Adding custom tab in T-code qmo1

Is it poosible to add a new sub-tab in Complaint Data tab in T-Code qm01. The Complaint Data tab is a standard tab so is it possible to add a new sub-tab?

Hi,
You can search my earlier post on the same req.
Go to function group XQQM ,create the screen under screens tab number 0090.
Declare the screen fields under include tab ZXQQMTOP .
Under the function module EXIT_SAPMIWO0_008 write the code for updation of custom fields to the structure viqmel.
Under PAI create a module for capturing the screen field values
For QM02 and QM03use EXIT_SAPMIWO0_008 for display of the screen field values.
Under the PBO of the screen create a module for fields to be in display mode.

That table stores configuration related to fields in MM01. It holds information if a perticular field needs to be displayed or should not be displayed at all.based on the value which that field holds.

Adding Custom TAB in AS01

I have a requirement to add new custom TAB 'XYZ' next to 'Deprec. Areas' of t-code AS01 with some custom fields appended in table ANLA using Exit - AIST0002, so can anyone please tell me the step by step procedure for doing the same?

Adding custom tab to OHW

Hi!
I would like to add my tab with my own engene and navigator to OHW. I successed in adding such tab to OHJ, but it doesn't work in OHW. Can you advise me what should I do in this situation?

How are you adding a new tab to OHW?
In OHW, you need to specify a navigator that implements the interface oracle.help.web.navigator.OHWNavigator. At the moment, we do not have documentation on how to accomplish this. I'll work with the Oracle Help team to see if we can include more documentation on adding custom navigators.

Adding Custom tab name in VF02/VF03 Menu Bar

Hello Gurus,
I am working on one of the requirement in which i need to enhance the Billing transaction VF02/VF03. I had to add custom tab at header level. I have done that successfully. My problem is with adding the new custom tab in VF02/VF03 menu bar. I want to display my custom tab at VF02(after entering VF02 with Billing Document Number) -> GOTO -> Header -> <Custsom tab name> which should lead to my custom tab. Please let me know the procedure we need to follow in acheiving this.

Adding Custom Tab in OIM 11g Self Service Page

Hi All,
I have to add a custom tab in oim self service page and when i click on that tab it should show two tab like "Search Resource" and "User Info" and when i click on "Search Resource"
it should show Resources list and when i click on User Info tab it should show the all the attribute of user.

For OIM 11g R2, we don't have any composer and all. You need to understand the OIM UI then you need to proceed with Customization.

Rfx Custom Tab(Table) Value not mapping in Change Doc BADI

Hi,
I am currently adding Custom Tab with Table in SRM Rfx Webdynpro Screen SRM PPS 7.01 Extended classic . I did the configuration steps to add the custom table, visibility setups, created a new Webdynpro, enhanced in Component controller and could get current active instance Rfx values.
In local memory using a class method i am exporting custom tab values to Change Doc BADI and updating the et_hcf with the custom values.
The values are getting saved in the data base and i am able to get it via function module and show in the screen again.
My Problem is when i am modifying a saved Rfx it saves the entry another time. When i debug the change doc badi i could see all the time the et_hcf and it_hcf is coming empty in the first place and each time the entries from screen are consider as new entries and getting saved in DB.
I have created Custom tab with table in Contract screen, PO Header and shopping cart line item. Rfx screen is little different and not getting the et_hcf value again in Change Doc BADI. Do anyone have similar issue in handling Rfx.? Please help me. I can Change my code logic and fix this problem still it looks like a standard bug to me that et_hcf or it_hcf is not getting values to the change doc BADI as it does in PO or Contract. Also let me know if i need to check any of my configuration.

Trigger badi after giving data in custom tab of po item

Hi,
We have added custom tab in po item level, now we want to make those fields manditory
for specific document type.We are using badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST .
The message is getting triggered initially , but after giving data in the custom fields the badi
is not getting triggered again.And triggers if we make changes to some other fields in po.
So can we trigger the badi after giving data in custom tab ?
I was trying something like this.

Solved using exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_012
This exit will trigger even after giving data in custom tab at po item level.

Screen Exit for adding custom fields in Additional Data tab in ME21N

I need a screen exit or whatever other method for adding custom fields to the additional data tab at header level.
I also need a similar exit for adding a filed at item level.

For BADI's,
1)goto to tcode SE24 give the CL_EXITHANDLER and display and then double click on the GET_INSTANCE
keep Break point at this location 'call method cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface'
then the tcode it will trigger there and we can debugg there we can find badi'for that tcode and then remove the break point.
2)Goto to tcode->status->program name->double click on that program will display's
then press crtl+F then cl_exithandler

Adding a custom tab in Purchase Order with two fields - ME21N

Hello Experts,
My requirement is to add a custom tab with two fields in purchase order at header level.
The BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST is alreday implemented previously as there was one custom tab added previously in header.
The structure CI_EKKODB already have the custom fields for the enhancement done earlier.
Now to add my additional tab how should i proceed ....should i put my additional fields in the same structure and write my code in same BADI.....will there be any impact on already done enhanecement.
Please suggest in achieving this functionality.

I found something similar.hope it helps.
lets say u have to add fields to standard table EKPO.
U can add a customer field in a standard table only for those standard table which has given the provision for adding fields .
Go to se11 and check out the table. there u will have CI_EKPODB . "CI " stands for custom include.
i u can add my field.
Read the following----
To add the customer field :
Go to SE11 --> EKPO -->Display --> then doube click the data element "CI_EKPODB"... it will ask whether u want to create a field ...press YES and then continue with adding the field.. "ZZPAYMENT" in that ...
Creating the field in the table:
Give the name of the componenet "ZZPAYMENT" and the related data element (if the field "ZZPAYMENT" is of type CHAR give the data element as "CHAR" and give the needed length of the field say (15)...... then save and activate ur table........ it will show some warnings .... (ignore that) now ur table with the customer field will be ready

Adding new custom field in already existing custom tab for MM01

Hello Guru,
I have a requirement that add a custom field in already existing custom view of MM01. I did the following steps :
1. I have cerated a new field in MARA using APPEND structure.
2. I have found the function group(Y_FE_MARA) that already there other subscreens, so that I have added another subscreen in that function group and created a field from MARA in the screen.
3. in SPRO went for the path Logistics General->Material Master->Configuring the Material->Define Structure of Data screens for Each Screen sequence
In the 3rd step, I have choosen already existing screen sequence(Y1) and went for Data Screens and choosen for Custom tab and double click on subscreens and then I have added the program as SAPLY_FE_MARA and subscreen number(011) and saved it.
After all the above steps, I have run MM02/MM03 then the field is not getting displayed in the screen of custom view.
Did I miss any steps here? Please suggest me if I did something wrong.

Thank you for the reply. As per the note some one already implemented the Screen Enhancement with 2 custom views. I need to add the field in any one of existing custom view. So for this I have created a Subscreen in copied function group of MGD1(Y_FE_MARA). But in the function group already 10 Subscreens were created. Is this is the problem? or else copy the FG MGD1 into another FG and create the subscreen will be feasible to my scenario?

Adding custom columns to the tasks tab in UWL

Hi Experts,
We have UWL configured for GP in CE 7.1.
Currently we have standard columns like Subject, From, Sent Date etc. only
I need to add some columns like Project No., Customer No.(GP parameters) to the 'Tasks' tab in it.
These columns are required for all the Work items that appear in UWL.
I have read about adding custom view for a specific task , but not sure how it can be done in my case.

I couldn't find any documentation on how to add custom GP parameters in the universal worklist, in the examples on customizing the UWL XML they always refer to parameters from the r/3 webflow, never GP.
I really can't believe that nobody ever tried to do this and faced this problem!

Adding Custom fields to PO Additional TAB in Header

Hello Experts.
We have a requirement to add 2 additional fields in the PO header - ADDITIONAL TAB. I have included the fields in CL_EKKO include and activated it. Can you please let me know the exit or BADI or sample to have this in Additonal TAB.
I understand that we can create a custom TAB in header and bring in those fields. But i would like to bring these custom fields in ADDITIONAL TAB of PO header only....not creating any new customer tab.
Please share your thoughts.

Using SAPLXM06 0101 is adding new Custom TAB in PO Header. As i mentioned i dont want new custom tab in Header. All I want is to add the new custom fields in the existing Additional DATA TAB of the PO header.
There is already existing TAB called Additional DATA, i need my custom fields to be available in that TAB, rather than creating a new tab for those fields.
Please let me know how to add it to existing Additional data tab in PO header. thx

In General if you want to modify standard BSP component, you need to enhance the component first and then you need to enhance the particular view you want to modify. You can directly modify the .htm page in view after enhancement.
