Adobe Paper extension for PS CC has worked for many months. Today it disappeared from the Extension menu. I reinstalled and received a "successful reinstall" message but the extension does not appear any more.
Why has the Adobe Paper extension for PS CC disappeared from the Extension menu?
And, of course, as soon as it isn't 3am, I realise that it is because I haven't run the programs in the background. Oh dear...

I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store because of the shock issue. I doubt it was caused by the update.

Ipod shuffle does not repond any more
The ipod has worked for four months, though i havent used so frequently. And to day it does not respond any more or can not be found when inserted in may mac (OSX) or my pc (XP), they have both "high-power USB" and "high-speed USB", have also tried in a number of other pcs an macs with the same result. The Mac and the PC cant even find the ipod as an USB memmory/removable memmory, incredible!!!. Since it is not responding i cant make any "restore", and the restor seems to be the final solution to fix whatever problem got the ipod to get lame. The version on itunes is 6.

Here's my scenario,
i got my ipod shuffle from an electronics store in the states during the week of 4th of July 2005; however, i'm from Toronto, Canada.........Canadian citizen. I tested out my ipod shuffle @ my cousins computer before i left, which worked. Took it to Toronto (my hometown).......and I was enjoying it. Almost a month of using it, the battery was almost getting low and it needs to be charged. I got my new computer (Windows XP pro) between August 18-24. I wanted to add more songs plus charge the shuffle on the computer. I followed the instructions just like @ my cousins house and u know what........my new computer did not recognize the shuffle at all. itunes was available, however. I tried it again another day...putting the shuffle on another USB, still not recognizing.......i noticed there was an orange light blinking and i took it off the computer. I thought it was broken....songs were still there. Few hours later.....it's not functioning anymore!!!!!!! I tried everything: updating, restoring.....on/off still ain't working. I tried to chat with an Apple representive....no luck.
What should i do? Should i go to the Apple store and ask them what's wrong with my ipod.
There's only 1 Apple store in Canada......and its in Toronto,Ontario. Its far from my house.....located near the west-end.

Hallo , i don't remember the answer to my security questions and my apple ID is my old Email address whice not active any more and i don't have access to it.
During the last year i was using my Iphone under this APPLE ID :***** , but i forgot to change it on "FIND MY IPHONE"

Trying using your current Apple ID password. If that doesn't work, continue to the next step.
2. Sign out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime

Sign out of iMessage or FaceTime:
iMessage: Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.

Sign back in to iMessage or FaceTime:
iMessage: Go to Settings > Messages, then tap "Use your Apple ID for iMessage".

Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID. -
My Photoshop Elements does not start any more. It gives response "Photoshop elements cannot start or continue because of missing file(s). Please reinstall." How do I get the installing file again (I bought it from Adobe via internet the first time december 2013?)

Does the shuffle still play?
When it is connected to USB and the light is blinking orange, that mean DO NOT DISCONNECT - Eject shuffle in iTunes before physically disconnecting. If you do that (click the eject button in iTunes), but leave the shuffle connected to USB, the shuffle's light should become solid (not blinking). Solid orange light means shuffle is charging. If it's red, the shuffle may have a problem with charging. Does the SOLID light eventually become GREEN (battery fully charged)? -

Motion 5 program does not open any more
It is only the second time that I am using program Motion 5 and I only see the first small screen : does not open any more.
Is there anubody who can help me ?When you say first small screen I assume you are referring to the splash screen. If so you need to double click on a template or new project icon. You can also choose from the list of projects/templates on the left listing or choose a preset on the right. Just double click on what you want or select and choose open at the bottom of the window. Motion will then open for you.

I have a problem that my phone only vibrates but does NOT ring any more. No matter what I try to do with settings turning off "silent" or whatever nothing helps. Do I need to reset. what are the consequences of resetting?

Hi All, I plugged my iPhone into my laptop and I was asked to upgrade my iTunes software. It took more than seven hours and just to be told that my SIM card does not appear to be supported. Since then I can not use my iPhone. I am lost plse help. Jam53
Every time I switch on the iPhone, the iTunes icon is displayed together with a USB icon and Emergency call message appears on the screen in many languages. When I touch the i symbol I get the following information IMEI: **** AND ICCID: ****
However, the iphone is visible in the Devices directory in iTunes. I changed my SIM card but still can not be recognized by the iPhone.

When I forgot my password, my husband received the instructions at his email. His email does not appear any where in my account. How do I solve this problem?
When you set up your ipad did you or your husband also set up a rescue e-mail address for you? If so, that would be why he received the instructions. Or do you sync your ipad with his computer?
Actually in terms of it being a problem, it actually makes it easier for you to answer your security questions and follow the instuctions to get back on your ipad. Otherwise, you'll have to call Apple Support.
To delete the rescue e-mail account pleases read this thread. (Poster's photos did not come through with the instructions.)
