Account error: value does not exist in BB Company is displayed when Uploading a Journal to Oracle ADI Interface Table
Environment:
Oracle ADI version: version Oracle ADI 7.2.12.04.25 and patch number 9493800
Microsoft Office version: 2003
How to recreate incident:
1. Create a budget worksheet for a company
2. View the budget information
3. Upload budget information to the Interface Table
Actual Result:
Account error: Value <value> for the flexfield COMPANY does not exist in the value set BB_COMPANY. I have noticed the same error is displayed regardless of whether I select options from the combo boxes or enter random numbers in the journal i.e. 0000 for each field.
Expected Result:
Budget information to be uploaded successful especially when the data has not been amended
Questions:
1. What is happening to cause this problem?
2. What is the solution?
The issue is resolved, no need to answer, the dbconnection class was calling the wrong db :(

File does not exist, or file is empty; you cannot upload empty files
Hello,
I've a problem when trying to upload any file to KM Repository (Content Administrator-KM Content-Root-documents). It shows the following error: File does not exist, or file is empty; you cannot upload empty files.
I have applied SAP note 898637 but is still not working. We're using SAP EP 7.0 SP11.
Please, what could be the problem?
Thanks in advance,
BeléWe've put the Java paremeters in Configtool.bat :
-Djava.io.tmpdir=c:/EP_TEMP
-Dcm.tmpdir=c:/EP_TEMP
In Server/Instance. Folders: Message Server&BootStrap and in Servers General and in Instances/Server.
I hope this helps you,
Regards -
VMM 2012R2 UR4 - Version 3.2.7768.0
Not sure when this started happening since I haven't had to update or create a new RunAs account in VMM in some time, but every time I do, either through the console or through PowerShell it throws an error about The specified directory service attribute
or value does not exist. The VMM Service account is the same as it always has been, and other than this issue everything with VMM is working fine. The full text of the error message is below.
I am hoping someone has some ideas because I don't have any more at this point.

FTXP-error-Domain MWART fixed value does not exist- Message no. F4341
Hi,
I am trying to created a new record for a tax code, and i get this error
Domain MWART fixed value does not exist
Message no. F4341
I looked up OB40, and not sure how to fix this. Do you know how to check the tax codes? How to validate OB40?
Thanks.Hello,
Please follow this procedure for the input tax codes which experience
the error F4341:
1) Go to SE16 and enter table T007A
2) Hit enter and in the next screen choose the following parameters
and enter values that represent the tax code for input tax which are
encountering the problem.
KALSM (tax procedure)
MWSKZ (tax code)
3) Click on the "execute" button.
4) Take special attention to column MWART which represents tax type.
This should only have a value "V" to represent input tax (or "A" if
output tax).
5) The cause of the error F4 341 is when this column does not contain
any value or is blank. Which means that there is no defined tax type
"A" or "V" maintained in customizing.
6) To correct this you should maintain the value again via FTXP for the
corresponding tax codes and complete all the customizing settings
relating to tax on sales and purchases thereunder. Afterwhich you
should no longer experience the error message.

Full import error : "user does not exists"
Hi all,
I had 5 separated windows based servers (32bit) with oracle database 9i. I decided to centralize them into one server. So, I configured a new Linux (64bit) and install an Oracle 10gR2. Then I configured a starter database with dbca. I prepared a full dump file from one of old servers and successfully full imported it into starter database on new Linux (10g) server. After that I configured another database using dbca. But when I wanted to full import the previous dump file into new database I have got the error "user does not exists" regarding some demo schema and import terminated unsuccessfully.
I decided to create users regarding the errors and restart the import. After each user creation I was getting a new error for a new user account.
My main question is why first time import terminated successfully without any error but second one in new database raised error?
Thank
Iman

List View webpart from subsite to Top site shows random error "List Does not exist"
Hi All,
We have a list in subsite and we are creating a view for that list which we are showing in one of the top site home page. We have taken care of changing the web and list guid of list view webpart when we added on top site. Its working fine but some time
shows error "list does not exist" but when we refresh the error goes. Is it known issue or if there is any workaround for this? because we cannot go live with this random error.

Error Infoobject does not exists in Infoprovider
Hi Friends,
I am getting "Error Infoobject does not exists in Infoprovider" in Quality. Actually Fiscal Period and Variant are not showing up in Query designer left panel (where we can see infoprovider structure). This problem is only in Quality, the query works fine in Development and training system.
Any thoughts why am I getting this and way to rectify it? I tried transporting the query again by collecting query elements. Still it gives same error.
Thanks and regards,
BalarajProbably your data provider has been changed and transported to quality and your query is still using those objects. Please check the info provider in both system if they are in sink or not.

Select from 1 table only if a value does not exist
Hello all,
I'm having problems devising a single select statement to accomplish a single return value. I have tried variations of DECODE and COALESCE, but it's escaping me.
I have two tables that are as follows:
NAME
ID, FULLNAME
1, Senior
2, Junior
3, Mister
4, Senor
5, Miss
ABBREVIATION
ID, ABBREV
1, Sr
2, Jr
3, Mr
5, Ms
What I would like to do is select from the NAME table only if the value does not exist in the ABBREVIATION table.
Ideally if I were to do something such as:
SELECT * FROM .... WHERE (ID=1 or ID=2 or ID=4) ....
I would receive the following output:
1, Sr
2, Jr
4, Senor
Thanks for reading! You want an outer join.
SELECT decode(a.abbrev, NULL, n.fullname, a.abbrev)
FROM name n,
abbreviation a
WHERE n.ID = a.ID(+)
AND ....Something like that.
Full example:
with n as (
select 1 as ID, 'Senior' as FULLNAME from dual UNION ALL
select 2 as ID, 'Junior' as FULLNAME from dual UNION ALL
select 3 as ID, 'Mister' as FULLNAME from dual UNION ALL
select 4 as ID, 'Senor' as FULLNAME from dual UNION ALL
select 5 as ID, 'Miss' as FULLNAME from dual),
a as (
select 1 as ID, 'Sr' as ABBREV from dual UNION ALL
select 2 as ID, 'Jr' as ABBREV from dual UNION ALL
select 3 as ID, 'Mr' as ABBREV from dual UNION ALL
select 5 as ID, 'Ms' as ABBREV from dual)
select decode(a.abbrev, NULL, n.fullname, a.abbrev)
from a, n
where n.id = a.id(+)
order by n.id;
ID DECODE(A.ABBREV,NULL,N.FULLNAME,A.ABBREV)
1 Sr
2 Jr
3 Mr
4 Senor
5 Ms

SSRS 2014 SharePoint integrated - getting error "Value does not fall within the expected range"
Hi everyone,
Note sure if this should be in the SharePoint forum instead, but here goes...
I have got an SSRS report (SQL 2014) deployed to SharePoint 2013, and I am using a command line to call this report. The command line is...
https://myserver/_vti_bin/reportserver?https://myserver/Reports/AdjustmentPlan.rdl&rs:Format=PDF&ParamActionGUID=B9B57C49-558B-471A-8BFD-2853673E8874
This returns an error "Value does not fall within the expected range"
If I remove the "&rs:Format=PDF" then the report appears on screen without problems...
When I look in the sharepoint log files, I see the command line has changed to be
https://myserver/_vti_bin/reportserver?https://{machine_name}/Reports/AdjustmentPlan.rdl&rs:Format=PDF&ParamActionGUID=B9B57C49-558B-471A-8BFD-2853673E8874
I'm not sure why this is happening, but if I can ensure the command line uses the correct SharePoint address, then I think this will fix the problem.
Any questions or suggestions or solutions gratefully received.
thanks
DavidThanks for the reply. I can probably explain easier than screenshots..
The server name is "datacentre-cenet" for example
But the address we use to access SharePoint is https://cenet (ie using the SharePoint Alternate Access mappings). So the command line to call the SSRS report uses the SharePoint name (CENET).
But when I try to export SSRS to PDF, the command line get changed to
https://datacentre-cenet which causes an error
My thought is that somewhere SSRS is using the server name, rather than the correct URL which is
https://cenet
So if I could know where SSRS picks up the server name, I could configure that to fix this issue.
Hope that's more clearer, thanks again,
David -
PO/ Invoice created for supplier does not exist for particular company code
Hi Gurus,
We have a case where PO created w.r.t supplier X does not exist for any company code A. Also Invoice is generated.
As per my analysis:
1. Purchasing organization is assigned to the particular plant and Plant does assigned to company code. This purchasing organization does not assigned to any company code and kind of centrally allowed to any company code based on above link.
2. Supplier X does exist for the purchasing organization. And in Partner function-For PI (Invoice presented) partner function, it is defined for another supplier Y. This Y supplier does exist for company code A and might be the reason, it is allowing creating PO and Invoice.
Please correct me, if I am wrong or If there will be any other reason for the same. Just for your information, there is no Info record exist for this PO as it is created for service without any material number.
Thanks for your response.
Best regards,
Karun KumarYou can create vendor only with reference to purchase organization and withoout company code.
for this vendor, you can create PO and MIGO and system will allow but when you try to post the invoice system will prompt you to enter different invoice party. if you dont enter different invoice party, system will throw an error message "vendor is not defined in XXXX.
So in your case, your analysis is correct. -
Problem updating business partners - "Bank does not exist in the company"
Hi
I have written a small program to update business partners ( SP01 PL 34 ) and I am getting a message saying "Bank does not exist in the company"
I am only updating simple information such as telephone, fax and email addresses.
Does anyone know why I am getting that error ?
Thanks
Regards AndyPaul,
Other than the code that you have written, are there any other add-ons installed with Business One such as the Payment Engine?
I have not heard of this issue. You may want to create a message with SAP Support since you are getting the same error through the DTW which also uses the DI API.
Also, is there any difference between what you manually key in and what you try to push in?

It works OK for me.
I also posted another code today which searches a single column in all tables of the database. I spent about an hour working on that code and it works fine for me too.

Creating BADI for Virtual Key fig: Error: RSR_OLAP_BADI does not exist
Hi,
I am following some instructions to test the implementation of virtual key figure and came to the point to create the BADI.
Intructions on page 5:

Create Implementation; New BADI; Enhancement Spot: RSR_OLAP_BADI
At this point I get an error that RSR_OLAP_BADI does not exist.
I then chose at random APB_LAUNCHPAD but this works in the sense that it took me to the next screen
1. What does it mean by RSR_OLAP_BADI not existing?
2. I know the instructions points to choose RSR_OLAP_BADI, but why that particular program and how does one gets to know that it is the one to use for virtual key figure/char implementation?
3. When I tested with APB_LAUNCHPAD, I did not get the same screen on page 5 of the link, is it different for BI 7? Or, am I missing a point?
ThanksHi,
thanks for the guidance.
Yes, I tried to implement exactly as in the article.
Yes, I defined the filter for the Infoprovider, as ZV*
Are you suggesting that at this point, if in the method if_ex_rsr_olap_badi~define, I change the value of
"ZV_ZIPER" to my DSO or Cube, I should now see the virtual key figure in my query?
Based on this understanding, I modified the method as follows, (my cube name is 2LIS_11_VASCL):
method IF_EX_RSR_OLAP_BADI~DEFINE.
DATA: l_s_chanm TYPE rrke_s_chanm,
l_kyfnm TYPE rsd_kyfnm.
FIELD-SYMBOLS:
<l_s_chanm> TYPE rrke_s_chanm.
Insert Code
CASE i_s_rkb1d-infocube.
CASE i_s_rkb1d-2LIS_11_VASCL.
WHEN '2LIS_11_VASCL'.
l_s_chanm-chanm = 'ZVAR_SHPR'.
l_s_chanm-mode = rrke_c_mode-read.
APPEND l_s_chanm TO c_t_chanm.
l_s_chanm-chanm = 'ZVARDT'.
l_s_chanm-mode = rrke_c_mode-read.
APPEND l_s_chanm TO c_t_chanm.
APPEND 'ZV_20DV' TO c_t_kyfnm.
ENDCASE.
endmethod. "if_ex_rsr_olap_badi~define
After activation, I checked the query and still I am not seeing the virtual key figure in the query for selection.
Any more ideas?
Thanks
