Downloading information from a filled from into excel
I have created a form using Adobe LiveCycle. I have added an e-mail submit button. The form looks great; however, when I test submitting the file, I get a .xml document. When I try to get the results into a single excel file using the "merge data files into spreadsheets" option, my excel file has only one cell with the name of the file .xml instead of showing every field with its answer. I tried this before and it worked, and I'm not sure what changed in my form that is not allowing me to do it anymore. I know I can distribute the form, and that will solve it, but I just wanted to know what I did in the form that is not letting me do it anymore.

If your using a Macintosh computer then you can not do it other than in Acrobat 9, go to advanced menu then mouse down to extend Reader Features in Reader ...
You want the ability to filout and save forms.
Then you emai to not more than 500 people. then you read the pdfs and manually key or save as fdf file and can extract the information from the fdf files.
If your a PC user you have the ability to use a system called liveCycle designer. But you need mucho bucks to subscribe to a special server Aodobe has for such purpose.
If you need more info. go back to the main form page and click on button for Acrobat LiveCycle the choose appropriate news group.

Could you also make sure that the problem is not on the client side.
Is this a fresh installtion on the client machine? Or was there already an previous version of BPC on this machine?
If this is not a fresh install, you can try to uninstall the software and then deleting all the files in the folder
"program files\BPC". I've seen that sometimes not all the files are automatically deleted.
Then installing the Bpc client agian...

What sort of information ? You can copy purchases from iTunes to you computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases. For documents/files in apps then it will depend upon what the apps that they are in support e.g. transfer via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc. Or you do mean something else ?

I have a powerbook which i am learning to use at the moment and am trying to download information from a dvd onto my hardrive. It is an educational dvd without copyright produced by our university. i have tried to drag it onto the hard drive like you would with windows but this isn't working. I have also tried to create another dvd using idvd but this isn't working either, can anyone help me? Thank you

What information are you referring to? You may mean restoring an iCloud backup from a previous device. Or you may mean adding iCloud calendars, contacts, etc. to your iPhone.
In the former case (restoring a backup), the setup assistant should walk you through that process.
In the latter case (adding contacts, etc.), simply set up your iPhone as an iCloud device in Settings > iCloud. -

You can download files from TC if you can get it to work.. as yet Apple do not have an airport utility or bonjour version for win8. Some people seem to get it working ok.. others not.. Do not buy a TC for this use. If you already have it.. try.. it will not harm the computer.
If you want to share files with a Mac you can do it directly. No need for a TC. -

You can open, read, and even write excel files (if you write a file with extension .xls, windows will interpret it as an excel file be default) using the File I/O VIs in LabVIEW. To extract the data, all you really need to realize is that spreadsheets programs like excel store data with the following basic rules:
1. the entire spreadsheet is really just a large string - to read them, you just have to know the data you read is stored based on rules 2 and 3; to write them you just have to conform to rules 2 and 3.
2. cells in a given row are delimited by tabs (usually by default) and sometimes commas (but usually only if you set this specifically in the spreadsheet program)
3. rows are delimited by end of line characters, which will usually be one carriage return and one linefeed character in that order on windows.
In fact, for writing spreadsheet strings (which can be opened in excel) from LabVIEW, check out the Array to Spreadsheet String and Spreadsheet String to Array functions in the String Palette. That is, if you imagine the excel spreadsheet as a 2D array, those functions will essentially convert between the large string, and a 2D array in LabVIEW containing the values you would see in excel's corresponding cells.
I have attached a program that will use the array to spreadsheet string function to write an excel file containing those values - it will be named test.xls and should be on your C: drive directly. A good exercise to get started would be to write a VI using similar (some inverse) functions to read that string, and convert it back to an array.

I use OBJVERS = A and VERSION = 13 to get a list of queries.
Not sure of a different Version number will get your your web app. templates.

About 95% of the time, whenever I boot/reboot, the date and time doesn't show up in the menu bar. When I then open the Date & Time prefs pane, I find that the "Show date and time in menu bar" box is unchecked, even though I had previously checked it.
