Solid line of pixels in my warped gradient. Can anyone explain/help?

Hello all,
So this is very odd. Here's the breakdown and steps I've taken so far.
I create a new layer and fill it with black. Then I make a new layer and make a marquee selection. Within the marquee selection, I fill the new layer with a color to transparent gradient fill. I then take the new gradient layer and warp it using the "FLAG" preset. I adjust the bend to 20% and commit the warp/transformation. I get the curve I want, but right in the middle of the curve, running straight up the layer, is a solid line of pixels. It's almost as if, that one little line missed out on both the gradient itself as well as the warp effect.
Very odd indeed. Can anyone please explain what might be happening with that?

Gerbert2001, I had tested in CS6 as the OP had not mentioned their version and could not reproduce the issue.
But in Photoshop CC I also get offending results.

My 14-inch iBook has been flashing solid colors (green, red, blue, three different kinds of white) before going black for about a minute, and then start flashing again. I tried restarting repeatedly, and sometimes the normal screen would appear for about 1 minute before flashing colors again.
Can anyone please help?

Most likely its a problem with your logic board, specifically, the video memory. Apple has admited to this problem for the G3 ibook after a class action lawsuit was filed. My ibook, a g4 933mhz, which was made shortly after the computers that were part of this lawsuit has the problem. I stupidly paid apple $300 to fix the problem, because they told me that as long as the damage was not caused by me, then it could be fixed for $300. After i paid them and they shipped the laptop to their repair center, they called bacl to say that my logic board was damaged because i had spilled something on my keyboard, and that it would cost $700 to fix. I told them to ship it back, and of course they charged me $300 for nothing. I then tested the keyboard and inspected the laptop for this alleged "water damage" and found nothing. Apple offered no recourse to dispute their findings, and said that there were no problems with my laptops logic board that they were responsible for, despite the online petition having been signed over 700 times. They said that i could pay them an additional $70-$80 to have the apple store take my laptop apart and verify the water damage, and that it didnt guarentee anything, it would just make my case for demanding that the laptop be repaired stronger. Also, even though they orginally said that i had spilled something on the keyboard to cause the damage, when i told them that the keyboard was functioning, they said that i must have placed the laptop in water.

Good luck with your laptop, obviously, unless yours is still under warrenty, i dont recommend sending it to apple for repairs. I should also note that they did originally think that my laptop was part of the problem batch when i brought it to the store, but after they checked the serial number and determined that it was not, then mysteriously the damage was caused by me, and they pocketed my $300.

After beating my head against the wall for hours, I tried changing the
size of v_var to 50, and the error disappeared. Mind you, the error
was being thrown long before v_var was being set further down in the
proc. Even more interesting is that the possible values of v_var were
all less than 5 chars wide. Most interesting: the value of p_param2 had nothing whatever to do with v_var.
Can anyone explain this?

Create a STO with new doc type for material M1 to ship from plant 1 to plant 2 with qty as 100. On pressing enter you should be able to see schedule lines in delivery schedule tab. In schedule line you should see the Material availability date, GI date, loading date etc.

Line item dimension refers to single field. This is nothing but the SID of the field get stored in the fact table , and there will no extra dimension , hence improves performance while reporting as select need not go thru extra dimension table..
Line item dimension is used for those fields where the number of records is expected to be more..
You cant assign more than one characteristic to line item dimension.. But you can assign more than in normal dimension..
In modelling there are strong entities like customer, material which for dimensions. There are a few entities viz. "intersection entities" of the strong entities like "sales order no". Such intersection entities normally for line item dimensions.
n this example, if u want to have granularity level till the sales order no., you will have a real high no. of records in the sales order no dimension(if it was a regular dimension) as compared to the fact table(the ratio which u mentioned).
So we will treat this sales order no. as line item dimension.

REQUESTED START
LATEST START
REQUESTED END
LATEST END
with examples.

REQUESTED_START is used to introduce a delay. This is relevant for background work items and foreground work items. For background work items it means the execution will not take place until the deadline is met. For foreground work items it means the work item will not be visible in the workflow inbox until the deadline is met.
The other three are used to signal that someone is not taking care of their business.
LATEST_START occurs if no-one has started executing the work item. Actually I am not sure how reserving a work item affect this, but you can test that yourself. Typical use will be to send a (gentle) reminder to the agent(s) that they have this work item that should be executed.
REQUESTED_END is typically used to send a (gentle) reminder to the agent(s) that they have this work item which should be completed soon.
LATEST_END is the final deadline for a work item. Most common use is probably to notify managers or forward the work item to someone else, i.e. using modelled deadline handling, not simple notification deadlines.
You can also use it to expire things (e.g. if an employee leaves the company May 30th, a work item to that employee, such as "Remember to clean your desk" could be expired the day after his/her last day at work.).

Note that even though the deadlines have names such as LATEST_END there is no automatic cancellation of work items when the deadlines occur. It is you who decide what should happen when the deadline has occured.

Lingo, is correct. If you currently have the Share Everything Plan on your account your bill will reflect a monthly line access per device. This description is indicating the monthly access of a Smartphone on your plan. If you have any additional questions don't hesitate to ask.

An Engineer was booked to connect my Infinity on 19 November between 8 and 1. He never came and no one contacted me to say why. On the 19th I lost my existing landline and broadband - how long will I have to wait to get them back???
When I 'track my order' it says 'in progress'.
I cannot ring BT as I have no landline and until I found BT WiFi FON I had no internet.
My daughter rang on my behalf and was told it was a cabling issue which I doubt as my next door neighbour has Infinity.
I just want news or a date when I can expect my switch over to take place.
I feel abandoned ....... As a returning customer I do not feel wowed by the service so far .....

Absolutely glued to my phone today but I needn't have worried they just sent a text to say 'Hello - message from BT. We have tried to contact you but have not been successful. We will try and contact you again on 12/12 by 20:00. Thank you.' Now this time they did not try to contact me at all - no missed calls whatsoever, and a further six days to wait for next contact. Fed up about that so rang them, ended up in India, and guess what my order had been cancelled on 3 December!!! Telephone person said my payment to purchase a year's line rental in advance had been returned on that day, and she was right. So why was I not told they had cancelled the order? If I hadn't telephoned I would still be waiting on a call on the 12th. I asked why was it cancelled and she said my existing line is 'old' so I have to have a new telephone number and start all over again. Re-doing the order took an hour and a half and she says Engineer will call on 23 December. I will have no telephone landline and no broadband til then. My original order was placed on 31 October with start date for 19 November, and since the 19th I have no phone and no broadband, so it will be more than a month with no service .... I cannot even take it all in, and don't know how I feel about having to have a new number.

My messaging usage for 1 of 4 lines is 5 days behind the others. Can anyone explain?

I have 4 lines for our wireless account. When I check usage, 3 of the lines are up to date, but the 4th is 5 days behind on message usage. It seems like this has happened to others. Any solutions?

iMessages won't show up on your My Verizon usage reports since they go through the Apple servers, not Verizon's.

Can anyone please help? Problems with Pixel's Proslice.

Using proslice to do a split screen. Two cameras, one camera's audio is being used, the other's is not. I am having to sync the cameras' clips via audio. I am having trouble with the correct protocol and order of events to make this happen. Pixel's info on proslice methodology for different scenarios is slim to none. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Or, highlight them both in the Browser, right-click, from the pop-up menu select "Syncronize Clips".
Then highlight tha new Sync Clip it makes (a specialized Compound Clip) in the Browser, look in the Inspector, in the Audio section, towards the bottom for Channel Configuration. You may also want to right-click it and select "Open In Timeilne" to see how it matched up and tweak it if necessary.
I don't have ProSlice, so I've no clue what that requires.

I have received message today from BT saying they are try contact me today. No one call me, but they send a message. I'm a bit tired of waiting for connection... My order status says my activation date will be on the 4th Aug, but there is already delay with connection...

Strange lines in pixel-preview mode

Hi! I have a problem.
When I'm drawing something with two windows (one is usual other in pixel preview) I have some strange white lines in pixel preview window. How can I solve it?

There are no white lines in output icon. These lines are not objects, they are just bugs of Illustrator. When I zoom out and immediately zoom in window with pixel preview - white lines dissapear. But when I change something in usual window (moving any object or rotate) these lines appear again (only in pixel-preview window)!

Touchsmart IQ700 screen only shows diagional lines on start up can anyone help

Can anyone please help me as when i start up my IQ 700 all i get is coloured diagional lines on the screen and can not use the pc.

If you have been inside the machine, verify your RAM sticks are fully seated.
If you have added non-OEM ram, remove it and try to boot.
Run the Apple HW CD and perform a ram test. What are the results?

IN A BATCH PROCESS TO SELECT A DIFFERENT LINE OF PIXELS?

Hi there,
I am trying to make my own slit scan image by selecting a single line of pixels from many frames.
From the first frame I would like to select the first line of pixels. From the second frame I would like to select the second line of pixels and so on. Then for this process to repeat itself.
It has been suggested that I can do this using the batch process in Photoshop however I cannot figure out how to do it!
If there is a simplier way then please get in touch.
