Zend optimizer and PHP startup: unable to load errors

I am finding some errors in the log for my site about zend
optimizer and PHP startup: unable to load dynamic library.
as far as I know, I have never used PHP and i have never done
anything with this zend optimizer. i need some help!
there are some references in there to some pretty strange
websites. my site is a wedding photography site!

Under Fedora 9 I used :
locate oci8.soI had to use yumex to install a bunch of php files (pecl and phpize) that had the programs to dowload and install oci8.
Another post has the instructions! Search on phpize or pecl
in /etc/php.ini put :
extension=oci8.so

Yes, that kind of tallies with my experience ... after 3 days of useless iPhone 3G (BTW, killing 3G on the phone and relying on acquiring AT&T 2G didn't help, it still locked onto T-Mobile with the result that it was draining battery and rebooting frequently!), I ended up visiting the local Apple Store.
Although the visit was not to resolve the iPhone problem, whilst there I happened to cycle the phone and due to the store having a local AT&T cell, the strength of the local signal meant that I finally re-acquired a AT&T 3G signal ... once locked on again the phone was fine for the next day.
Nett outcome of this is that I would prefer to lay most of the blame for this debacle on the poor state of 3G support both by AT&T (and US carriers in general), maybe exacerbated in my case by two related events (the local DNC in Denver, which saturated local AT&T cells including 3G and a proliferation of v2.0.0 and v2.0.1 firmwares on iPhones in town, which dragged cell coverage into the weeds).
It would be nice for future sanity if AT&T and T-Mobile could at least resolve the ability to acquire/release the iPhone gracefully, otherwise I'll be very sceptical of travelling back to the US with only my iPhone, as a self-employeed consultant I can't afford to be out of touch for three days again!

Luakit and magnet links - "Unable to load page"

Hi,
I've got luakit with working magnet links handling, but there's one annoying issue. Everytime I open magnet link luakit opens transmission and goes to "Unable to load page" page. Is there any chance to disable this behaviour? It also spawns new tab to execute transmission. It would be nice to make it "more in the background".

Also try changing your code to the following and it'll open magnet links and mailto links using xdg-open. * Note I haven't really tested this, as I have been modifying the webview.lua file.

Zend Optimizer and Mac OS X 10.5 Server

I'm looking to install Zend Optimizer on Mac OS X 10.5.8 Server but it's seems
that the latest version of Zend Optimizer is not compatible with the 64-bit version
of Apache. Anybody with a solution?

Unfortunately Zend will not be made for Mac OS 10.5 in a 64 bit version. The company has decided not to develop a version for Mac 10.5 64 bit. They have an alternative free product but it is similar to installing MAMP Pro and changes all your PHP, MySQL, and other dependencies It is a sad day.

Slow iTunes and "iTunes was unable to load data class information from sync services"

My iTunes is always slow and becomes unrespondsive most of the time. Also when i plug in myiPod touch 4g it says "iTunes was unable to load data class information from sync services"

Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10 - down load error

I have brand new computer with WIN 8 and IE 10.
Trying to download CS5 form Adobe using My order history.
But it errors and says I have to old of Internet Explorer version and says I need to use the latest version.
But I have it so.... Does that mean IE 10 is not uspported by Adobe?

Unable to load php extension oci8.dll in wamp server windows xp

Hi this is my first post in this forum.
I have installed wamp server 2.2 on my windows xp desktop and I am trying to use oci8.dll extension to enable my oracle queries to run in my php pages. but when i enable to ext in wamp server i am getting the below error.
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.13/php_oci8.dll
I have tried installing 'oracle instant client'
I have tried copying oci8.dll file from another system(where oci8.dll is succesfully loaded)
I updated the environment variable path also to point the oracle instantclient_10_2
I am still not able to vercome this error.

Your post doesn't have enough detail to identify a cause.
How did you install Instant Client? Did you set PATH?
Don't copy oci8.dll. It is too easy to get a conflicted set up.

ok, so what im trying to do is clear out symfony cache, and run other console features, such as assetic:dump, etc... so basically its a symfony command

Help / Configure PHP+IIS+Oracle "Unable to load dynamic library....."

I am a seasoned Oracle user and PHP developer and for the life of me I cannot get our development server to load the php_oci8.dll file. I have spent hours searching the web, the Oracle forums and reading the FAQs and can still not get the web server to load correctly. Below are some specs about the environment we are running:
-OS: Win2k Server SP4
-Web Server: IIS 5.0
-PHP Version: 5.1.4 PHP
-Full Oracle Admin 10gr2 client is installed on web server
When I pull up a page, I get the following warning: "PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'D:\temp\php_oci8.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 "
Here is what I have done to troubleshoot:
-'everyone' user has full access to the extension directory
-I have tried moving the php_oci8.dll to other directories and changing the extension_dir in my php.ini
-I am confident that my extension_dir in the ini file is correct
-I have tried the Oracle instant client and the full admin OEM client. The machine currently has the full OEM client installed
-All environment variables appear to be correct
I rarely post to forums but I am running out of options. If I cannot figure this out soon, we will have to go another route for resolution. Any help is tremendously appreciated.

Should I explicity create environment variables named: ORACLE_HOME and NLS_LANGYep, you need to create those specific variables.

Actually, I don't really care either way, I'm pretty much technology agnostic. Different things have different uses and you have to pick the best tool for the job. If I was a zealot I'd say "Don't use IIS" :p

Glibc 2.16 is, however, installed:

I just noticed this problem, however it looks like this has been an issue for a while now (possibly since the glibc update?). My entire system is up-to-date, curl itself works fine from the command line. It just appears that there is an issue with this module. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have restarted Apache, but I have not restarted the whole machine (it's a server that's located 4 hours away from me with an intermittent remote superviser card), so it doesn't get rebooted often.
Would a reboot actually solve this issue?

ProjectCenter Webpart on another Site Collection "This Web Part was unable to load"

Trying to use the Project Center Web Part from another site collection, let's say http://domain.tld/sites/siteA
I get the "This Web Part was unable to load" error and in the ULS I get Object Reference not set to an instance of an object classic error

Thank you for the thoughts Michael but none of those worked for me.
What I have done so far is I have added the PWA features to the site which is what has made it work when logged in under the farm account.
So I have 3 account I am testing with
1.) regular account with read only permissions to the Publishing page
2.) Admin account that is in a group that is a site administrator to ALL sites
3.) Farm account
Currently it works for the Farm account and the Admin account but not the regular account. I have added the regular account to the same group as the Admin account and will test when the change updates to see if I can access the information. This
will at least let me know that it is a Permissions issue which is what I think it is I just cant figure out which permission it would need to be.

"Unable to load data" error after Windows update

Hi all,
I've been maintaining a LightSwitch desktop app for a couple of years now. The app runs on a server and several client machines access it. Sometime in the last few months, any client that has Windows Update enabled has failed to load data. Instead
it shows red crosses where the data should be and the tooltip, "Unable to load data. Please check your connection and try loading again."
Other clients that don't have updates enabled are fine. Has anyone else run into this issue? Does anyone know how to resolve it?

After that, I see a long list of each of the queries LightSwitch is calling for all the elements on the screen. Each one contains the following error:
