Is their a way to start a webproject within a maven jar project in nb6.1?

Our project structure is as such, that many .jar maven projects will be assembled into one large .war when being deployed on the server. However each .jar file contains a WEB-INF structure to deploy and test each component seperately.
In eclipse we would just use the tomcat/Devloader plugin to manually deploy each .jar component as a webapplication.
In Netbeans maven recognizes the .jar file, of course, as a an standard application. However I was wondering if their is a way to also have the .jar file treated as a .war file and have it deployed also?

There have been a few instances where I import files and one or two don't get conformed completely or not at all. Instead of having to hunt down the .cfa files and delete them, it would be nice to just manually re-trigger the conforming process within PPro.

I am thinking about creative ways to do offline processing... Our MII app loads a list of current orders for the user's browser. The user selects an order and requests back to MII for running the SAP transactions. Then their browser is reloaded with the up to date list again. When SAP is down they cannot process.
Certainly a traditional store and forward where all data is loaded to MII and transaction requests are queued up to be processed by MII/SAP in the background is possible. Con: Data synch issues are very complex however. Pro: It does provide excellent response time to the user.
I am just noodling about options...

I assume you're still running 12.0? 12.1 introduces a new action block for transaction calls, which allows for async threads to nested transaction calls.
I don't know how using query caching would work on the XacuteQuery template for your list of orders - especially when it would attempt to renew the cache when SAP was unavailable.
An XML file periodically saved to the web tab of your project would also provide you with a cache approach to servicing the user screen - a simple point of abstraction.

Here i tried to set a Custom Property "*-Duser.dir=E:/MyDirectory*" through the Admin Console.
NOTE: Setting any Option like JAVA_OPTIONS/CLASSPATh etc through Admin Console will work only when you start your Servers using the NodeManager. It means when you start your ManagedServers through AdminConsole...or Using nodeManager based WLST scripts.

HT1414 I restored my ipod, and when i click on back up, it asks me for a password and i forgot that password. Is their any way to reset the password? I need that back up immediately!

My 3D camera view is acting kooky when I go into 3D mode. It's like I'm underneath the text looking up at it, and no matter what settings I mess with I can not get the view that I want. There is Reset all tools and reset preferences. To reset you Photoshop Preferences as you start Photoshop hold down Ctrt|CMD+Alt|OPT+Shift you should get a prompt about you preferences. Somewhere in tools preset there are reset tool options.

BUt it will not disable it totally. Apple took that away with iOS6. There is no way to totally disable Game Center beyond only purchasing non- Game Center games.
And I've even found that some games will not honor you signing out. For example Angry Birds Seasons will log me back into Game Center, even if I log out, even if I disable the account in the game, the next time the game starts back up it signs me back in.

I also recommend to use Boot Camp, which allows you to install windows on a partition of your internal hard drive. This has many benefits. First, you can restart your computer and start up in windows. This makes your Mac device a complete windows machine and you gain the most from your hardware when working in Windows. Second, if a problem occures to your Mac OS X, you can restart your machine in Windows and prevent your data from getting lost. Third, you can import the Windows installed on the boot camp partition in to the Mac OS X using VMWare Fusion and work with it as a virtual machine. In this situation, VMWare enables you to work directly with your Windows in the boot camp partition. So it does not create a file package for the virtual machine in OS X.
Regarding the data safety and reliablity, I strongly recommend using Time Machine. You can also set it up to back up your virtual machines or not. This is possible to set up in the Virtual Machine Preferences Page in VMWare Fusion, or in the Time Machine preferences page in the System Preferences app of OS X.

If you are using a Mac, simply hit Command-Spacebar to bring up Spotlight Search. Begin typing the name of the application and when you see what you are looking for, press enter. You should get a hit by the second or third letter you type. Great way to launch apps on computers that you are not familiar with.
Windows 7 and 8 should have something similar. I think you simply press the Windows key and begin typing. Press enter when you see a match.
Both Mac and Windows search tools can be customized to search for applications, files, emails and so forth. For Windows, look for Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. For Mac, go to Preferences Spotlight. Turn off items you know you won't need to speed up searches.

Ok, when you said "found" I took that literally. Still, the activation lock cannot be bypassed, Apple cannot do anything to assist with that. You need to go through all of her papers and see if she wrote down the Apple ID and password as there is no other way to make the iPhone usable.

First the link is a tutorial for iMovie on a Mac. I'm using iMovie on iPad so the steps are inapplicable.
Second it is only possible for me to manipulate the end part of the sound clip to whichever duration I want. But I can't do the same with the 'beginning' of the sound clip.
I simply want to place some photos in the beginning of my video with no sound in the background then after like 2 secs I want to start the music clip. For some reason that is not possible! Cause every time I drop the music clip unto my project timeline it automatically place it self along with the first frame in the project! And consequently the photos and music are forced to start together.
Hope I'm making sense...

It appears to be a FW problem, possibly flaky case, or drive problem.
One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts (Users & Groups in later OSX versions)>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

No way to start MacBook late 2008

Hello,
I face an issue with charging battery of my MacBook 13" Unibody Late 2008 and therfore to start it up.
Scenario that led to the problem:
Was working powered on battery when it came to be near to empty.
Plugged the charger and then light on the little plug turned to orange and then turned off...
Tried to move it slightly but light never came back.
Since then battery is totally empty and I found no way to start up my MB.
I've tried few things in vain:
1 first i've bought new charger : no way to start up the MB nor to charge battery
2 second: change the magsafe plug : no way to start up the MB nor to charge battery
I've read that MB should be able to work without battery in it,is this true? (Never experienced that)
3 I've removed battery and plug the charger: no way to start up the MB
Don't know what to do anymore and can't believe my MB never recover.....
help!

Actually, I think that I reset SMC on my own as I ran without knowing it the process to reset it yesterday but didn't try to start up the MB.
I'm half a way to total recovery...
My macbook starts successfully but I'm connected to power and battery doesn't charge at all.
Charge is ongoing for half an hour and battery is still 0%!
I think that I need to refresh my MB with brand new battery

That's probably not a good idea to try to share apps since you will have to switch ID's each time you update apps and sync apps from iTunes.
And technically - according to Apple's terms - you cannot share apps using different ID's. You can actually lock yourself out of an ID for 90 days if you switch ID's and if you associate the iPad with another ID.

In Numbers 3.2, you can do lots of things with Page Headers and Footers in Print Preview. Move them to the (paper) edge - if your printer will handle that .
Then bring up the Fonts window (in Print Preview, Menu > Format > Fonts > Show Fonts) and have a play:
Or leave them blank. With zero position on the (paper) page, they will probably be in the non-printing margins anyway .
