Zoom- after initial zoom I want the image to return to original size
After trying many different ways to zoom on one slide I have
broken each zoom (of a selected image) out into 8 slides. I am
wondering though... if I select the zoom to only last a few
seconds, why does it continue to be 'zoomed' even after that time
alloted has past?
Hi bfair76 and welcome to our community
Notice that the Zoom feature is typically configured for
displaying the zoomed area for the slide duration. But you can
easily change this. For example, I had a slide timed for 3 seconds.
I inserted a zoom area and it zoomed for 1.5 seconds and stayed on
the slide until the slide time ended at 3 seconds. I then increased
the slide time to 5 seconds and the zoom followed suit. If you
double-click the zoom object and click the Options tab, you may
easily change the "Display for" area from "rest of slide" to
"specific time", then configure the duration as desired.

size of the general image that I see reduces toby about a third - I resize it by pressing Ctrl key and using my mouse scroll button to expand the whole image so that it fill the screen. As soon as I go to the next page the whole image reverts back to original size and I have to repeat the action again.
The Firefox Page Zoom feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox.

The photos in my IPhoto have all become mini-thumbnails and I can't open or edit them. When I print the image it comes out normal size. How do I get the thumbnails back to the standard size and be able to work with the photo files?
What version of iPhoto and system are you running? On the guess that you're running the latest iPhoto, 9.4.2, Try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the thumnails, Option #2.
2 - It may take 2-3 attempts so don't give up after only one attempt.

Placed FW asset into Muse. Original Size = 908w x 2323h. Muse auto resampled to 800w x 2048h. I need the asset to remain at Original Size. How do I override the resample?

Its a Muse property to re-sample any asset that is more than 248 px.
To get rid of re-sampling do the following
1. Please click on the image and Make Sure Image Frame is selected.
2. Go to The Transform tab and change width and height to the original values. (now you will observe that the width and height of image frame is changed but not the Image)
3. Double click on the image and make sure Image is selected with a red selection around it.
4. Go to The Transform tab and change width and height to the original values. (now you will observe that the width and height of image frame is same as the Image)
5. Now go to the assets tab > right click on the asset > select "Import larger size".
Now this asset will always be imported in original size.

Zooming in and then zooming out in AS2 (Without scaling the image)
Basically I want to know if there is a way to go from a zoomed in version of something, and then seeing the whole image in another frame. (By pressing a button)
Let's say there's a tree, I would bascially like (upon pressing a button which I can do) to zoom out and see the whole scenery. Is there a way I can do this without actually changing the size of the image?There are various components already made on the internet such as v-cam, you can basically control the stage/view, scaling the v-cam keeps the objects on the stage the same, but scales the camera.

Firefox software update appeared. I allowed it to be installed. It screwed up the search bar/box. I use to be able to click on the magnifying glass icon and ALL the search engine options would appear and I could easily chose one. It was easy. Now nothing. I cannot search anything through Firefox. Firefox is useless to me now, which means I have no computer. Do I have to go out and spend another $1000 to get a new computer? This is not right. You should not do this to a person. Not everybody is technically advanced as some of you are. Now I have no means of searching for anything using Firefox. I really liked Firefox. Now your software update messed me all up. So what am I supposed to do???????????????? IE is worthless. Not safe, not secure, can't trust it. Never works right. Can't even print out correctly. Firefox update should not have messed up my computer. I need to make searches and now I can't. I mean it, it really is not right. So, just for you so called brilliant Stanford types, when I click on the magnifying glass icon or the little, inverted triangle, there is nothing. The search bar is blank. Blank, blank, blank. No longer the quick drop down window with all the available search engine selections. Got it? That's why I've repeated myself. Have a real nice day!

Ssprengel and I have suggested this solution to you as it actually improves many things beyond just working around the omission in Photoshop functionality.
Even with Photoshop CS5 and earlier I had added the codec pack. The codec pack provides more than just an image preview in Photoshop dialogs, as it adds awareness of the image to all Windows functions, including the Windows Photo Viewer for example. Like you, I prefer not to use Bridge. Consider this Explorer window:
You're certainly welcome to not buy the upgrade to Photoshop CS6. No one's twisting your arm. Unfortunately, your alternatives are... ??? And keep in mind if you do skip Photoshop CS6, the upgrade to Photoshop CS7 will be hugely more expensive.

How can I get the screen to return to normal size after magnifying?
I've had my phone for a week and just encountered a problem I can't get out of. My nephew inadvertently held the phone with 3 fingers on the screen, now the screen is magnified and I can't get it back to normal. I've tried resetting the phone and the applie Icon came back, then my screen - normal size; but as soon as I touched the screen to put in my passcode the magnification came back on and the screen seems to 1) go in the opposite direction than I'm scrolling, when it moves at all and 2) I can't get it to go back to normal size - help

HI I am using software for fashion design called Marvelous Design . I want to import my fabric patterns which are .png image files but they have to be in .zfab or .fab format. can adobe convert these files into these extensions? If so, how do I do it? Thanks for any help!

Fabmaster seems to be obsolete product that is not supported by its developers.

I replaced my 2 year old iPad with a new iPad Air. I'm wondering if I should restore the old iPad to factory settings before or after I load the new iPad?
YEs. Keep everything as is until new device has what you want. I only restore to factory if im selling. If it's a backup phone I leavie it turned off but still with everything on it. Unless of course it has too much then iCloud would be full.

I'm using Xerox 1450GA, before upgrade to OSX 10.9, printing Adobe file could be in 100% real size. After upgrade, lost control, even checked setting in 100% in setting, come out image still auto reduce few percents, that make me confuse and cannot complete digital printing jobs, someone have same problem? Please help to solve...I've spent hours on the phone going in circles with HP's "support" (I use the term loosely here) and can confirm that it's a driver issue. The best part is, HP and Apple claim that neither of them have a copy of the v2.14 driver that actually worked, and I can't seem to dig one up online anywhere. I've tried everything under the sun and just gave up... ordering an Epson and selling both of my HP's. I think the only other option is to wait for HP to release working drivers, but since they don't even seem to understand that their driver is the source of the problem, I wouldn't hold my breath.
It seems really crazy to me that neither the manufacturer nor Apple keep a copy of the previous driver, but that's what I've been told. HP did release what they're calling a new 10.9 raster driver (available on their site), but it didn't fix the problem for me. If you have a timemachine backup from before the 2.16.1 driver was released, I'd restore to that and turn off automatic updates. If you don't (like me) seems like your stuck. -
Re-sizing iPhoto images back to iPhoto original size?
One of the first things I did with my iPhoto file, was to delete all those sappy flags and other images not relevant to anything I ever intend to use. Unfortunately, I inadvertently (?) also deleted most all of my jpgs, except I can recall all of them, but only as teensy Preview images, which I have filed as Assorted jpgs, which I have to enlarge just to view.(?) Can I drag 'n drop that file into iPhoto and see them as images larger than a match head? OR, is it possible to insert one of the accompanying Application Discs and make my iPhoto Application like it...used to was?

This is not an applications issue - it is a destroying the database issue by modifying it

thx.Well, OSX 10.9.2 is free, which should solve the iTunes problem, but 10.9.2 isn't bug free, & you'll lose the ability to run any PPC Apps if that important, as well as needing to update many Apps & Printer Drivers.
