ZBOL entry is not coming in BOL Entity
Hi All,
I have created 1 Z Component in SPRO-> Customer Relationship Management-> CRM Cross-Application Components-> Generic Interaction Layer/Object Layer-> Basic Settings. In the Object table and Model table i have created the entries for the Z BOL. I redefined the methods of the implementation class and tested the Component in genil_bol_browser, it is working fine.
Now i have to link it to Web UI, so i am creating a new view in BSP Component, while creating new view, in Add Model Node step, in BOL Entity my Z BOL entry is not coming.
How it will come over there in the BOL Entity list ?
Thanks & Regards
Raman.
HI, ramana,

Element Entries for some employee not coming
Dear All
I am facing a problem in element entries. Let me take you step by step.
1 - I defined 7 employees and obviously one is assigned as CEO and other as management and supervisors grade.
2 - Suppose Mr. A is a CEO and MR. Z is a supervisor.
3 - I created elements name Company Car element and COLA allowance element.
4 - I created element link and provided Company Car element to a person having position of CEO and grade of Executive.
5 - I created another element link and provided COLA allowance element to supervisors with standard check box checked.
6 - when i returned to employee form to confirm the element entries then their i found that list of value containing entries of company car allowance for CEO is coming in element entries form, but when i check for supervisors then in entries form list of values containing no entries.
Note: Effective date for all the entries i took is 01-Jan-2009. I am setting up all the setup on vision instance.
Can any one share the idea what could be going wrong.Duplicate thread

Presence the phone and mobile field entries not coming from LDAP
I tested by changing name and all...working fine changes happening
But the phone field is not coming at all
ANY IDEA????I'm sorry if I misunderstood you. But it looks like there's some confusion here.
Confusions and mistakes are usually caused by false assumptions.
CUPC gets LDAP attributes from LDAP directly. CUPC does not retrieve those attributes from CUPS.
If you're troubleshooting double-click on CUPC, the CUPS presence viewer doesn't help at all.
When you double-click a contact in CUPC, CUPC dials the number in "BusinessPhoneNumber". By default "BusinessPhoneNumber" is mapped to "telephoneNumber" in Active Directory.
If you cannot double-click a contact to dial, that's because "BusinessPhoneNumber" was blank.

Data not coming from DOE to Mobile After defining Rule for device attribute
Hi All,
I have created a DO and rule for it.In case of Bulk Rule for all definition when i triggere extract from Portal then all the data comes to outbound queue but when i define rule for Device attribute then no data comes to my Outboun queue.Here is the scenario what i am doing :
1. I have order header in my backend which has a field named "Work_Center" and this will be criteria field.
2. In CDS table i have all the records for all the work center.
3. Now in RMM under customized , i have added an attribute named "Work_center".
4. Now i defined a rule with Device attribute mapping and activated the rule.
5. Now on Portal i assigned this data object and in the device attribute tab i assigned the value(this value exist in CDS table for few orders) of a Work center to the attribute "Work_Center" .
6. Then i triggrere extract but its Outbound queue is empty, what could be the reason.
Is my approach is correct
Regards,
AbhishekHi Abhishek,
You can check one ore thing, after you have performed all the steps till step 5, i.e. just before triggering
extract. Check if the AT table for ur DO has entries based on the criteria specified by you...
1. In the workbench click on the Data Object, and then right click and select "View Metadata".
2. Select Distribution Model tab.
3. Now select your DO's Association table.
4. For the input field DEVICE ID specify your corresponing device id,and also for status field specify it
as "I" and execute
If there are any entries now in the AT table, and on triggering extract if they are not coming to the
outbound Q there is some EXTRACT Q blocked. And is there were no entries in the AT then the rule
specified is not the satifying.
Thanks,
Swarna
Now if you have entries w -
Delta changes in R/3 sales document are not coming into CRM
Hi Middleware experts,
We are on CRM 5.0 SP 005 with ECC 5.0 SP 007 and using the scenario X for sales documents replication.
Now the order is created in CRM and successfully transfered to R/3. I can see 3 Bdocs in SMW01 with green lights. First Bdoc says 'R/3 adapter is called', second Bdoc says 'the order is successfully saved' and displays a warning 'The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data' and third Bdoc has no messages. Also I do not see any struck queues in CRM and in R/3
I am able to edit the sales document in both the systems as per the scenario X. Now I have completed and saved the document in R/3. Surprisingly these changes are not coming into CRM and no new entries in SMW01. Also R/3 SMQ1 and CRM SmQ2 doesn't show any entries. I am also not able to debug, since I do not see any Bdocs in SMW01.
Now, if I changes the document in CRM and these changes are coming into R/3.
Also all documents created in R/3 are successfully going into CRM including delta changes in R/3.
I do not have any clue on what is happening? Highly appreciated, if you can help me.
Thanks,
PKHi PK,
In R3AC1 only we put the filter. So if you do not have any other filter then make sure that you are changing the order which was created not before the date mentioned.
I would recommend you to just deregister the CRM system in R/3 Transaction SMQS and do some changes in the orders and check any queues are getting created corresponding to that order, If yes that means filter is not an issue. Then debug the queue and find the exact problem. Also make sure that the order you are changing in R/3 is of the same order type what you have mentioned in the filter.
Make sure to registor back the CRM other wise all the queues will get stuck in R/3 outbound.
<b>Reward points if it helps!!</b>
Best regards,
Vikash.

Plz help me regarding this. The portion of the code is given below.

System is not coming up in MSCS environment after offline backup from DB13
Hi All,
SAP system is not coming up after DB offline backup from DB13.
Here are the details of system. SAP XI 3.0 SR1 NW04 running on Microsoft clustered environment windows 2003 and Oracle 9.2.0.6.
My observations:-
1. All the services of cluster admin was up except XE1.World when DB offline backup completed (executed through DB13).
2. services.msc entry OracleXE1920TNSListener (automatic start) and OracleServiceXE1 (automatic start) was down.
and sqlplus "/as sysdba" was failing with ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error.
Please note gw/netstat_once parameter is alredy there with value 0.
Further I would like to add, when I started cluster admin service XE1.World by right click - bring online, services.msc entry OracleServiceXE1 came up, but OracleXE1920TNSListener was still down, then I started listener from cmd mode lsnrctl start.
Kindly suggest.
Thanks & Regards
Praveen Verma

Custom field added by AET is not editable - not added to BOL structure
Hi ,
We had created a new field using AET in Products Assignment Block of Campaigns as a line item.This is a drop down field.
But in WEB UI,this field is being displayed as non-editable dropdown.
In AET, we opted Business Object as MKT_CPG and subobject as PRD.
But the issue is that the Dependent objects CPGProducts and CPTProducts BOL Entity Structures are not getting enhanced with this new field and i guess , so the field is appearing as non-editable in WEB UI.
PRODUCTS context node is using the structure CRMS_MKTPL_IB_CPG_PROD(BOL object CPGProducts).
All other related object structures(Structure of that of Dependent Objects AGRProduct ,DLMProduct etc) are being appended with the newly created field.
Component : CPGOE_ABLOCKS
View : CPGOE_ABLOCKS/OVELProducts
Context Node : PRODUCTS
Attribute structure that needs to be enhanced for our requirement : CRMS_MKTPL_IB_CPG_PROD.
We are not using Genil Shared memory in our dev system.
Any pointers to solving this problem is highly appreciated.
Thanks
Swapna.Hi Sherwin,
Please follow the corrections in note : 1472567
I only raised an OSS message back in July 2010 with SAP when I had similar requirement.

Hi,
In our landscape developers are trying to send Idoc from R/3 to XI system.
We have created RFC_XI as RFC connection, which they are using to trigger IDoc from R/3 to XI. Now IDocs are getting triggered from R/3 without any error, but they are not coming to XI.
Now when I checked Inbound queues in XI and found that all queues start with XBTI* are stuck with SYSFAIL error.
Through SXMB_ADM I have tried to register and activate queue for XBTI* but it gives error as below:
Error while activating queue XBTI*
Message no. XMS_ADM610
Can anyone help me regarding this so that IDocs can be processes between these systems.
How can we see wats the issue while activating Queues?
Is there anything else needs to be configured between these two systems?
Thanks & Regards,
ManishHi,
First of all thanks for so quick reply.
I have checked at XI Side:
In IDX2 in loaded meta data, two types of Idocs are showing
ORDERS02 and CREMAS01
In IDX1, Partner port and RFC have been configured.
at R/3 side:
RFC is checked its working fine.
Using WE20 and WE21, Partner profile and port been configured already.
In SMQS below is the status:
<R/3 Client> RFC_XI R 10 60 INACTIVE 0 <R/3 HOST NAME>
Register the destination in QOUT scheduler (SMQS) and make it as active
Destination is there (as per above) I hope entries are correct but its showing INACTIVE. How to activate it?
Select the queue from WEOUTQUEUE transaction and start the queue processing; now you can see that your XI starts receiving the Idocs
In WEOUTQUEUE when trying to see IDocs using Reciever Port as RFC_XI its showing nothing.
While I checked sent IDoc status using WE05, previously it was taking port as RFC_XI for sent IDoc but now its taking port SAPID6 after I defined port in XI for R/3 using IDX1.
For SYSFAIL Status, further message is as below:
XI restart in qRFC not allowed
Any more ideas or help? Will appreciate if anything step wise can be refer to check and rectify this error.
Thanks & Regards

Journal Entry Remarks not comming
Hello Everyone,
I am trying to create Journal Entry using DI API .The problem i am facing is that the remarks at the row level is not coming in certain cases.
Code:-
/*this is to add remarks at header level*/
_journalEntries.ReferenceDate = Convert.ToDateTime(_dataRowHeader["EntryDate"]);
_journalEntries.Memo = Convert.ToString(_dataRowHeader["Description"]);
/**This is to add remarks at row level/
_journalEntries.Lines.PaymentBlock = SAPbobsCOM.BoYesNoEnum.tNO;
_journalEntries.Lines.Credit = Convert.ToDouble(row["CreditAmount"]);
_journalEntries.Lines.Debit = Convert.ToDouble(row["DebitAmount"]);
_journalEntries.Lines.CostingCode = Convert.ToString(row["CostCenterCode"]);
_journalEntries.Lines.LineMemo = Convert.ToString(row["Remark"]);
_journalEntries.Lines.Add();
By default in SAP B1 the remarks at the header level gets filled at the row level..so is this issue because of this reason.is there any way i can prevent the remarks at header level to be filled at row level..??
Thanks and Regards,
Anuj KumraHi Anuj,
With this code I got the remarks on the line. Even when setting Memo to null.
var je = oCompany.GetBusinessObject(BoObjectTypes.oJournalEntries) as JournalEntries;
je.Memo = null;
je.Lines.AccountCode = "100000";
je.Lines.Credit = 0;
je.Lines.Debit = 150;
je.Lines.LineMemo = "some string";
je.Lines.TaxDate = DateTime.Now;
je.Lines.Add();
je.Lines.SetCurrentLine(1);
je.Lines.AccountCode = "101000";
je.Lines.Credit = 150;
je.Lines.Debit = 0;
je.Lines.LineMemo = "some string";
je.Lines.TaxDate = DateTime.Now;
if(je.Add()!=0)
throw new Exception(oCompany.GetLastErrorDescription());
So I guess in your case it might be that the row["Remark"] has no data in it.

The vendor code is not coming against some Assignment line items with the
Hi All,
While executing t.code FBL3N,the vendor code is not coming against some Assignment line items with the GL A/C4607000, some line items it is coming.
The GL A/c 4607000 is GR/IR clearing a/c.
Please let us know why this situation is happeing at the time of FBL3N.
Thanks
RamHI,
By activating the special fields you can the vendor number, but use the new reprot called "FAGLL03 - Display/Change Items (New) ".
First go to SPRO> Financial Accounting (New)> General Ledger Accounting (New)--> Master Data > G/L Accounts>Line Items --> Define Special Fields for Line Item Display
Click on New Entries -
Table - BSEG - Field - LIFNR
Save. Now execute the report - FAGLL03 - Display/Change Items (New)
Give the gl account number and execute.
After getting the line items list from menu select --Settings --> Special Fields --> Click on New Entries --> Enter Table BSEG, Field Name LIFNR.
After this come back and execute again. It will give you the vendor number.
Thanks & Regards,

9967029930TDS posted from MIRO will not reflect in line item report, i have taken opinion from SAP for the same issue few days back, SAP has given the following opinion.
*With reference to the difference in behaviour as compared to the document posted for example from MIRO which is an MM transaction and FB60 which is a FI transaction please note the following:
The withholding tax amount that you are using i.e. Field BSEG-QBSHB is designed to fill for the classic withholding tax. And extended withholding tax information is stored exclusive in table WITH_ITEM.
Also note that MIRO does not give the user the control in case of Classical withholding tax. It only supports Extended withholding tax. Hence it does not populate BSEG fields in case of Extended WT.
So in MIRO, the data for extended withholding tax are saved within the table WITH_ITEM and not within the table entry BSEG-QBSHB. The latter isnot updated during the procedure. Furthermore it is not possible to select data from table WITH_ITEM
within the transaction FBL1N in a transparent and unique way, as FBL1N only reads BSEG / BSIK / BSAK tables.
In your line layout,you define a field BSEG-QBSHB. But actually the field of vendor/customer line item is filled with zero from FI. Thus,it shows zero in line item display*
Please review note 363309 for detailed explanation and explains the functionality which is valid even for your release.
So it is not possible to display withholding tax information in the line item display transactions, since this information is not
held in the BSEG / BSIK / BSAK tables, but is instead stored in the WITH_ITEM table.
Please convey to your client, standard SAP will not show the TDS information in line item reports, documents posted from MIRO and refer the note 363309. -
