Zoolz the World's First Tribrid Backup

Not all data should be treated the same. Some should be recoverable immediately, while others are stored for archival and compliance purposes, thus, unlikely to be accessed.Therefore, the creators ofZoolzintroduced the unprecedented Tribrid Backup. Tribrid enablesbusinesses to protect all data produced and save storage costs without sacrificing any data. This is achieved by introducing 3 storage types:
Instant Storage:Robust cloud storage based on the secure and reliable Amazon S3, used to store mission critical data that needs to be accessed on demand.Cold Storage:Based on Amazon Glacier; serves as inexpensive cloud storage suitable to store large amounts of data that is rarely accessed.Local StorageByenabling Hybrid+, Zoolz can create a local copy of backed up files for faster recoverytime; by prioritizing recovery from the local...

  • Are the any possibilities in any country of the world recover photos from IPad Air which suddenly became uncervicable without any reason. In Local Iport office I was told they will give me a new one with a guarantee? But my backup is not full.Thank u

    Good Evening! A few days ago my IPad air was working perfectly as always. In the evening I went home and when I opened the cover to swith it on I realised it doesn't work. I tried to energize the battery but got no response. I tried to make a hard reset but also it didn't help. I connected it to my PC with ITunes but it didn't see my IPad. I went to IPort office of my city, they looked, and told they will send me a new one because I still have a guarantee (my device was about 6 months). I had used ICloud but It happened so that the backup is not full and I have lost many very important for me photos of my family. ITunes copy wasn't full also. If anybody knows any Apple service in any city of the world please give me advice where to go to recover data from memory of my device. I understand it's my fault, I didnt properly take care of backup copy and also understand that the answer on my quetion is close to 100 percent negative, and such a companies probably don't exist. But will be really grateful for any advice. Thank you!

    First of all: Your iPhone "present" was most likely hacked/jailbroken. The update you did bricked it and it is now useless. Apple will not repair this.
    Second: The warranty is usually only valid for the country it was purchased in. Check before you buy.
    Third: You can set English as default language  on the iPhone . iPhone supports a myriad of diffrent languages. If you buy it Poland it doesnt matter.

  • HT201269 Following these steps, has anyone run into the problem of losing the 4s data ability?  My phone no longer acknowledges my data plan.  I have to reset to factory settings to get it back, but then I also lose all the first gen backup transfer info.

    Long story short, I'm trying to progress from my first gen iPhone to my iPhone 4s.  I sync my first gen as directed to create a backup, and then restore my 4s to the first gen backup.  However, once this is done (and it does successfully transfer my first gen phone apps, photos, texts, calendar, etc-etc to my 4s), my 4s phone no longer has 4g data like it did prior to syncing - it doesn't recognize my data plan at all.  The only way I can access the internet is through my wi-fi.  So then I have to reset to factory settings and re-plus my personal settings into the 4s but then I lose everything from the first gen transfer.  Any thoughts and/or recommendations/suggestions?  Many thanks.

    Ok, since this forum is for Photoshop Standard and Photoshop Extended, we don't know much about Photoshop Elements. There is a Photoshop Elements forum and I'll link it for you since they best know how to field your questions.

    Does every backup require lots of indexing?  If so, the index may be damaged.
    Try Repairing the backups, per #A5 in Time Machine - Troubleshooting.
    If that doesn't help, see the pink box in #D2 of the same link.

    I've gone through all the docs and tried dozens of different variations...I can look up the Session properly, but the problem is when I call Transport.send(). It happens on my application, and ALSO on the sample JavaMail application that ships with S1AS. I've set up the sessions properly via the admin interface.

    When I take the same approach and run the process from a main method in a standalone program it sends a mail successfully. Any idea why this is breaking with in the App Server or what this error message means?
    The following is a summary of my code to send the email...
    Properties props = new Properties();
    props.put( "mail.smtp.host", host );
    props.put("mail.smtp.auth", "true");
    Authenticator auth = new ADCAuthenticator(); //implemented within this source file...
    Session session = Session.getInstance( props, auth );
    try {
    MimeMessage msg = new MimeMessage( session );
    msg.setFrom( new InternetAddress ( fromEmailAddress );
    InternetAddress[] address = { new InternetAddress(  toEmailAddress ) };
    msg.setRecipients( Message.RecipientType.TO, address );
    msg.setSubject( "JavaMail APIs Multipart Test" );
    msg.setSentDate( new Date() );
    MimeBodyPart mbp1 = new MimeBodyPart();
    mbp1.setText( msgText1 );
    MimeBodyPart mbp2 = new MimeBodyPart();
    mbp2.setText( msgText2, "us-ascii" );
    Multipart mp = new MimeMultipart();
    mp.addBodyPart( mbp1 );
    mp.addBodyPart( mbp2 );
    msg.setContent( mp );
    Transport.send( msg ); //the exception is thrown here.
    } catch ( MessagingException mex ) {
    mex.printStackTrace();
    Exception ex = null;
    if ( ( ex = mex.getNextException() ) != null ) {
    ex.printStackTrace();
    Is this a problem within my code or a bug in the application server? The root cause:
    Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: org.apache.commons.logging.impl.LogFactoryImpl
    concerns me since I'm not making any calls to the application server logging system.
    Thanks for your assistance to anyone who can shed any light on this issue.
    Regards,
    Josh Holtzman

  • TS4036 I've got a new iPad I'm trying to do an iCloud back up but keep being given the following message: no iCloud backups are compatible with the version of iOS (6.1.3) on this iPad. How do I restore I cloud on my new device?

    I've got a new iPad and am trying to do an iCloud backup but keep getting the following message: no iCloud backups are compatible with the version of iOS (6.1.3) on this iPad.
    How do I restore info from iCloud onto my new device?

    You would have to update your device first, before you can restore your iPad from your backup. Resolution: set it up as anew device, then update your device to the latest version "Settings > General > Updates", then reset your device again "Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings" and then after the iPad restarts again, choose to restore your device from your backup.

  • I have to tell the world . . .

    THIS POST WAS ACTUALLY TAKEN FROM MY BLOG. <Edited by Moderator>
    "I have something to tell you."
    That was the phrase I uttered to my wonderful husband, when I got home from work the other day. But, before I tell you why, let me back up.
    You see, for years, I've been a devoted Windows, PC user. They just made sense. I knew where to find everything on them. They were logical. I knew that if I went into the Program Files folder, I would find my programs. They were straight-forward, no nonsense machines. And, heck, the whole world uses them!
    I would make fun of Mac users, by calling it "Crapintosh" or "Poopintosh", and saying highly intelligent things like, "Mac is for dummies!"
    Now, TP has always been a devoted Mac follower. He's wanted me to come to "the dark side" for years, but I've stayed true to PCs. I never faltered . . . ever. I think it's even been a matter of intense prayer and fasting for my husband.
    Several months ago (maybe it's even been a year), my darling husband was given a Mac desktop computer. We then were faced with a question . . . what do we do with our PC desktop? Even though I was a devoted PC user, I couldn't justify having two desktop computers, so I vowed that we would have to get rid of one of them. Seeing that our new (used) Mac was a gift, we couldn't very well get rid of that one, so I swallowed my pride and we sold our PC.
    Now granted, I have been using a Mac at work for several years, so it wasn't like I had to get use to the Mac we had at home. I was quite proficient and comfortable on both platforms--Windows or Mac. I just liked PCs better—and still did after we converted everything over to our home Mac. If there's one thing I am, it's loyal.
    During this whole time, my poor old PowerMac G4 at work was starting on it's own painful journey to Mac heaven. It was on a fast downward spiral, and would soon die. I got word a couple of weeks ago that a new iMac had been ordered for me, and I have to admit that I wasn't thrilled. The thought of having to transfer all of my files over to a new computer was daunting. What if all my e-mail disappeared? What if all my author videos didn't make it? I was not looking forward to the arrival of my new machine . . . not one bit.
    That fated day finally arrived on Wednesday, but I didn't have the opportunity to mess with it until yesterday. Perhaps I was avoiding the hassle and trouble that I thought was in store. As I connected the firewire between my old Mac and new Mac, I could feel myself growing more and more tense. On the new machine, I went through the initial steps of confirming that I wanted my computer's primary language to be English . . . blah, blah, blah.
    But, then . . . something wonderful happened! I mean, it was truly miraculous! A screen appeared that asked a simple, beautiful question: "Would you like to transfer your Old Mac to your New Mac?" I gasped. No, I thought, this has to be a joke. It can't be this easy. But, I threw caution to the wind and hit "Yes."
    To my shock and amazement, the computer transfered EVERYTHING—e-mail, documents, settings, user preferences—EVERYTHING on it's own . . . all I did was hit "OK". Then I went to lunch, while it went to work! That's it! I came back, and it was done! Everything that was precious to me got transfered to my new computer with the click of a button. I'm still shocked, today!
    When I got home yesterday, TP greeted me at the door. As I took off my coat and shoes, I sheepishly looked at him and said, "I have something to tell you. I think I've become a Mac fan."
    The look of shock and joy on his face is now burned into my memory. He fell to his knees and cried, "Thank you, God!" And then he asked, "So, wait, let me get this straight . . . if we were to get a brand new computer in a couple of years, you're telling me you would want a Mac and NOT a PC?"
    My reply was a quiet, "Yes."
    I've seen the error of my ways. I've seen the light! It's like the blinders have fallen off my eyes, and I'm seeing clearly for the first time. The world looks a bit different to me, now, and I couldn't rest until I had shared my newfound devotion with the world.
    Mac is better. What else can I say? It's been a long journey, but I finally got there.

    Welcome to Apple Discussions.
    Great! thanks for sharing that with us.
    mrtotes
    P.S. for your future reference, your new iMac is probably an "Intel iMac" rather than an "iMac G5", Apple stopped selling iMac G5s in Jan 2006.

  • I am setting up a time machine backup to a external Hard drive.  I want to backup by Mac book Pro running OSX 10.8.5. I would like to Partition the disk and use one partition for Time machine backups and the other for my Lightroom backups. How to do this?

    I want to create a two partition disk. One partition for time machine, the other for Lightroom backup. Currently Time Machine is using the entire drive and it is doing the intial encryption and is about 29% complete after two days.  I've decided that I want to turn encryption off and partition the disk. So I do I start over?

    With the external drive attached, open Finder>Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility.  Select the external drive from the list in the left side panel of the DU window.  In the main window panel, click Partition in the buttons top center of that panel.
    Select the number of partitions you want and adjust their sizes.
    For the first partition, click to highlight the partition, then select the format, Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and then the partition table as GUID [both of those are the defaults].  Click Apply and it will ask to confirm and erase and format that partion...oh, give the partition a name, like Backup.
    Then repeat those steps for the second partition..and remember to name it...something like Lightroom.
    Close Disk Utilitty and you are ready to send TM to the one partition, and do your backup of Lightroom to the second partition.

  • Is it safe to buy a macbook pro from the US to use in india? The apple warranty is valid throughout the world?

    My uncle is presently in the US and i am tempted to ask him to get me the latest mid 2012 13in macbook pro! I wanna know if its safe to buy it from there and use it here in india?? Also the first year warranty is valid throughout the world or because i bought the MBP in US so my warranty is valid there only? I also understand that the power brick has different ports in the US as opposed to india, so if I use a simple port converter, will it suffice or i need a voltage converter too? i have been google - ing this question over the internet and found vague answers. Please help! Response is appreciated!!

    Your warranty is valid worldwide. The power adapter is universal, so you will only have to invest in the correct plug.
    Good luck,

    If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
    View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar.
    Enter the word "Starting" (without the quotes) in the String Matching text field. You should now see log messages with the words "Starting * backup," where * represents any of the words "automatic," "manual," or "standard." Note the timestamp of the last such message. Clear the text field and scroll back in the log to that time. Select the messages timestamped from then until the end of the backup, or the end of the log if that's not clear. Copy them (command-C) to the Clipboard. Paste (command-V) into a reply to this message.
    If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don't post many repetitions of the same message.
    When posting a log extract, be selective. Don't post more than is requested.
    Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
