Zooming out distortion

Question

I am building a demonstration program with CP3. I am using
the zoom area (insert) to zoom areas out. When they zoom out, they
get distorted. How can I zoom these areas out without the
distortion? The demo does it and it is clear, but I can't figure
out how they do it.

Hi Bob
Yes, the image may be captured while inside Captivate. Well,
assuming you have a screen capture application it can.
I do this by exploiting what I believe to be a
Captivate quirk. It is a behavior that doesn't hurt anything, so I
hope the development team never changes it!
Here is how I normally capture images when Captivate is
running. Look at your Timeline area. Click on any Timeline
increment number. When you do this, the playhead should pop out to
the point where you clicked. Note that you may click and drag the
playhead back and forth. (As a side note, this process is called
"scrubbing the playhead".
Note that as you scrub the playhead, the slide changes to
display pretty much what your user will see. Release the mouse and
it returns back to showing things in development mode. So I scrub
the playhead until Captivate looks like the screen capture I want,
then I continue to hold the mouse button while I alt+tab away from
Captivate to another application. After switching to the other
application, I release the mouse.
Now alt+tab back to Captivate. What you should see now is
that the slide is appearing as if you are still holding the mouse!
Here's the fun part. Odds are, your Timeline is open and making the
main slide partly unviewable. So if you collapse the Timeline,
Captivate remains in the state you returned to! This is nice, as it
facilitates grabbing a screen capture of the Captivate workspace in
that state.
