Abap querry

Hi,
Can anyone provide me any documents on ABAP Querry. I need to modify one sap standard program on abap querry urgently, any help in this regard will be very much appreciated.

ABAP Querry Duplicate entries

I have an ABAP querry which was created using SQ01 that display some vendor, invoice and PO information. When I Execute this Querry it brings up all entries for different line items in the PO for an Invoice related to a vendor. As I am not displaying the line item information in the final output this result in duplicate entries which give the same information.
Is there a way to avoid these duplicate entries??

Please check
the join conditions for the query in SQ02. Inner Joint or Outer joint as per your requirement and the join should be made with the correct fields
if the join conditions are fine, it means that there is no sufficient input in order to filter and get your output
Suppose if you want to code, you can insert the code for each output field.

ABAP Querry related Querry

Hi,
I am creating an ABAP Querry using SQ03, SQ02 and SQ01.
I have two tables to fetch data - MAST AND MARA.
The only common field in the two is MATNR.
First I created the Infoset using table MAST.
I clicked on the Join Radio Button on SQ02.
And then Inserted the MARA table using Insert Table Button.
It automatically, linked the two tables using MATNR field because that is the only common field in the two tables.
I can see the fields of MAST Table in SQ02 and SQ01,
But I can't see the fields of MARA which I have to display on the Input screen as well as output screen.
Help needed.

How to give References for the field in the Abap Query

Dear Freinds,
I am not able to get Text for Cost Centre which iam using in My custom infotype , when iam calling the Custom infotype in abap querry i dont find the T symbol for my field Cost Centre , since i have created in my custom infotype for Cost Centre similar to the infotype 0001. When i look at the
infotype 0001 fields in my abap query i can see that there is T field for P0001-KOSTL and again if i double click on it i can see that in the REFERENCES Tab i can see " Function Module:HR_TXID_KOSTL" . Could any one let me how i can assign to my custom field "Function Module:HR_TXID_KOSTL " in the References Tab.

Duplicate Records in ABAP Query

I have prepared ABAP query with tables KNA1, KNB1, BSID. I have mapped only BUKRS and KUNNR from BSID . as I don't have any condition to map the fields. I want only one record for considering KUNNR and BUKRS in report . But in report It is displaying all entries from BSID considering BUKRS and KUNNR means for documents all line items.Kindly suggest as soon. How to avoid such duplicate records

Vendor Outstanding Payment with reference to Purchase Order

Is there any standard report to see outstanding payments for vendors? I wanted to see purchase orders no, miro no, vendor, clear amount, pending amount, clearing document etc. i tried FBL1N but i didnt get po no. there. Please Guide.

There is no standard report which gives your requirement. You will have to develop the report thru help of abaper or create a abap querry.

How to see the billed invoices in VF04 transaction

I would like to find a way to see the invoice number for collective billing. When we process more than one Delivery at a time,
The invoice number is generated in background and in order to find it that we have to reference back to the delivery. Is there an place to see this or

Hi
You may check the table VBRK, give the date of creation of invoice in ERDAT field and execute, it will give all the Invoice created on that date.
you may also check with ref. to the invoive no. in table VBRP for the Delivery no. in the field VGBEL.
If require you may create an ABAP Querry for these two tables VBRK and VBRP.

External object manual transportation

I need to transport an external object(it is in .txt file) consists of user group and abap querry ..
can anyone suggest me how to transport it manually from development to testing server..

You can do that from SQ02.
From SQ02 -> From Enivronment select Query Areas
-> Select Standard Areas
-> Click on Transport ICON or CTRL+F3
-> Here you can use Upload option to upload User Groups and Queries

Plant company code association

Hi,
I want to create a report in which all the plants under a specified company code are listed. What tables do I need to use for the purpose? I tried using the TASSIGN_MM_T001W table. But, it has restrictions as a result of which I am not able to use it.

How to find Querry Name from report name?

Hi.
I run a custom transaction , but when i try to see it's program it give me dump. Then i used SE93 transaction to find out program but there was querry written as "AQCSSYSTQV000001ZPUBLICITY====' in program name.
Now i have to find the Query Name by which the program name "AQCSSYSTQV000001ZPUBLICITY====" is generated?

AQ means - ABAP Query
CS - then 2 chars for the query area
SYSTQV000001 - then 12 characters for the user group
ZPUBLICITY - this is your query name
You have to check you are in the correct workarea and user group, or you will not see your query.

Your select querry on MARC is not matching with MARC_TY.
The field in the MARC table and MARC_TY should be same.
and also, when you are making select querry on CDPOS table
with all entries.
When ever you are using all entries select statement, you should check whether the internal table is having value.
you should check

There is a provision to add new code in SAP Query. In SQ02, add a new field and add the code as per your requirement. Take the help of ABAPer to do this. My experience with ABAPers is that they are not so willing to add code in SAP Query and they would rather prefer to do it entirely in ABAP.
