How to update csv file dynamically from Catalog manager

HI - In OBIEE we used to generate report statistics into csv files from Catalog manager.But this task should be automatic or dynamic process.So it means that each and every when catalog get changes that information will be captured into CSV file by dynamic way. To achieve this process we should have one script or batch etc.............
Your help is highly appreciated.

Yes we can achieve this by enabling Usage Tracking.
Create a report with all the columns you need and schedule the report using Agents with some time frame say like EOD everyday.There we can see what all the changes as done to the catalog.

To clarify your issue, are you looking to take the csv file of 3100 contacts and synchronize it with your BlackBerry?
You can import the contacts in Mac Address Book and then use BlackBerry Desktop Software to synchronize the contacts.

Yhe logic used here is as follows,
Get all the data into an internal table in the simple format ie: a row with one field contains an entire line
After getting the data, we split each line of the table on every occurrence of the delimiter (comma in your case)

If you want to load your flatfile from Application server,then you need to trasfer your file from your desktop(Computer) to Application server by using FTP.
Try using ARCHIVFILE_CLIENT_TO_SERVER Function module.
You Just need to give thesource path and the target path
goto SE37 t-code , which is Function module screen, give the function name ARCHIVFILE_CLIENT_TO_SERVER, on click F8 Execute button.
for path variable give the file path where it resides like C:\users\xxx\desktop\test.csv
for target path give the directory path on Application server: /data/bi_data
remember the directory in Server starts with /.
U have to where to place the file.
Otherwise use 3rd party tools to connect to ur appl server like : Core FTP and Absolute FTP in google.
Otherwise...
Goto the T.code AL11. From there, you can find the directories available in the Application Server.
For example, if you wanna save the file in the directory "DIR_HOME", then you can find the path of the directories in the nearby column. With the help of this, you can specify the target path. Specify the target path with directory name followed by the filename with .CSV extension.

i have made a component which reads xml file residing in DAM.
Content Author can fill some values in dialog of this component, as soon as author provide the values,i have to update these values in XML file and component reloadsby reading the updated xml file.
i am trying to achieve this by making object of XML file and giving it's path., but i ma unable to access the XML file.
Can anyone help me out to how to update XML file by component JSP in run-time?

How to download a file version from office 365 using csom

I need to download an older file version from office 365 and get the data into a byte array. I have no trouble downloading the latest version with File.OpenBinaryStream() and I have no trouble loading the previous file versions with File.Versions. But now
I need to actually download an older version of the file and it seems the only way is to use File.OpenBinaryDirect. So I am creating a client context using my oAuth access token and providing the correct path, but I am getting a (401) Unauthorized
error. Looking with Fiddler I can see that the call to OpenBinaryDirect is somehow trying to post to my file URL and the server is responding with 401.

Process CSV-Files dynamically

I need to process CSV-Files dynamically, i.e. not using a static order for splitting the values of the lines into the according variables, but determining the mapping dynamically using a header line in the CSV-File.
For instance:

So if the order in the the CSV-File changes to e.g.
#item;dcu;subitem
5111001000;827160;3150
the program should fill the corresponding variables (ls_upload-dcu, ls_upload-item, ls_load-subitem) dynamically without the need to change the code.

I am not sure what you mean, but once you make a project. Then go to the share menu and you can export the project to iDVD, itunes, mobileme, quicktime.
Share export quicktime movie will allow you to export to a variety of codecs. What specific export are you looking to share the movie in? What is the final source that the movie will be displayed?

How do I delete permanently fotos from catalogs?

When I use "x" to flag fotos in library mode and then "cmd del" and "remove fm disk" to get rid of fotos from a disk and a catalog, initially they do disappear. Later after backing up the catalog the fotos reappear in the listings/grid mode of the catalog with "?" denoting unknown location. simply hit the tab that appears "Backup" or if time is short "skip this
time"
