HT1918 I'm not able to use my rescue email address as my primary address. How can I change this?
I am needing to change my apple ID. I would like to use my rescue email address as my primary apple id. I have deleted the rescue email and have since tried to change my rescue email address to my primary apple Id, but it is still recognizing the email address as my rescue email, even after I have delted it. Is there any way I can make this work?
The problem is she entered an email address she thought might be mine ,but actually used by someone else .She said no password was set up .My understanding is an email must have been sent to that address and he or she can set up the password and download .And now I set up an new ID under the ICloud but still the wrong email address still appear as a default one .I tried to delete the set up but I was asked for the password which we don't have .
Any good idea ?

Purchased music not able to use as ringtones after restoring to a new iPhone, how do I fix this?
As the title says my purchased music is no longer available to use as ringtone/text tones after restoring to a new iPhone. I restored it from a iPhone 5 to another iPhone 5 after some technical problems, nothing dealing with apps or music. Can anyone help me?

Unlikely as you do not meet there requirements for unlocking.
Have your friend the provided the phone contact them. Based on your statements I am concluding he was or still is an AT&T customer, that is one of the requirements of getting the device unlocked. -
When I try to send an imessage to my husband using my new 5c it sends the message back to my phone and not to my husband. However i am able to so far send a message to anyone else! How can i fix this?

I have 2 games Words with Friends and Cityville that receives a Pop-up message form iTunes... "Connect to iTunes to use Push Notifications" and will not allow me to exit out of the app or play. How can I get this message to STOP?
Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. I have also gone into settings - notifiations - and tried turning all notifications for these apps all off but that didnt work either. Any guidance is MUCH appreciated - Im not sure where to go from here.

I am currently using FormsCentral to distribute a form created in Acrobat. I need to add an option to one of the drop down fields but do not want to re-distribute the form due to reporting purposes. How can I do this?
You can open the form in Acrobat, select "File > Save a Copy", open the copy you just saved (it doesn't happen automatically), edit the dropdown to add the new item, save as a new file, and then Reader-enable the file by selecting: File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools. The resulting PDF should work with FormsCentral just like the original.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

A prompt that says "Could not use the clone stamp because the are to clone has not been defined (option-click to define a source point), appears EVERY time I try to use the clone stamp. What is wrong and how can I fix this?
If a tool is acting up, one suggestion is to reset the tool.
Ctrl-click on the clone tool icon in the Options bar and select Reset Tool. -

Have you looked on all the pages of your iPod? Have you looked in all your folders? Have you you tried finding the apps using the iPod's search page.
