Numbers vocabulary for this feature is a "Pop-up Menu". It's available as a Cell Format, and is set and edited in the Cell Format Inspector.

Drop down required for fields in dynamically generated structure

Hi All,
I have an application where i am entering the structure name in the inputfield and dynamically generating the structure on the screen with all the fields of it.
But i need to show a dropdown for a particular field which contains values in its domain (f4) .
what is happening now , suppose i have given structure as SBOOK and i get all the components of the structure now for CUSTTYPE i am getting the f4 help but instead i need a dropdown .....
how can i achieve that ????

Hi,
Are you using TABLE or ALV elements.
Get the column reference of the TABLE for CUSTYPE.
You can create an object of tyep DRPBYKEY and insert this cell editor.
As it has domain values, You need to set the VALUESET using the IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE_INFO for that attirbute.

How can i create a drop down menu for set qty in my store?

I'm wondering how i can create a drop down menu for the qty module that sits on the individual product page. My client sells in quantities of 6 packs. I currently have the minimum order at 6 but i would like to give consumers the option for 6,12,18...and so forth. I was told that it could be accomplished? Hopefully someone can help me.

Thank you for your reply! I had seen your article before, and just now again attempted to follow it, but I get stuck. There are two things that I'm confused by.
First off, toward the top, referring to the initial button, you say to add this interaction:
ON CLICK; Play Transition to comboBox: selected
ON ROLL OUT; Play Transition to comboBox normal if comboBox is in over state
ON ROLL OVER; Play Transition to comboBox over if comboBox is in normal
However, I do not see these transition options. When I select the button, the only interactions I have are to Play transistion to state, Play action sequence, Go to URL, and two for videos. So that's the first roadblock for me.
But, trying to get passed that, I went down to the portion of the article that refers to adding interaction to the dataset items. Again, I don't get it, as I see no way to add interaction to a dataset item. When I open my design-time data menu, I do see the items, and am able to rename each item, add additional rows, and change the shape of the datalist layout. However, I see no way to add an interaction to a dataset item. I must be missing a step ... Can you help with this?

Drop down values for table in a view not getting populated dynamically

The problem which i am facing is as follows
In an existing web dynpro component , i already have a view and it consists of table which has 3 columns.All the three columns are non editable
MATERIAL     MAT_DESC     MAT_DEL_FLAG
ABC
EFG
HIJ
Now i need to add 2 more columns after the MAT_DEL_FLAG.These two PLANt and STORAGE LOCATION columns must have drop down values
The context refers to a standard Database ZTABLE to which these two fields are added.
MATERIAL     MAT_DESC     MAT_DEL_FLAG     PLANT     STORAGE_LOCATION
ABC
EFG
HIJ
The Plant column must have the drop down values based on Material .
If we select some value for Plant , then based on the value of plant the storage location drop down values must be populated.
So as per this logic , the drop down values for plant for each row must be different.
Please let me know how to achieve this.
This is a normal table and not an ALV table.
Also please let me know whether the drop down field must be drop down by key or drop down by index.
This is very urgent.

Refreshing things again for you -
1. As I have already pointed, create 2 context attributes for VALUESETS for both plant and St.loc.
2. Create dropdown by indexes for both of them, assign valusets to respective attributes using node information.
3. Go to the plant dropdown and create the action for it ONSELECT event - when you chagne the dropdown of plant then populate the respective storage loc.
4.Now, As you are selecting a row (leadselect) you have populated the plant and loc details....write the code for lead selection event of the table
You will get the lead selection index right using node interface (IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE)
LOOP AT ITAB INTO WA_ITAB.
if sy-tabix eq lv_lead_index.
clear wa_valuset.
wa_valueset-key = 'X'.   "plant

Custom drop down list for the filter for BEX report

Hi, all:
I am writing a query for a BEX report that prompts the user to enter a value for a field "GL account". I would like to have the user select from a limited number of GL options rather than have the whole Chart of accounts show up. Is there a way to make a "custom" drop down list for the filter?

You need to make your GL account info object as an authorization object. And in the info object ,for BEx you need to select the option "only authorized values".
Create an analyis authorization on gl account and assign the restricted set of GL accounts to the user. Asign this analysis authorization to the user.In the query restrict this infoobject with an authorization variable. This would solve your purpose.user would be able to see only a selected set of GL accounts for which he is authorized.

Drop down list for a field in table maintainance

I can not use fixed values in domain, because feild length is more and it wont fit into fixed values.

Drop down menu for a list

Hi, I need to create a type of drop down menu for a
navigation list. Only one button needs a drop down option. I was
wondering if anyone had any suggestion on the best way to go about
it? Is there a way to make the list that drops down to the right
instead of dropping straight down in order to keep the opening
window from getting in the way of the button beneath it. I would
like to do it without changing the order of the navigation list and
having to make it the last button.
