12c: Jdev composite.xml warning

In 12c Jdeveloper, the composite.xml is giving following warning messages. Deployment happens successfully. Just wondering as why these warning messages are set ?
Reference authenticator_client_ep not found
Incorrect namespace definition for BPEL/Authenticator.bpel
Reference IdentityService not found
SOA Coposite details : Its a sync BPEL process with an invoke to a web service [https://soaServer/integration/services/IdentityService/identity?wsdl].

  • 12c SOA composite deployment issue using maven

    I am facing issue with 12c SOA composite deployment using maven. I execute the below command for deploying any composite. (Note: Update and run init.cmd file before running the below maven command)
    mvn pre-integration-test –f soa-pom.xml –Dcomposite.name=TestSOAProj –Dcomposite.version=1.1
    Issues:
    As seen above, I specified composite version to be deployed as 1.1 in pom.xml file, but maven deploys the composite with version that is present in composite.xml. It does build the jar file with the version specified in the pom i.e. TestSOAProj_rev1.1.jar, but when it deploys I see the composite with version as 1.0 (this version is in composite.xml). The out of the box maven script is not overwriting the revision in the composite.xml with the value specified in the pom file.
    Also, is there a way to pass the partition name as an user input parameter in the pom file. I tried this with the out of the box pom file by giving the partition name as something other than ‘default’, but the maven script ignores this and always deploys to ‘default’.
    I am not sure if I am missing anything here. Please suggest.

  • How to override the 'default' partition in composite.xml - urgent

    All,
    Version: 11.1.1.4
    I have created a simple BPEL A which invokes another BPEL B which is deployed to 'default' partition. In the composite.xml of BPEL A I can see the WSDL location of BPEL B as *"http://localhost:7001/soa-infra/services/default/BPELB/BPELB.wsdl"*. I noticed that the name of the partition (i.e in our case its 'default') is hardcoded in the wsdl location. During deployment I want to override to other partition, how I can achieve this?
    thanks
    sen

    If you want to change the partion name at run time then used Token ,value concept and define it in build.xml
    For Example
    <target name="replaceAllValues">
    <input
    message="Please enter full path of the file directory:"
    addproperty="dirPath"/>
    <replace dir="${dirPath}">
    <replacefilter
    token="OldValue."
    value="Newvalue"/>
    </replace>
    </target>
    Call the above target from ant build.xml before you deploying the service.

    Tarak.

  • URGENT: Importing deployed-composites.xml File into MDS

    Gurus,
    I am running into a problem whereby soa-infra application crashes upon server restart.
    This doesn't allow soa_server (managed server) to come up properly.
    I see the following error during server start up:
    <Sep 20, 2011 3:02:18 AM PDT> <Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149231> <Unable to set the activation state to true for the application 'soa-infra'.
    weblogic.application.ModuleException: [HTTP:101216]Servlet: "FabricInit" failed to preload on startup in Web application: "/soa-infra".

    What I am doing is this: I have added a SCA-INF/lib folder inside the project and added rt.jar file in it. Then I tried to deploy it, deployment did not happen successfully however, it made an entry in MDS as I could see entire composite in MDS along with rt.jar file. Now, when server restarts, it always tries to load the jar file from MDS and for some reason, it doesn't find the jar file despite it being very much in MDS at the correct path.
    Because of this, I ran into a deadlock situation.
    I cannot remove the composite from MDS (using removeSharedData ant task or WLST offline command) as my soa managed server is not up. So, request to http://serverhost:8001 throws 404 error when I use removeSharedData Ant task and WLST offliine sca_undeployCompoiste command. And, this composite entry in MDS doesn't allow the server to start up properly!!
    As another workaround, I've modified deployed-composites.xml file. But without soa-infra listed in EM Console, I cannot import the file.
    Does anyone know how I can import/upload deployed-composites.xml file from outside EM console (and without soa-infra being up!)?
    Thanks-
    Ashish

    If its urgent maybe you can delete the record from all the deployed composites from the Metadata database (you will have to redeploy all of them and you will leave some tush in the content tables).
    connect to the metadata database (XXXXX_MDS schema) configured for that soa_server, you will find a table named MDS_PATHS.
    there you will see all the paths of the files stored in the MDS.
    backup the table and then try
    1) THIS COMMAND DELETE ALL COMPOSITES PAHTS FROM METADATA but it leaves some blob content orphan:
    Execute:
    delete from mds_paths where path_fullname like '/deployed-composites%' and path_fullname <> '/deployed-composites' and path_fullname <> '/deployed-composites/default'; --if you have another partition you can filterit there
    restart the soa_server and the soa-infra will start with no composites. You will have to redeploy them all (but it will come up :).
    I use this method when the soa-infra wont come up because it doesnt found some file on /deployed-composites/.....................
    Anyway, if something goes wrong you can restore the table from your backup ;)

  • Is it possible to pass the property value dynamically to composite.xml

    Hi,
    Is it possible to pass the property value dynamically to composite.xml from bpel?
    For ex:
    <property name="bpel.config.auditLevel">$variable</property>
    I will get a different $variable value every time to bpel.
    Also, when I included the following code inside .bpel
    invoke name="InvokeListFileFTPAdapter-ListFiles"
    partnerLink="ListFilesFTPAdapter"
    portType="ns3:FileListing_ptt" operation="FileListing"
    inputVariable="listfilesRequest"
    outputVariable="listfilesResponse" bpelx:invokeAsDetail="no">
    <bpelx:toProperties>
    <bpelx:toProperty name="bpel.auditLevel"
    variable="AuditVariable"/>
    </bpelx:toProperties>
    </invoke>
    where auditvariable='Off'
    I don't see any change in em. The invoke activity is showing full payload, Can't we turn off the audit level from .bpel not from composite.xml

    Hi,
    You can use bpel preferences for that:
    1.
    In the composite add a property, for ex:
    <component name="test">
    <implementation.bpel src="test.bpel"/>
    <property name="bpel.preference.exam">abc</property>
    </component>
    2.
    To get the value within your bpel process use: ora:getPreference(exam)
    3.
    Then, you can change the value in the EM:
    Under Farm_soa_domain>weblogic domain>your_domain>soa_server1
    Right click on menu>system Mbean browser>oracle.soa.config>server:soa_server1>SCAComposite>your project>SCAComposite.SCAComponent>processName>
    Now, click on the properties attribute : you can see the exam property and change the value.

  • Oracle.bpm_template_12.1.3.jar is missing in 12c JDev installation.

    Hi,
    To install BPM in 12c I am using following commands.
    CD %ORACLE_HOME%\soa\common\bin
    set QS_TEMPLATES=%ORACLE_HOME%\soa\common\templates\wls\oracle.bpm_template_12.1.3.jar
    qs_config.cmd
    The issue is I could not found oracle.bpm_template_12.1.3.jar in Oracle_Home\soa\common\templates\wls location.
    I have installed 12C JDev 12.1.3.0.0. And I am using the JARs available in Oracle_Home\soa\common\templates\wls location.
    Am I missing anything here?
    Or should I download oracle.bpm_template_12.1.3.jar independently?
    Could anyone provide the info.
    Thank you in advance.
    Regards,
    Dev.

    Yes - you are correct.
    I've found the most useful reference for installing Oracle BPM 12c is this:  Installing SOA Suite and Business Process Management Suite Quick Start Guide for Developers.
    1. To Download Oracle BPM 12c JDeveloper download the software from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bpm/downloads/index.html
    2. To Install the JDK:
    Install JDK 1.7 (jdk1.7.0_55).
    Set JAVA_HOME environment variable to D:\Java\jdk1.7.0_55
    3. To Install Oracle BPM 12c JDeveloper
    Open a command prompt as an administrator (right mouse click “Command Prompt” -> “Run as administrator”)
    From the command prompt run: %JAVA_HOME%\bin\java -jar fmw_12.1.3.0.0_bpm_quickstart.jar
    Hope this gets you going,
    Dan

  • Can I have multiple WSDL URL in SOA composite.xml file

    Hi,
    I have composite.xml file where I have hardcoded the wsdl url in the location tag(as shown below). This is in Dev env where I have single node. If I have 2 Node cluster, how can I give the WSDL URL?? Can I have something like "comma" seperated and if one of my WSDL url is down, then it will hit the other WSDL file??
    Please give me your valuable suggestions.
    <binding.ws port="http://xxxxxxxxxxxx/#wsdl.endpoint(WSCompositeService/WSCompositePort)"

    Thanks

    Hi,
    The questions is realated to invoking external servcies from your composite (references), not deploying you composite to a cluster and have multiple endpoints for your exposed services? Besides using a (dedicated) load-balancer in front of your cluster, OSB also provides a load-balancing feature for business services (that is if you use OSB and have your services exposed through OSB). See http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/dev.1111/e15866.pdf.
    Kind regards, Ronald

  • In 12C, SOA Composite homepage, Topology tab is missing

    Hi,
    I did install 12c cloud control.
    After that, deploy agents to monitor soa 11.1.1.5.
    Then i installed ADP manager, JVM diagnostics manager, deploy ADP, JVM agents.
    All status are succeeded and adp/jvm managers are up, agent status is reporting.
    But when I hit any composite link of Deployed Composite in soa-infra home page, it goes to composite home page,
    Only 3 tab pages there, home, fault and rejected message and web service policy.
    From document it mentioned there should be Topology tab at the end. so normally 4 tab pages.
    Is there anything else need to be done to show this Topology tab page for SOA composite?
    Appreicate any help and comments on this issue.

  • Query : JDev + build.xml

    hi all
    I have created one BPEL project in Jdev with that JDev also
    creates build.xml file for compilation & deployment.
    Now If I deploy my BPEL process using JDev Deployer window (Right click on BPEL Project -> Deploy -> BPEL Process Deployer )
    than It compiles BPEL project first then It runs Ant file - build.xml.Now here the my observation is while running build.xml file It will not run compile task - bpelc command . Yes BPEL project is already
    compiled but how JDev will come to know that it should not compile
    BPEL project again. ???
    And another doubt is which JAR file is used to executed "bpelc" command. And we can compile BPEL project from JDev as well as Developer prompt of SOA server so in both cases where this JAR file will be.???

    I have actually disabled the security for that service. I am thinking the problem is that the LDAP server has some sort of block on web service calls. Could that be the issue? All of my other web services (configured the same exact way) function just fine, and running the query in LiveCycle Workbench works fine. That leads me to believe that something is stopping the WSDL connection.

  • Issue with preference values defined in composite xml file

    We are on 11g PS2. I have defined dynamic preference value for Email List in my SOA composite and that is used by the bpel process in composite.
    <property name="preference.ErrorEmailTo">[email protected]</property>
    <property name="preference.AuditEmailTo">[email protected],[email protected]</property>
    We changed the Email list from System MBeans and it was getting reflected properly until we restart the system. When we restarted the system, the modified values were lost and they were replaced by the original values. This has happened on our production environment yesterday. Plese help.

    Thats a none thing, refer the below post to solve it.
    Oracle SOA 11g- bpel.preference
    Thanks,

  • Query regarding composite.xml and bpel

    Hi,
    I am absolutely new to SOA.Last day, I was experimenting with BPEL processes.I dragged a BPEL process(TestBPEL) onto the SOA composite and exposed it as a SOAP service.Now the component(testbpel_client_ep) that is being shown in the left swimlane wired to the BPEL process, what is that?I mean is that a service itself.Again in the .componentType file, I saw a service was defined but the name of the service defined was testbpel_client.But I didn't define any other service,so where did that service come from?Again in the composite source I saw the follwing code was generated:-
    <service name="testbpel_client_ep" ui:wsdlLocation="TestBPEL.wsdl">
    <interface.wsdl interface="http://xmlns.oracle.com/PatientDataService_jws/Test/TestBPEL#wsdl.interface(TestBPEL)"/>
    <binding.ws port="http://xmlns.oracle.com/PatientDataService_jws/Test/TestBPEL#wsdl.endpoint(testbpel_client_ep/TestBPEL_pt)"/>
    </service>
    I guess it defines the service testbpel_client_ep.But what are the implications of the <interface.wsdl/> and <binding.ws/> tags?In the .componentType file also, the service testbpel_client had the same <interface.wsdl/> tag.
    <service name="testbpel_client" ui:wsdlLocation="TestBPEL.wsdl">
    <interface.wsdl interface="http://xmlns.oracle.com/PatientDataService_jws/Test/TestBPEL#wsdl.interface(TestBPEL)"/>
    </service>
    It also intrigues me that both the services(testbpel_client and testbpel_client_ep ) refer to the same wsdl file.I have no clue what is happening.
    Thanks in advnce

    Now the component(testbpel_client_ep) that is being shown in the left swimlane wired to the BPEL process, what is that?I mean is that a service itselfYes. If you check the generate soap service checkbox when defining the BPEL it will generate the service and wiring as you have seen.
    Again in the .componentType file, I saw a service was defined but the name of the service defined was testbpel_client.But I didn't define any other service,so where did >that service come from?testbpel_client should be the partner link name for the service. If you open the bpel designer you should see this partner link on the left swim lane. And if you check the wire's in the composite source, you will see that the wire target is testbpel/testbpel_client. Partner Links are by which services and references are referred within the bpel designer.
    what are the implications of the <interface.wsdl/> and <binding.ws/> tags?interface.wsdl specifies the wsdl porttype of the interface exposed by bpel.
    bindings.ws specifies the wsdl port and soap:location for the bpel. You are not seeing the location part here as this is a service definition and soa runtime will automatically populate this depending upon your deployed environment. This section is more relevant for 'References' coz this is the place you have to modify the endpoint URL's of services you have to invoke.
