Age-wise Material Stock Report
Dear Guru,
Any SAP standard report will show age-wise Material stock. Ex: IF i hv a X material in Stock, i want to know the how many days it was in production and how many days in finished stock like that.

Raw material stock report with vendor wise
Dear all ,
Can any one tell me , How do I get stock report only on " VENDOR " wise .
The purpose is , I've multiple souces for one Material , I need analyse the available inventory with vendor wise.

1. Once you receive the mateiral inside the plant the identity of vendor is lost.
2. All the stock will get as Plant / Sloc Stock only.
3. Incase if you need vendor wise stock then you need to activate batch management, with Classification view and one characteristics as vendor.
4. And during each GR you need to enter the vendor value
Else you will not be able to seggregate the available stock vendor wise.

Hello Expert
I have a SAP report for stock posting date with T-Code as MB5B and
the report name is RM07MLBD.
When I enter Material no, plant code , Movement type (101) and selection
dates for a month, The report is displaying but not break by Movement type instead it is showing all the movement type....?
Can anyone have idea about this

It clearly says that material group can't be changed in case you will use material master in purchase order.
So, it is clear that you can't use different material group for material master in purchase order.
For stock report, system will only show you the material group which is assigned to the material master (MARA-MATKL). System will not look into the purchase order section (like EKPO). -

G/L account ,date, wise material stock display
Hi Experts
My requirement is I need to display G/L accounts(mseg-sakto) material stock(mara) present on a particular date (budat)range.
For this in select-options i am taking sakto as mseg-sakto and datum as bsim-budat.
Now i need to apply select query and fetch data according so that i can show my MATERIAL STOCK as per the G/L A/C choosen on particular date range.
i am displaying material stock in a ALV GRID.
Am i correct in choosing tables and fields for my requirement to fullfill?
should i take some other table or field ?

I'll be very thankful if u do the same.

In MC.9 it will show both stock quantity and value in storage locationwise.But from MBEW you will get it only in plantwise not in storage locationwise. In S032 you can see quantity field is always correct but value field will be wrong because it's not correctly updating there. To match with MC.9 what you have to do is you should calculate both quantity and value logically in the program. In detail you can get quantity and unit price from the MBEW table (Check unit price field i forgotten) and see the quantity in each storage location and then do a multiplication... Also check the movement type values are mathing or not all the time..U Can Use MB51 transaction for this purpose.....Also take values from table s032, and mard...
Before doing "Stock Ledger Report" take care of so many things..From Mbew you are getting current stock quantity and value in "Plantwise". Give today's date in MC.9 or in MB5B or in MC50(check all plants cumulated checkbox), i am very sure this figure's will match...Now if you need to display only todays quantity and value you can direclt display this..But if you want a perfect stock ledger report this one will not work..I mean if u need the faculity like get the stock quantity and value of a material in the past date no table's will store this entry you have to apply logic.
The logic is you know today's stock quantity and value..Also you know all the Purchase and consumption happened in this period.(Bwart in mseg table)..Now do back-calculation until your date reaches..Be clear with the point, for eg: 01.01.2007's opening stock = 31.12.2006's closing stock. And Yesterdays closing stock = todays' stock + All the purchase - all the consumption..(Purchase and consumption you can calculate from bwart field..) ...Like this do back-calculation upto your selection-screen date....You can get it...Revert back if you are still not able to solve this, because i have done it previously...

Vendor wise Sales & Stock Report in SAP Retail

My requirement is:
I need to develop a report for suppliers, showing them the sales and stock in each sales office. The report will be able to show the quantity in sales and stock for each sales office and a total for each one, in a determinated period for the given supplier.
Can anyone please suggest a step by step process to extract the data, I will get vendor number/s from selection screen and the date range based on which I need to extract the data?
Is it posible to determine the vendor of a material from the sales order, I have multiple vendors for a material? Can anyone please explain me how to determine the vendor of a sold material?

If you populate batches, try to populate an infostructure (LIS) for movements 101 (for purchase orders) where you have the article (material in IS-R), plant and vendor code. Other question is the STO from distributions center to shops. Of course, you need that the batch will be different for different vendors. It's an idea.

Work Center/Equipment wise Material issue report
Hello Experts,
Greetings.
We are creating maintenance order.After completion of work we do issue the goods against cost center/order.
We have almost 52 machines with Same type/Same Make.We have created one cost center only.We are able to get the report cost center wise issue from the system
Now the issue is how to get report individual machine wise in terms of qty of spares/consumables used to repair that particular machine.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Now the issues is while using the report I m able to get the material where used list for only those order which are in Outstanding/Processing.
But If I want to show the report for order which status has been set as a 'teco' and goods have already been issued against that report,it does not shows any data.
I have tried using check box 'completed",to view the closed order data but it does not shows.It says No objects were selected.
Please help me out what could be the problem?

Material Stock is not Updated in T.Code MC.9
I am running Material stock report in T.code MB5B it is showing the correct stock report but when i execute T.code MC.9 (Material Analysis) it is showing difference of Rs 96015 This difference is whatever transaction we have made in Movement type 121 it will not get updated in MC.9.
Can anyone having solution of this.

KalpeshIf lot is in SKIP status then stok posting tab will not appear. You need to find out DMR rule which is causing SKIP status.
You can easily check this in QDL3 or you can do one thing. Go to QDL2 and change next stage as "100 - Inspect" so system should create next lot as inspection. You would be able to do RR & UD.
