About the syntax of the ALTER TYPE.

Hi, everybody:
1. Would you teach me, the syntax of the alter type statement to modify one user-define constructor of the type, the type has been used to a table or a subtype?
2. Would you teach me, the syntax of the alter type statement to add one user-define constructor?

Here are the docs for it:

  • Tell me about the movement type of 121,141,142?

pls explain the difference among these three movement type,
    thanks in advance.

    121 Subsequent adjustment for subcontracting
This movement type cannot be entered manually.
With a subsequent adjustment for a subcontract order it is possible to correct the consumption of components.
Suppose you have consumed during GR for a subcontracting orders say 3 kg of raw material instead of 5 kg which is known later can be adjusted through Subsequent adjustment entry. Enter the difference 2 kg in the subsequent adjustment and save.
141 Goods receipt for subsequent adjustment for active ingredient
This movement type cannot be entered manually. It is generated automatically upon subsequent adjustment for a proportion/product unit
This is also a same kind of adjustment as above where you have activated batch specific UOM.

  • I have a question about the data type static

for any of you that read my last post for my assignment this is still the same thing but i have broke it down more, but i am getting an error and i am not for sure i understand why that is. I think i am confused on why i should, or could use a static?

Imagine a blueprint from which houses are constructed. The blueprint indicates that each house will have a garage, a roof, a front door, etc. However, each house will have its own roof - be it a tar shingle roof or a cedar roof or maybe thatch - but that's another issue.
Now, in the lower left corner of the blueprint, we find the architect's name and company logo. That logo is part of the blueprint - each house will NOT have its own discreet copy of that item. Instead, each house will share the one and only copy of that logo.
That's what static members are. They are called "class variables" or "class methods" and are accessed through the class name instead of an object name.
    I hope that helps.

  • Just curious about the supprt type of apple

Is there anyone from apple that is really monitoring this site? I saw a lot of issue but never saw from the admin of apple that answer there question or quiries? All i can see the user only reply on this thread. I hope there someone from apple who is answering our problems.
I have an issue with the sound of my iphone since i update it ios 6.1.2 and the sound just come and go. This is really getting me frustrated coz i'm not seeing any response from apple. I'm just trying to resolve this for those people that tries and they resolved. Hope they should know the consumers rights regarding unsatisfied product they have... Thanks and hope they will do their jobs also.

Well of course nobody from Apple admin will respond to questions on this site/forum.  You have only seen users replying to other users because THIS IS A USER FORUM.  This is a user to user forum and it not monitored by Apple.  This is made totally clear when you sign up for membership of the forum.
If you want help from Apple, then contact them directly - http://www.apple.com/feedback, or contact Apple support, but you will only ever get responses form other users here because it is a user to user forum.

  • About the float type

    Hello,
i have some confusion related to float variable initliazation.
when i worte float f = 1.0;it give me an error that add the cas (float).
bt when i worte it like float f = 1.0f then it works fine..
i am not geeting the logic behind it.why it gave me error first time?
    can any one tell me??
    Regards,
    shruti.

"1.0" is a double constant in Java.
    "1.0f" is a float constant.
There is a similar thing with int/long constants:
    "1000" is an int constant.
    "1000L" is a long constant.

  • The codition type of free goods lost.

We are facing a problem about the codition type of free goods.
    Our business flow is:
1:customer order 100 DR material A from CRM.he entered the requited number in item 1.
2:we transferred the order into r/3 system.and we define the free goods in r/3.the
policy is that we give customer 1 dr free of charge when they buy 10 dr.
3:when this order has been transferred into r/3,the system automatically add a line
with 1 DR free of charge.
    4:in normal,in item 2,it will contain a condition type 'PR01' and 'NA00'.the 'PR01'
is the price and the 'NA00' is the 100% discount.
Nut Now the condition type 'PR01' and 'NA00' in item 2 lost.

  • How can i restrict the Expenditure Type values at a specific OU ?

    Dear Guys,
I would like to ask about the Expenditure Types,
I have implemented two projects for different Operating Units ,
when navigating to any Projects responsibilty, and navigating the Expenditure Type field
the values exist are all the values implemented across the OU not the values entered at this OU
How can i restrict the Expenditure Type values at a specific OU
    Regards
    Amr Hussien

    Hello
When you set up a project there is an option called Transaction Control.
This option allow you to list the allowed or restricted elements of costs for the project.
You may enter the transaction control on a project template and that will be copied to any new project.
The cost elements may be expenditure types, expenditures categories, suppliers, employees, etc.
In your case, I suggest to set up specific project templates for each operating units. On each template enter the list of allowed expenditures types for that OU.
Doing so, the system restricts users from entering any expenditure item, supplier invoice, purchase cost etc, against an expenditure type, which is not allowed.

  • As to the data type of the data type of the difference between two date type of datas

    Hi,
I have a question about the data type of the difference between two date type of datas.
There are two date type of datas as:
    SSHIPMENTS.RECEIVEDATETIME
    SSHIPMENTS.PROMISEDATETIME
I try to use the following SQL Script in Oracle SQL*Plus as:
    SELECT CASE
    WHEN (SSHIPMENTS.RECEIVEDATETIME - SSHIPMENTS.PROMISEDATETIME) < '000 01:00:00.000' THEN 'OnTime'
    WHEN (SSHIPMENTS.RECEIVEDATETIME - SSHIPMENTS.PROMISEDATETIME) < '000 01:30:00.000' THEN '60-89 Minutes'
    ELSE '3+ Hours'
    END
    FROM SSHIPMENTS;
The error message of "Invalid Number" for the '000 01:30:00.000' happens.
I don't know if the data type of the interval is wrong.
    Many Thanks,
    Cathy

    SELECT CASE
    WHEN (to_char(SSHIPMENTS.RECEIVEDATETIME,'hhmiss') - to_char(SSHIPMENTS.PROMISEDATETIME,'hh24miss')) < '010000' THEN 'OnTime'
    WHEN (to_char(SSHIPMENTS.RECEIVEDATETIME,'hhmiss') - to_char(SSHIPMENTS.PROMISEDATETIME,'hh24miss'))< '000 01:30:00.000' THEN '60-89 Minutes'
    ELSE '3+ Hours'
    END

  • Create T.O using outbound delivery. Need to update the storage type.

    Hi All,
I am using L_TO_CREATE_DN to create a T.O using an outbound delivery. It creates the T.O. But I need to decide at the time of creating the T.O the storage type to be used.
I tried using the F.M L_TO_CREATE_MULTIPLE but that does not update the Delivery flow.
I have already gone over the discussions on forums for L_TO_CREATE_DN but none seem to answer the question of updating the line items of the transfer order yet.
I was hoping someone could help me out with this.
    Thanks,
    Arup

    Hey,
Well I do not need to be worried about the storage bins as that is a selection based on a FIFO strategy. It is returned by the system.
I need to worry about the storage type.
So here is the complete requirement.
I have to create TO's for LM05 and LM45. The LM45 To's have to be associate with storage units and this association occurs only if I choose VWT as the storage type..
When I choose VWO as the storage type then the items are not associated with a Source Storage Unit.  This is because the storage type VWO does not have SU management active whereas VWT has SU management active.
So, what I am primarily concerned about is the way I could enter the storage type information dynamically.

    hi siva velma,
    thank you fro your answer.
how i conclude that when i see the where list which table is the actual table i need.
    please make me understand that.
what about the ordre types ..in crm how we have them..for complaints , returns, sales order etc.in r/3 we have re for returns, or for std sales order.
there so many sales orders which one i should take.
there are so many transaction types for complaints cmrr, cmrp, dmrb etc - for complaints.which is for what how i wil know.

  • About the buffring

plz anybody tell me about the buffring types.
    i will give good points.

    Hi rangamma,
    Buffering
You must define whether and how a table is buffered in the
technical settings for the table. There are three possibilities
    here:
1> Buffering not permitted: Table buffering is not permitted,
    for
example because application programs always need the
    most
recent data from the table or the table is changed too
    frequently.
2> Buffering permitted but not activated: Buffering is
permitted from the business and technical points of view.
Applications which access the table execute correctly with
    and without table buffering.
Whether or not table buffering will result in a gain in
performance depends on the table size and access profile
of the table (frequency of the different types of table
    access).
Table buffering is deactivated because it is not possible to
know what these values will be in the customer system. If
table buffering would be advantageous for the table size and
access profile of the table, you can activate it in the customer
    system at any time.
3> Buffering activated: The table should be buffered. In this
case you must specify a buffering type.
    Buffering types:
    1> Single-Record buffering
With single-record buffering, only the records that are actually
read are loaded into the buffer. Single-record buffering therefore
requires less storage space in the buffer than generic and full
buffering. The administrative costs in the buffer, however, are
greater than for generic or full buffering. Considerably more
database accesses are necessary to load the records than for
    the other buffering types.
When Should you Use Single-Record Buffering?
Single-record buffering should be used particularly for
large tables where only a few records are accessed with
SELECT SINGLE. The size of the records being accessed
should be between 100 and 200 KB.
Full buffering is usually more suitable for smaller tables
that are accessed frequently. This is because only one
database access is necessary to load such a table with full
buffering, whereas several database accesses are
    necessary for single-record buffering.
    2> Generic buffering
With generic buffering, all the records in the buffer whose
generic key fields match this record are loaded when one
record of the table is accessed. The generic key is a part of
the primary key of the table that is left-justified.
    3> Full buffering
With full buffering, either the entire table is in the
buffer or the table is not in the buffer at all. All the
records of the table are loaded into the buffer when
one record of the table is read.
When Should you Use Full Buffering?
When deciding whether a table should be fully buffered, you
should take into account the size of the table, the number of
    read accesses,
and the number of write accesses. Tables best suited to full
buffering are small, read frequently, and rarely written.
Full buffering is recommended in the following cases:
Tables up to 30 KB in size. If a table is accessed frequently, but
allaccesses are read accesses, this value can be exceeded.
However, youshould always pay attention to the buffer
    utilization.
Larger tables where large numbers of records are frequently
Provide some points if it is helpful.
    Rgds,
    P.Nag

  • Alter type in 8.1.7

    hi everyone.
i'm using the alter type statement as seen in ora92 help to work with my types written and implemented in an 8.1.7 database and its retrieving an missing or invalid option error everytime. is there some difference between 8i and 9i statements I should be aware off before trying to alter types?
    Merci.-

There's quite a lot of difference between the 8i syntax and the 9i syntax. So you may want to compare the docs closely.
