Zen 4 imaging pmap and transaction server errors
Hi,
I am running Zen4 ir7 on a netware 65 sp5 server and trying to run use pxe at the workstation to get images to upload from new workstations. I am running into an error when pxe loads and gives me the following two messages
No response from portmap service
No response from transaction server
I noticed that at the pdhcp server that pmap doesn't seem to be loaded and I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions

also those error messages could be misleading.
so when you do a pxestart you don't get any error messages in the server
log file?
is that server a multihomed server?

Sharepoint web application was unable and show error 403 forbidden and 503 server errors
Hi
i some times loose connection to sharepoint site where i am working with,i was just run some powershell scripts to update
a filed value in a document library only
and it some times show in browser 403 Forbidden error and some times 503 server error
when i check in event viewer i got this below errors
adilThat particular 'error' is OK. It just means that a non-Farm Admin service account doesn't have the rights to run that sproc. Normal with best practice security in mind.
You may want to check the IIS logs to see what the
subcode for the 403/503 errors are.

It looks like this error is pretty common around here.
Anyway, I've encountered my Cloud Synching freezing up at about 1.35GB worth of actual content. I wouldnt mind uploading more but Im not able because of the Server Error pause. This would be very helpful in the realm of After Effects projects where my footage is bundled into one folder (though there are many sub-folders to keep things organized).
I've tried deleting Preference files and installing/reinstalling with no luck. An Adobe Rep in online chat brought me here and I've checked the list of files that have odd file names and what-not. What gives, Adobe? Are there any other fixes for this and is there anyone out there that can help me work across multiple platforms? Thanks for responding. Here are the errors Im getting.
My file sync went up to 1.35GB and paused. It does not go any further. This isn't particularly helpful since Im using After Effects and we've collected our files on Clouds before without problem for a team of different artists.
I myself am using a Mac system, an older model of a MacBook Pro, using Mavericks (which has it's own issues).
This is happening with the Desktop client. I have tried using the Web Page before but I can only do this manually, one folder at a time and even then, uploads are slow (which would be forgiveable) but still unsuccessful. -
LabView Crashing and compile server error.
Hi,
I'm having some errors when I compile code for my FPGA (PXI-7831R). I am using LabView 8.2.1.
Sometimes labView crashes completely and sometimes it comes up with a compile server error.
My code contains 3 VI's. The first send sends digital output and reads digital input 10 times and then called another VI to save these results. The second VI repeats the first VI 10 times.
When the first VI is compiled on its own it works (including the saving data VI which saves it to a FIFO) but when the second VI is compiled, that is when it errors.
I have attached the compile server errors and the screen dumps of when labView crashes.
Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?
Thanks.ok. Let me try and make my problem a little clearer....
I have now combined all the VI's into one.
It is supposed to write to the digital output and read from the digital outputs 10times at a rate of 10us and store the data to the FIFO. This process is then repeated at a rate of 80ms for 8 times.
I have attached a word document with an explanation on the error.

Customize the 404 and 500 server error pages
how can I customize the 404 (http 404 error) and 500
(internal server error) server error pages?
Where are the corresponding pages?
thanks for your help
CelestinoTheoretically, quite easily:
The default error pages can be overriden by any html/jsp/servlet resource. You have
only to map the error codes with your own error pages within the Deployment Descriptor
file (web.xml).
See the documentation for details.

How do I fix the web and wiki server - error reading settings?
Hello,
I upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion and installed the OS X Server. The Wiki pane has the error message "Error Reading Settings". The Websites pane looks fine, but when I click on "View Server Website", I get the webpage that simply says "Server Error". (I am wondering if these are interrelated, which is why I put them in the same discussion.) I will note that the admin tools must have changed since trying to follow the discussions for previous versions of the Server leads to paths that are not present. Any suggestions on what to try would be most appreciated. Many thanks!Hello. Unfortunately, serveradmin is indeed one of those paths/tools that are no longer present in the new version of OS X Server. Either that, or it is renamed to something new that I am not aware of. However, doing a ps -A | grep -i postgres, I get the below. I am not sure if this really means postgres is running or not. Looking in system.log file, I am noticing a weird error (attached). Any thoughts on this would be most appreciated. Many thanks!

JAZN Security and Internal Server Error
Hi,
I have set up two projects in a workspace. One is the demo application callerInfo and the other one is my own project. The callerInfo works as expected, but my own project throws an Internal Server Error. In my own project I have mimicked the project settings, web.xml, and orion-web settings of the callerInfo app. If I remove the security role mapping in orion-web my application runs as expected, but obviously I cant log in when hitting the protected web resource.
What should I be checking?Even more info:
I have now fused the two projects into one. The callerInfo index.html works. My main.jsp throws the same error as before. I removed all dynamic content and it still threw an error. Then I changed it to an html file and then it displayed ok. Similarly I changed index.html to index.jsp and hey presto it threw the same error as all other jsp. The problem dissapears completely when I remove the security role mapping in orion-web so it is JAZN related. In addition it all works when deploying to external server.
This is most bizzarre and quite frustrating. Any help of ideas of whats going on would be much appreciated.

Win7 and now Server Error [2007]: "Database connection information not acce
I support a 8.3.x server with Insight plugin in use. This has worked for some time now with WinXP. The issue comes into play when the company is upgrading users to Win7 stations. First, the zero-admin (download and install setup launch) is failing. The Install window opens but doesn't seem to be able to complete. Then, when we do get the plugin installed via the manual download and install, we then reach a point where the bqy will not connect with the Server Error [2007]: "Database connection information not accessible. Processing is disabled." If we proceed from there, we'll get Server Error [6] PUB_NullArgument errors and empty "Show Values" limit boxes. So it's like the .oce information is not received on the Win7 platform - it still works fine on WinXP installations.
And, I know it can work, as the PC Support personnel were able to get this working on one PC.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
KeithI assume that there has been no reply to this thread. The problem still persists, with intermittent success. I hope that someone can shed some light onto the Server Error [2007]: "Database connection information not accessible. Processing is disables." message.
Thanks again,

Axis2 and Internal Server Error, No Stack Trace
I have deployed the Axis2.war file to an OC4J instance through the administration console.
However, when I attempt to go to:
http://localhost:7777/axis2/axis2-web/index.jsp
and click on validate or any of the links I get an "Internal server error" with no stack trace.
I have created a shared-library where I have placed the following JARs:
axis.jar
jaxrpc.jar
wsdl4j-1.5.1.jar
saaj.jar
commons-discovery-0.2.jar
commons-logging-1.0.4.jar
and I have imported the library into orion-application.xml for axis.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Here is the error in the application.log file, It can't find the include directory because that is located in the axis2/axis2-web directory.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Import image iso of Window 2003 and 2008R2 Server Error

Code signing and Timestamp Server Error
Warning: I’ve got exactly 2 days experience with AIR
but a client wants to add file IO capabilites to a
touchscreen/Flash application we developed and AIR seems to be our
only choice.
From CS4 I can publish an AIR 1.5 application with a self
signed code certificate but I get the error “Could not
connect to timestamp server”, I can then disable the
timestamp and get the warning: “If the AIR application is not
timestamped, it will fail to install when the digital certificate
expires. Are you sure you want to disable timestamping?” I
can proceed without the timestamp and everything seems to work.
So I’m wondering, when does my certificate expire? I
think I might have read 5 years. What do my clients do if they have
to reinstall the application after 5 years? Make them pay for
another copy ;-) Lastly, how do I avoid the timestamp error? Sign
up with a CA like VeriSign at $500/yr, not gonna happen for just
one client.
Sorry to sound a little testy but I could have written
exactly the same application in Director and not had to worry about
this code signing business. You need to have a network connection for timestamping to
work. If that network connection uses a proxy server, you may also
need to set up the JRE to use that proxy (See
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000020600.xml).
When the certificate expires, the AIR file can't be used
anymore if there is no timestamp.
A timestamp verifies that the certificate was valid when the
AIR file was signed, so the AIR app can be installed even after the
cert expires when a timestamp is present.
Timestamps do not require a Verisign, or any other commercial
certificate. The service is free. -

Fresh EnterPrise One 9.0 (@MSSQL) installation and security server error
Hello!
I've managed to complete Standalone installation without any issues (Win XP SP2 EN) but I have encountered a problem with first login. After entering the password I'm receiving following message: "waiting for security server" and then: "unable to locate security server". Final one says: "failed to communicate with security server: unable to locate security server" and that's it. I can't log in. I've noticed few things:
jdenet_n.exe is not being started with the system startup - I'm running it manually
I can see it's working on correct port (6012 as entered in JDBJ.ini)
Data Sources seems to be configured fine. I've just switched all words '(local)' and 'localhost' to my PC name in Data Source server name, JDE.ini and JDBJ.ini (at all locations). Someone did advice this step if there are security server issues like mine - it didn't help.
I was following these steps in order to complete the installation, maybe it will help: http://e1tips.com/2011/11/03/jd-edwards-enterpriseone-9-0-standalone-installation/
I've run out of ideas and google is not able to help any more. Have you encountered it before? I will be grateful for any advice!
My best regards
Rafał
Edited by: 932762 on 2012-05-08 04:04Yes all Oracle9iAS installs will have perl directory.
When you run emctl, please make sure Oracle_HOme variable is set properly
You are running the command as the user who installed Oracle9iAS
The restriction to bring down em during second installs will be addressed in the subsequent releases.

How to data insert Source server and Linked server (Target Server) at same transaction
I have try several times for Data insert Source server and Linked server (Target Server) at same transaction. I am using Begin transaction. but Source server is completed and Linked server error (or Linked server Completed and source server
ERROR). at this moment I want ROLL back. how?Hi
Run below query by changing to yourr linked server name and see if DTC is enable or not.. if not
Begin distributed transaction
select * from [ServerName].master.dbo.sysprocesses
Commit Transaction
To enable MSDTC on each Web server on Windows Server 2008
Click Start, click Run, type dcomcnfg and then click OK to open Component Services.
In the console tree, expand Component Services, expand Computers, expand My Computer, and then expand Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
Right click Local DTC, and click Properties to display the Local DTC Properties dialog box.
Click the Security tab.
In the Security Settings section, click Network DTC Access.
In the Client and Administration section, select Allow Remote Clients and Allow Remote Administration.
In the Transaction Manager Communication section, select Allow Inbound and Allow Outbound.
In the Transaction Manager Communication section, select Mutual Authentication Required (if all remote machines are running Windows Server 2003 SP1), select Incoming Caller Authentication Required (if running MSDTC in a cluster), or select No Authentication
Required if some of the remote machines are pre-Windows Server 2003 SP1. No Authentication Required is the recommended selection.
Select Enable XA Transactions, and then click OK.
Repeat steps 1 through 9 on the other Web servers.
Thanks
