I can't upgrade to Mavricks yet because of issues with Junipers VPN client. Trying to buy Numbers via the appstore but it says it requires 10.9. Is there any way to buy the version from last week?

You can use the Check Material Shortages attribute in the Org items under Inventory tab. Oracle will trigger shortage alert notifucations for the checked items. This works in the conjuntion with the Shortage Parameters defined at the Inv ORg level (these parameters are nothing but what business wants to consider as a shortage in WIP and OM). It is true that you cannot add more than 250 plots to a 2d-axis graph in the REPORT. One work around is to have the graphs stacked on top of each other and plot 250 to one graph and 250 more to another graph. I am including a TDR (you have to unzip it) file that has 12 2d-axis stacked on top of each other. Most of the properties have been made invisible through the graph properties. You can still see the legends however. One caveat to this is that you will have issues accessing the different graphs. You have to do it from a VBScript. The following line of code worked for me:
Call GraphObjOpen("2DAxis" + Str(NewAxis))
Where NewAxis is a variable that defines which graph I want to look at. You would of course have to loop through the graphs as you add data.

Did you import the old iPhoto library into the new one? That's not what you want to do because you will import all of the original, modified and thumbnail files as if they were original files. Lots of duplicates and useless small photos.
Do you have a backup copy of the library that you imported into to? If you do then bring it in and then use iPhoto Library Manager to merge the two libraries into a new, 3rd library.
If you don't then you'll have to try to fix the current one and then cull out the duplicates and small useless photos as follows: make a temporary, duplicate copy of your library and apply the three fixes in order as necessary.
Fix #1
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your HD/User/Home()/ Library/Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your HD/User/Home()/Library /Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
Fix #2
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #3
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If this doesn't fix the problem you'll have to start over from scratch and create a new library from the files inside the Originals folder of your current library. But first you should cull out the small photos that would be the thumbnails from the 2001 library.
Move the Originals folder to the Desktop, open and do a search for Kind=photo, File size is less than 10 KB. That should find all of the thumbnail files which you can then drag to the Trash. You might have to make that less than 50 KB. Then Import the remaining photos into a new iPhoto library.

I have a component which should always produce the output by executing a code and not from the dispatcher cache.
Is there any way to clear the dispatcher cache for the component or is it possible to disable the component caching.

The dispatcher caches the entire HTTP response body, so doing what you are describing actually requires two steps:
1) Loading the non-cacheable component through Ajax (or some other edge side assembly technology like ESI)
2) Including the Dispatcher: no-cache header in the response when that component is requested.

You will probably want to use the WCMMode to only do the dynamic loading on the publish server.

I really don't want to be a hater to new things- updates can be great.
But Numbers 3.2 is really frustrating and difficult to use. Is there a way to get numbers 2 back? Or change any of the following:
When entering formulas, I can't find a bar to do so, I have to do it directly in the cell. This is really difficult when the formula is long and complicated.
Move the scroll bar with the sheets from the top of the page back to the left hand side. I can't see everything at once. Again, really hard and annoying when you have a lot of them in one workbook.
Move all the menu stuff back to the top (i.e. font and whatnot) This is just a personal preference, no good reason, other than the fact that this is what I've seen my entire life.

You still have it, in a subfolder within Applications named iWork '09. You can use both.
When entering formulas, I can't find a bar to do so, I have to do it directly in the cell. This is really difficult when the formula is long and complicated. .
You can drag the edge of the Formula Editor and make it as big as you want:
Move the scroll bar with the sheets from the top of the page back to the left hand side. I can't see everything at once.
You can scroll quickly between sheets by moving the cursor up to the band with the sheet "tabs" and dragging left and right. If you have lots of sheets and need to see a list, you can try out the Automator Service described here.

If you like using the menu, the choices are still up there:
Switching to Numbers 3 involves learning new things. It has (in my opinion) many improvements. However, if you need to do a lot of precision printing to share with others, you will be happier with the old Numbers, though it's important to keep in mind that it is orphanware and eventually you will have to switch to Numbers 3 or something else.

Is there any way to not wait for a subVI to output so that the background loop can continue (until the output exists)?

I am in a loop but want to modify an element in that loop. This modification takes time, but i cannot have the loop stop while it is being changed or else the buffer overflows and crashes the computer.
Is there any way to make the output null until the subVI finishes and actually gives the desired output? This way the loop could continue until the subVI's output is ready.

Inside the subVI, you can set a condition, for example, if data is not given, set the output to some kind of value (NaN is good for numeric), if data is present, just take it out. But be sure the subVI has no loop to get data, but check data only once. If you need a loop to get data, you'll have to put it in paralell with the main loop.
