Adobe forms central being reported to Google as a Phishing website

I have pop up windows for my fillable forms. When arriving to these pages from links on my website, Google shows a warning that adobeformscentral.com has been reported as a phishing website. Of course, this is not correct. I merely have embedded forms on these pages in order to gather information to service my clients.
Have you run across this error previously, and if so, what is the recommended fix?

Here is a link to a main page:

Here is a link to a pop up window with questionnaire on it:

Attached is the error screen from Google.
I am using Safari.
Here is the error code when using Firefox:
I've moved these "pop-up" pages to a different folder on my Hosting account, and still get the same errors, with adobeformscentral.com[form id number]  being reported.
This seriously effects my website business, as I gather information from clients to provide my service.
Please assist.  Thanks, Randy

  • Problem with Submit Button in Adobe Forms Central

I have a PDF form that I uploaded to Adobe Forms Central.  I created the fillable fields & the submit button in Forms Central.  I have several documents like this.  All have worked in the past.  Today on my latest file, the submit button doesn't always work.  I am getting some submissions, but some people have reported to me that the submit button does not work.  I tested it myself to see.  I had to create a Digital ID for myself, which seemed to work fine.  But when I click on submit, the form says "Submission Failed.  This form can no longer be submitted. Please contact the author."  I'm the author & don't know what the problem is.  Anyone know what the problem could be?

The form is open. I should have mentioned that I made sure to check that first.  The form was created by uploading an existing PDF file that I created from a MS Word file to Adobe FormsCentral. Once the form was completed, I had a coworker test it & it worked.  We sent the form out & I have received some back, but have also received reports of the form not working.  I downloaded the form to my computer & tested it using Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Standard.  I use a Windows environment on a Dell laptop.  The form does not work for me.

  • Best replacement for Adobe Forms Central survey functionality

I am disappointed that you are discontinuing Adobe Forms Central... Please advise of what other applications do you have that provide the abilitity to create quick surveys that I can email out and then view all of the feedback and create reports.  Thank you.

    Hi BrainTrainer,
We've included a list of FormsCentral alternatives in this document: End of support | Adobe FormsCentral.
Many customers have posted in the FormsCentral forum after doing research on those alternatives. I'll move your post to that forum, so those customers can chime in about what they feel are the best options.

  • Is Adobe Forms Central HIPPA complaint?

is Adobe Forms Central HIPPA complaint?  If not, what is stopping it from being HIPPA compliant?

Can fields be updated? Such as boxes checked, comments made on a single form that has been set up and posted to a webpage.   Or is the Adobe Forms more for polling, registrations, etc. where various people are putting their own information into a "blank" form?     I've set up a test form in FormsCentral, but can't even get two fields to view side by side, each field seems to go all the way across the page.  Is it more customizable to set up the form with Acrobat 11?
What I want to do is to set up a form with entry fields - date/time of event, a/v needs, advertising check list, etc. - then have the people in charge of the various areas be able to go to the form and enter information, comments, questions so that the coordinator can see the "big picture" of what's needed, what's done, etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated : )

  • Since Adobe Forms Central is going away in June  22, will my subscription last until then?

If my Adobe Forms Central Plus Service expires in May, and it is going away on June 22nd, will I still get to use it until June 22nd?

Appears I finally found a solution after pulling most of my hair out, trying everything I could think of ...
As for messages on PC "network error" and itunes crashing, it's possible to use a program called PTFB Pro to restart itunes, to respond automatically with "OK" to the message boxes that prevent match from continuing...I thought this now I had a solution was just a matter of waiting for it to finish...but no, now it got stuck, just checks the songs for the 1000th time, says it's uploading then crashes ...great
So in complete desperation I installed a VMWare version of OSX from the Soul Dev team. I had to fiddle with this also, a lot of work (partly because my processor is AMD), but now it seems that OSX/itunes is actually uploading my songs ...never have I had such a long run of songs uploaded...yay! thanks soul dev team!
So my solution was run itunes on OSX in a WMWare Virtual machine...itunes library was/is attached as a network share smb://machine_name in OSX ...
My last resort would have been to buy a Mac...but seems I have avoided the expense, happy days !
Why Apple dont fix these problems on PC platform I just can't figure out, those of you who believe in conspiracies might think this is a ploy by apple to get you to buy a mac, which I did consider...however I don't like being tricked or fooled, and shoddy software is really something I didn't expect from apple, so no I won't be buying a mac and I am considering selling my ipad and iphone in favour of android...so all this effort may just have been in vain
Anyway, hopefully my months of problems with match is almost over...if it breaks again, I post update later...

  • How do I add a functional "submit button" to a pdf form in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI ? I created the pdf form in Adobe Forms Central.

How do I add a functional "submit button" to a pdf form in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI ? I created the pdf form in Adobe Forms Central. It's for an online Diet Questionnaire. After people complete the form I'd like them to click "SUBMIT" and the completed form will be emailed to me.

This can be a bit confusing because Acrobat 11 comes with the desktop app that allows you to create simple PDF forms without having a FormsCentral account. Some people find this helpful, but you need to understand that when you generate the PDF form, it is Reader-enabled by Acrobat. In order to edit the form further in Acrobat, you have to create a non-enabled copy of the form. You do this in Acrobat by opening the form and selecting: File > Save a Copy
and opening the copy. It is not opened automatically.
You can now add a button and set it up to submit by email, either using a "Submit a form" action or the submitForm JavaScript method. You can set it up to include just the form data or the entire PDF, and will want to use a mailto type URL. Submitting the form to the FormsCentral server has a number of important advantages over email (much more reliable, more secure, etc.), so you might want to consider it.
If the form needs to be saved with Reader versions prior to 11, then you will need to Reader-enable the document. In Acrobat 11 you do this by selecting: File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools

  • Modifying a PDF created from an Adobe Forms Central form.

I've created a PDF from an Adobe Forms Central online form (Create PDF from web page). I was surprised that all of the text fields were created for me, but was happy that I may not have to reverse engineer everything.
However the layout for the form is for a web-based submission and not really the right size for a PDF that I can attach in an email, potentially for printing. I'd like it to be printable at 8.5X11 if possible. There are also a few aspects of it that I would like to remove since it has instructions and the button for online submission. I want people to have the option of printing or filling out the form, saving it, and replying with it as an attachment.
Is it possible to modify the PDF at this point to reduce its size? Can I remove the instructions on what to do as well as the submit button, especially while saving the background coloring? It seems like there is quite a bit of wasted space with the headers/footers too. At 8.5X14, it still hangs over into page 2.
The form can be found at: https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=oEsnPs*6J8xiF7XlraAsLA
Any help would be appreciated, since I'm not the one who created the form and don't have any templates or anything that were used.

    Acrobat Pro Ver 9.4.5

Steve, if you have access to the form in Formscentral, you can temporarily add a second page in Formscentral.  Go to the place you want a page break, and click on the + button on the left top of the field where you want the break, and click on the "Page break".  Now when you go to the HTML form it should show you only one page, with a next button to go to the second page.  You could then copy the URL into Acrobat's "Create PDF" and get tha page.  Then click on the next button in the HTML to go to the second page.  You should be able to create the second page from that one too, and then combine the 2 pages in your PDF.  When you're done you could remove the page break back in Formscentral.
    Hope that helps

  • HI Iam trying to get into my account in Adobe Form Central and when i click on sign in..not working

HI Iam trying to get into my account in Adobe Form Central and when i click on sign in...the screen shows " this page cannot be displayed" is there a problem with the site?

I just found that Amazon web services does have a network issue with one of their instances that is affecting some regions around the east coast, this could be affecting your ability to sign into FormsCentral.  They will likely have that back up soon and assuming that could be the issue it should be fixed shortly.
    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hi massif76198910,
I don't see that you had a paid FormsCentral account. Were you using the free account? If so, you should still have access to the form until FormsCentral is retired on July 28 2015,
Are you able to log in? Or do you get an error when you try to log in to your account? Please try clearing the browser cache, or logging in via a different browser.

  • Inserting a link in Adobe forms central?

How do I insert an internet link on a Form in adobe forms central?

The "insert/edit link" button is on the top menu bar, between the paragraph alignment buttons and the "Form Setup" button. If it's greyed out you'll need to insert a question or formatted text field.

    Hi Michelle ,
We are extremely sorry that you have had a bad experience with Adobe .
As far as your issue is concerned ,Acrobat generally prompts for internet connection as it is required to activate the product before you could use it comfortably .Once the product is activated or licensed you would be able to use the software offline .
This could be the possible reason you are experiencing this .Please check if you have done so and still facing this .And if you have not ,you need to license/activate your product by typing in your credentials ,i.e Adobe ID and password .
You could also refer the following link to get updated about the activation of your product .

  • How does Adobe Forms Central base their automated page breaks when distributing to a PDF form?

    OR
How can I define those page breaks before Adobe Forms Central created the PDF. I have attempted to "insert" a page break within the form; however, when distributing this form to be created as a PDF, the PDF is still placing the auto-generated page break wherever it wants.
Is it possible to move these auto generated breaks once the PDF form is created?
    Thank you!

Did you add the page breaks while in Web View or Page View? FormsCentral uses "web view" as the default, but uses the "page view" to show where the PDF will have page breaks. Go to the menu bar on the top right, select "view," and then select "page view." You  should be able to see page breaks here, and move them where you'd like them. It won't affect what people see on the web, just in the PDF.
