ZBOOK 17 - Flash Cache & General System Failure

Greetings,
History:
On my first windows install on my Zbook 17, the OS installed the System Reserved partition on the flash cache SSD. I figured I'd do a reinstall when I ordered and installed a 1tb SSD. I removed all HDDs and the flash cache, installed the OS, then turned off the computer and re-installed the flash cache. Now when I try to boot it gives me 5 blinks on the caps/num lock along with a lovely black screen.
Has anyone ran into this before? Anything I could do to fix it? Thanks in advance,

To get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since the HP ZBook 17 is a commercial product. You can do this here Notebook - HP ProBook, ZBook, EliteBook, Compaq, Slate/Tablet PC, Armada, LTE

As a heads up before heading over there, the 5 blink code on the Caps Lock light indicates a motherboard failure. This doesn't always mean a hardware issue but in most cases requires a repair.
