Zondervan NIV Study Bible installs to device--want it to card, don't know how-Tungsten E2

I just had the Zondervan NIV Study Bible software transferred to me from a previous user who stated it isn't installed on any device.  They gave me all the package and everything and I proceeded to install it last night.  So this should be a legal transfer of the software under the usual EULA.  But it just had a brief getting started guide included.  I'm guessing that there might have been an actual user manual available for download from the website which isn't up any more--just a blank page comes up.
This has software as well as several versions of the Bible including the NIV Study Bible itself which is in 4 modules that are pretty large 2-4m.  It mentioned that the Bible versions could be installed on the expansion card but didn't give any instructions how to do that.
When I started I only had about 11 MB free on my TE2. I made the mistake I guess of checking just about everything to be installed.  And then there was a step which I noticed after I had clicked next (or that's when it registered in my tired brain) that I was to do the hot sync I think it was before clicking next.
Anyway, it says the software requires 500 k free memory the other stuff can be loaded to a storage card or device RAM and rquire 21MB of free memory (this is on the package not the brief instructions).
It gave me fatal errors, something about memory, probably because it was trying to install more than there was free memory in device RAM.  So I had to do a soft reset several times.
I did figure out how to transfer the earlier installed Bible versions to the card and then deleted them from the device.  Further hot syncs installed more stuff and then crashed again.
The 4 modules of the NIV Study Bible now show up in the window where they can be delted but they do not show up in the window to copy them to the card.  I just checked again.
Also the device itself is only showing 168k of 29.7 M and I'm afraid that this isn't enough to do all that I need to do with some other previously installed large business applications which are very interactive, allowing me to take a product application on the palm, hot sync it and then update from our co website to upload and download data.
So any suggestions on how to get the large applications off the device and onto the card?  Also I can't find where the stuff installed to my computer and I don't see this listed under hot sync options.
I mean maybe there is a way I could wipe it all off (but I'm a bit afraid that it might not reinstall since it does have an install key) and start over just doing part at a time, maybe just doing the NIV study Bible by itself first which is the biggest and moving it but the 4 modules are 3090,2676,2484,2918k respectively.
So any suggestions would be appreciated.  I also checked Zondervan website and they don't show any Palm applications so apparently this software isn't supported any more. I think I saw a date of 2004.  But the previous user said she had used it on a TE.
Palm v 4.5.2P
WinXP sp2 with updates
Thanks for any help you can give!

Thank you.
I also had tried other means of getting answers and got an even more specific answer on just how to do this.  Below is the link to the actual knowledgebase article giving specific instructions since there are some files that need to be on the Palm and some on the card, etc.
http://support.laridian.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=380&ratingconfirm=...
I emailed Zondervan to see if they might be able to direct me to a downloadable manual.  The referred me to laridan.com who now supports their software.
I followed the instructions, taking into account some things that were already where they needed to be, hot synced it and it seems to be working fine with 7.8 M free space on my Palm which I trust is enough for my other very large applications.
Thanks for your help!
