But the ADS configuration test report running perfectly. Can anybody help me to solve this error.

    Hi,
Looks like your ADS is not running fine....
FIRSTLY you need to have the credential file installed correctly....
SECOND you have to find out that the ADS service is running alright...
Please follow the following steps: Please check the installation of ADS
    1. Enter the following URL in your web browser:
    http://<server>:<port>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config
where <server> is the name of the J2EE engine where the Adobe document services are installed and <port> is the port of the J2EE engine.
Note that the entries in the URL are case-sensitive.
    2. The web page of the web service AdobeDocumentServices is displayed. Choose Test.
    3. Choose rpdata(test.…) .
    4. Choose the Send button without entering any parameters.
    5. Enter the user name and password as given in the configuration steps(as in configuration guide- User:ADSUser) .
    6. Choose Submit.
If the configuration is correct, you get the information about the Version number in the response area.
Please confirm the ADS version and WAS information
    regards,
    -Ag.

  • Error Msg -A Low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player

I have CS6 installed, all the latest patches, etc. It's been working fine for months. In the last week Pr is unable to playback all of my footage (Native 5D mark III h.246 and Canon xf305 footage). Whether it is on the timeline or in the source panel.
The Error message i get it this:  A Low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player (player).
    Using Adobe CS 6.0.3
Windows 64 Bit 8 GBs RAM
Happens in new projects and old.
New timelines also affected, it appears.
Was not happening as recently as two days ago.
No changes made to the computer.
Only changes is that I have combined timeines (Imported) from one project to another.
    Video shows yellow or Green.
I have rerendered the footage to show all green on timeline.
Only way around it is to reboot the computer, it comes back after a while. The problematic timelines work fine for a while, then this starts happening.
I deleted the media cache database folder after exiting Pr.
Didn't seem to change anything. I just got the error again. Things seem to be curiously messed up. I tried to render a sequence out to MXF. The headless crashed each time, (not totally unusual, but it couldn't complete even once). I also got an error message when I bypassed the Media Encoder and just went strait to rendering it out within Pro. It managed to continue to render it to MXF but when I got done and imported it into Pro, it didn't play the clip when I clicked on it.
The interesting thing to me is that to totally clear Adobe from RAM, I have to go into Task Manager and kill the process after exiting the program (in lieu of rebooting). So it's not closing properly, it appears. Once I kill the process and reopen the app, I can then play the sequence, for a while. It's very curious. Task manager also shows lots of RAM open, no memory leaks at work, nothing unusual. It appears, to be just choking on footage, sort of like it can't quite process the audio (like when you bring in new footage and it has to process that audio). What's happening is like it sees the audio at first when I bring it in at startup of the app, then loses it. If I exit without killing the Premiere process (or shutting down the machine), then it still exhibets the behavior on startup again.
So this project is large, for me. It is showing as 34 MBs. I have a wide variety of clips at play here, but only MXF Canon from the xf305 and MOV from the Canon 5D. The MXF are the default sequence(s) unless I shot nothing but MOV.
I have tried rendering the visualization, all green lines on top but that doesn't seem to fully help. It does play the footage for a while.
There are no special effects added, yet.
Is it worth re-installing Premiere? This has cost me the better part of a day screwing around with this.
    Let me detail this again:
Premiere is installed on C There hundreds of GBs of storage avaialble there.
All project files are on F which is a RAID 1 array. It appears to be functioning normally. 800 GBs free space on 2TBs.
All Renders are taking out to an external drive like I always do. Lot s of space available there too.
Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Is this any better? Cut and pasted plain text.

When upgrading your WebAS Java from SP16 to SP18, did you upgrade also all the Adobe-related components ?
If no this could be the source of your problem...

  • Error when incident is recorded "Exception Occured"

    Hi All,
We are using NetWeaver Business client(NWBC) for SAP EHS 2.0.
Getting an error after when incident is submitted to report Managers. Incident get recording with out any issue but displaying an error "Exception Occured".
    Please advice.
I was using Report Incident simplified to record an incident.
    Thanks,
    Quantum.

    Hi Naveen,
First check the connection to ADS. You can use the program FP_PDF_TEST_00 to do this. The program FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE must also run successfully (both with and without the checkbox selected on the selection screen). If this program does not run successfully, there is a error in the configuration.
Use SE38 Tcode. if you don't have access, ask your ABAP & Basis team execute this process.
    Test for FP_PDF_TEST_00 program.
Now, your ADS connection is working fine.we will move to next test.
You need to check your service is activated or not.
Test 2 for FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE. Run below mention steps with help of SE38 T-code.
Execute this process. If this program does not run successfully, there is a error in the configuration.you seed to activate ADS Service. The both program is ruining successfully the exception error will not occur.
    Check and update us
    Edward

  • ADS - Runtime Exception

    Hi All.
I'm encountering a strange issue with the ADS configuration.
I'm following the steps described in the OSS note "944221 - Troubleshooting if problems occur in forms processing".
Test of report FP_TEST_00 is KO.
So I performed the additional tests.
    FP_PDF_TEST_00 is OK.
FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE is KO, so I follwed the OSS note and checked the ADS form "fp_test_00.xdp" via browser and in the Visual Administrator.
The browser check works, but when I check the "http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/fp/form/layout/fp_test_00.xdp from the FP_ICF_DATA<SID> "Service -> Destinations" in the VA, the system retunr me the HTTP - 500 error.

Can anybody help solving this issue?
    Thanks in advance and Regards,
    Marco

    ISSUE SOLVED.
The problem was the configuration of the service /sap/bc/fp
    in tr. SICF.
The developers had modfied the GUI and accessibility support of the FP service setting them to "Yes".
After restoring these values to "Not Specified", the ADS service works properly.
    Thanks All,

I have tell that this is the first time i get this error. Before i worked like this, but i did'nt get this kind of error with the same project and the same Premiere Pro.
So, i looked the windows' application events log, where I can see that this is Denoiser2.dll... and an other time it was an other sound effect dll.
What's wrong ? 10 days ago with the same project i did'nt get theses errors ?
Therefore, I clicked every where, and change a lot of things... but i did'nt get back. (I hope that i haven't introduce any new errors ?!)
I uninstall all CC products and Premiere. Then, i used the Adobe Cleaner Tool.
Then, I clear a lot of things with CCleaner.
    And then, i re-install all...
But it doesn't still work !! Arghhh !
    Have you any clue ?
    Thanks !

  • BIB-10310 An unknown Exception Occurred

    Hi ,
I have developed reports and given the BA,Wokbookbook acces to the USER_Role which is given to the users.
Now users are able to login and see other workbooks in Discoverer Viewer except 1 report.
The error message tehy see is as follows :
Oracle BI Discoverer was unable to find the worksheet that was requested.
BIB - 10310 An unknown exception occurred.
    L_APPLICANT_V 4.Last_Name
The report is built based on custom view Report_Cus_V, which join multiple views inside.(One of those multiple views is L_APPLICANT_V ).
The query is working fine when ran from Toad, I am able to access the report in Discoverer Plus & Viewer.
Could you please help to solve this issue.?
I am into production support and this is a high priority issue...All suggestions are very much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Vj

    Hi All,
    Thanks for your help.
I had raised an SR for this issue and was discussing with them for last few weeks. Though they said that some of the properties could have been changed as part of EBS upgrade, I have not been provided with the list of such changes. When requested I was told that I can find the change by comparing eex files before and after upgrade.
As an alternative we are planning to write some scripts which picks up data from the following tables:
    EUL4_US.EUL5_BAS - Business Areas
EUL4_US.eul5_objs - Folders in Business Areas
EUL4_US.eul5_ba_obj_links - Link between business areas and folders
    EUL4_US.eul5_expressions - Item's under a folder
But I have a small question, what does exp_type in the expressions table denote... I was trying to google and learnt that it could be one of these :
    'CI' , 'CO' , 'JP' , 'FIL' , 'PAR'
But not sure what each of them denotes? Please suggest.

  • An XSD Exception occurred. The kind 'Note' does not exist in the CMS. (FWM

    Hi,
I am trying to get the Know Rights for a report object without any success. Everytime my code hits this method it throws an exception
An XSD Exception occurred. The kind 'Note' does not exist in the CMS. (FWM 04030) (WBP 42029)
I am stuck with this problem for past two days and am not able to figure out any solution
Can anyone please help me in this issue?
Public Function GetObjectRights(ByVal CUID As String) As RightInfo()
            Try
                Dim m_BiPlatform As BusinessObjects.DSWS.BIPlatform.BIPlatform
Dim urls() As String = _Session.GetAssociatedServicesURL("BIPlatform")
                m_BiPlatform = BusinessObjects.DSWS.BIPlatform.BIPlatform.GetInstance(_Session, urls(0))

                Return _RightInfo
            Catch ex As DSWSException
            End Try
        End Function
    Thanks,

Hmm... I can't think of anything else that could be causing the problem.
I don't know of any way to exclude the 'note' right since GetKnownRights() returns all known rights (RightInfo) for the type of object passed into the method.
A suggestion might be to try getting the knownRights using the BOE .NET SDK (not web services) to see if the same error occurs.  There is some simple sample code that you can use as a test in the [BOE .NET SDK developers guide|http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/boexir31/en/boesdk_net_dg_12_en.chm].
If this fails as well, then I can only assume that there is some problem with your install of Enterprise as I have tried many ways to reproduce the error you are getting, but cannot.

  • How to catch exception occured into handleLifecycle

    Hi,
I need to catch an exception occurred into the handleLifecycle to display a message to user.
The exception is RowInconsistentException occurred when a record is locked by other user.
I tried to catch the exception into handleLifecycle method by override it but it's not working.
    Any help?
    Thank you

    Jamil,
handleLifecycle delegate to the StrutsPageLifecycle class which contains multiple phases (prepareModel, processUpdateModel, ...). You would typically handle the exception around the specific phase which is throwing it by extending the DataAction and overiding the method corresponding to the phase.
The default behavior that you can look at in oracle.adf.controller.lifecycle.PageLifecycle (superclass of StrutsPageLifecycle) is to catch the exception and call a method on the Lifecycle named reportErrors. The implementation of reportErrors for Struts is to collect the tree of error thrown by the model and build a Struts error list that will be displayed in the page using the Struts error tag.
If you prefer to handle the exception differently, the customization should be done in the reportErrors phase.
Errors thrown before the handleLifecycle method are critical and simply thrown back to the Struts framework and can be handle by using the Struts exception to action mapping.
    Charles.

  • Error 5 - An exception occurred in SMO while trying to manage a service

    Hi
    I use an instrument
made by myself in vb.net using SMO
objects to manage a mixed group of about
    80 MS Sql Server (rel. 2005-2008 r2 & 2012)
With this tool I check the status of services,
change service accounts and their passwords,
    etc.
A few days ago one server
started to return an error when I run
the first operation on any property of the object
    ManagedComputer just created.
Error: "Error 5 - An exception occurred in SMO while trying to manage a service"
    This is my code:
    If UserID = "" Then
'//Use the credentials of current user

The server not have problems and the local Sql Server Configuration Manager work fine.
I copied the tool on the server to run it
locally. Strangely, if I use the credentials of the current logged user the tool works
    (mc = New ManagedComputer(serverName) )
If I provide explicit the credentials
(domain\username and password, but  the same of user logged in the server)
    is not working
    ( mc = New ManagedComputer(serverName, UserID, UserPsw) )
    From a remote server instead
does not work in both modes.
    The server configuration:os Win 2008 R2 EE Sp1 , Ms Sql 2008 R2 Sp2 10.50.4321
    Any suggestion is
    much appreciated
    Many thanks in advance

    Hi Lydia
    Thanks for your quick
    response.
Unfortunately I had already considered this hypothesis
and the security settings on the object WMI
    seems correct.
The user with which I run the program
    is part of a domain's
    group inserted into
the local administrators group. This group
has the flag "Remote Enable" active.
    However, I verified that the
problem occurred since I updated my tool
to monitor and manage the new systems Sql
2012. The tool now uses objects
SMO 11.0 that I installed in the development environment,
and on server where it is scheduled
    the tool, through the package
    SharedManagementObjects.msi.
The documentation says that SMO 11 is
    compatible with SQL 2005
and higher and, in fact, I only had problems
with one server. The old version of tool in fact work fine again.
    This information will suggest
    some ideas?
    Thanks again
    Giovanni Camurri
