Accordian like functionality - one button, two possiblities

i'd like to create a single movieclip that responds to the same input (mouse click) in two different ways: if playhead is on frame labeled "one" go to frame labeled "two", otherwise if playhead is on frame labeled "two" go to frame labeled "one". i've tried if/else and switch statements with no success - what's a good approach to doing this?

The approach you took will work. Be sure to use == for the conditional and to use quotes for the labels when comparing the currentLabel to the string.

I would like to be able to click on a button one time and
have it open and play a movie. This movie would be overlayed on the
layer that the button is on with the button still visible. Then
after that movie has played, I would like to click on the same
button again to close the movie so that it no longer appears. Can

Did you check the settings in the print options?
Go to the "File" menu, then "Print". 
The window that appears will have three drop-down menus at the top. 
The first is labeled "Printer". 
The second is "Presets". 
The third is unlabeled but has "Copies & Pages" selected by default. 
Click on that third menu and select "Firefox" near the bottom of the list.

Bluetooth Wireless Mighty Mouse only detect one button click

I have had my Apple Bluetooth wireless Mighty Mouse for a little over a year and it has just recently began to only detect on button function, and cannot differentiate between left click, right click, or the scroll click.
It behaves slightly differently under different settings. When I have the scroll click set to do ANYTHING, any click on the mouse will do that respective action. When I have the scroll click turned off, and the left is set to primary and right is secondary, it will do the Primary action. When I have the left set to secondary, and the right set to primary, it will still do the Primary action.
I have looked all over the internet and have found very little help. The scroll wheel is fine so I don't really want to have to take it apart and glue it back together. Anybody know any tricks? Anything will help! Thanks!

I found a partial fix over on this thread.
Basically, the fix is to install the shareware program USB Overdrive and set up the buttons via its control panel. Then uninstall it.
In my case, USB Overdrive brings my mouse back to normal operation, but when I uninstall it, my mouse goes back to acting like a one-button mouse.
For now, I'll keep USB Overdrive installed. Maybe I can bill Apple for the $20!

How can I get one button to perform two functions?

here's what I want:
have one button with a + that opens a pop up using a MSO and then turn that button to a X to close the pop up changing states on the MSO

1. Create a graphic with plus sign and make it a button
2. Group it with an empty frame of desired size
3. Create a graphic with x sign and make it a button
4. Group it with a frame with a pop up
5. Create an MSO of the two groups
6. Assign "goto next state" to each button

Export two TXT files with one button

I'm using Application Express 2.0, i'm developing aplication in which users import few different excel spreadsheets and after that they export date in specified TXT format.
I'w like to create functionality to export two and more files in CSV (TXT) format with one button and one click only in defined folder. It's necessary to simplify work of my endusers becose they have to generate ten or more files.
Is it possible create functionality which generate files in defined folder without any addtional user's action?

Create a procedure to output the files, use the oracle directory object to define your output path.
create or replace directory wayne as '/csv';
use google or metalink to get examples. This way you can output as many files as you want, my personal opinion would be to create a dynamic report your users could run on demand.

In code it should be easy.
The following code adds a button called butman with a text "ADD".
It then registers a listener that will be called if the button is clicked.
This listener then calls the runAddData method if you clicked on butman while it contained the "ADD" text and it will call the runClearData method otherwise.
Therefore it will swap the button's functionality between ADD and CLEAR on every click.

Some extra food for thought.
You might want to run the ADD and CLEAR methods in their own threads so that it can run in the back ground, without slowing down your user interface.
I also like to rather reuse one button for multiple functionality in stead of making an application with hundreds of nodes only used rarely with masses of code to show and hide them if needed.

Are these a lot of functions for one button?

i'm something of a novice, just wondering if someone could
tell me if this looks like a lot to have on each of my seperate
menu buttons (i realise it may not mean much without knowing how
big the loadMovies are etc, but just in terms of the number of
seperate actions/functions per button)

that's actually what i'm doing (for the first time) - didn't
mean to say that each action is specifically sitting on the button.
what i'm asking though is if having several different
functions/actions being called by each of my buttons is a problem -
each buttons loads 2 movie clips, changes the property of another
movie clip, and has the setTimeout function, and tells a component
to load something as well.
so each of my menu buttons is calling 5 different
actions/functions - just wondered if that is a lot or if it matters
at all how many different actions are assigned to one button.

Is your phone still covered by warranty? If so, go to your nearest Apple store and depending on what happened, this may or may not be covered by warranty. If it is, then you can get a replacement exactly as the phone you already have.
If out of warranty, then there is nothing you can do and you'll have to pay.

Just create a new AppleID for your work.
As Allan suggested, items purchased on one iTunes account cannot be moved to the other account.
However, you can put items purchased on on account onto the other iPhone.

You can't combine accounts but help here Apple ID FAQ's for resetting your Apple ID password.

How do I link one button to two slices?

I need some help please. How do I link one button to two

How to create a button like the one pictured here

How would I create a button like the print button below?
I was thinking actually make it two separate buttons placed next to each other. The print button obviously would just be a modified boolean, that's easy. But the drop down is a bit harder. I figure I could customize a drop down but because I haven't been able to play around with it in LabVIEW (don't have it at home) I'm not sure if you can modify the alignment of the box that actually drops down etc. Is the drop down box location and look something you can modify within the control editor?
I'm guessing I could also use .net correct? But I am trying to keep it all with just control modification in LabVIEW if possible. Thanks.

The next time you have the problem, note the exact times when it starts and ends: hour, minute, second.

"Extensions may not function properly because it does not meet the dependency condition."
OR
Extension Status is not consistent with extension set configuration."
The reason I opened the Extension Manager in the first place was to check to see if I had installed a third party extension. And I was presented with these warning symbols. I haven't added anything, I haven't done anything that would cause this.
Does anyone know how to fix this???
I am running OSX 10.9.5; Indesign CS6 version 8.0.2 And Adobe Extension Manager version 6.0.8.28.

Many InDesign pre-installed extensions (Those extensions you have immediately after InDesign installation) define dependency rules in their mxi files. Dependency means that one extension works well only if one or more other extensions are installed and enabled. If this condition is not met, the yellow triangle warning will be shown.
You can select an extension with warning, click "Advanced" tag page in the lower right panel. You will see "This extension has dependency on: <extension name> ...". Check whether every extensions listed here are available and enabled. If not, enable them. Repeat these steps for all the extensions which have warning.
