will cover the windows minimize, maximize, and close buttons, and then I can't minimize firefox quickly or easily.

After a bunch of browsing, a black window takes over the windows caption bar and covers the minimize, maximize, and close buttons. When this happens, I can't close firefox except by accessing the firefox menu. And there is no way to minimize or maximize the window.

Every once in a while my android phone (Galaxy S-4 completely rearranges the order of my Firefox bookmarks which are synced to my computer. Can I prevent this?

The phone and/or Firefox seem to be moving recently used bookmarks to the top of my bookmarks menu, which I don't want to happen. The bookmarks menu on my computer remains unchanged. I have been able to restore the original order on the phone by managing my Sync account, but this seems to take at least a day, sometimes longer, to take effect.

Thank you for your suggestion. I've been using Bookmarks Menu, and this is where the problem has occurred. This week it took nearly two full days for Sync to restore the original sort on my phone.

When I charge my Ipad I just get the apple picture and no charge. After charging for hours every once in a while the red battery pops up bu then returns to the apple.

Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

Z87 mpower max getting AE code

Hello, after getting my bricked bios back yesterday i changed the TIM on my cpu and plug the hdmi cable to the back of the mainboard when i press power i get a screen but forgot to plug the sata power cable the pc opened and i restart it after i couldnt get any signal,i checked the debug led code it said AE code and changed to A0 after some time.I try to clr cmos but there is no signal after i plug my gtx 680 everything worked but when i plug the hdmi cable to the back of the mobo still getting AE code.You think something happened to my integrated gpu ?If yes how i can know ?
