All I still get is a blank other than the side bars with stuff in them when I go to Itunes store. What's with that? is anyone else having this issue?
All I still get is blank other than the side bars with information like previous purchases and all. But I can't buy or preview anything. I've done the winsock reset and all but that hasn't helped. I checked my firewall and that hasn't done anything either and it's enabled so why the issue?

I am walking through Apples tutorial getting started with iOS development. I am at the storyboard area and can't seem to drag the cancel button to the green exit. I am not sure why the exit button doesn't except it. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a work around? I have done this app twice and still cant get the exit to except the Cancel or Done bar buttons
Yes I checked it. As far as I can see I did everything Apple said to do. I took some screen shot so you can see how the screens are connected and what and where the code is, and what it does when I drag the cancel and done bar buttons to the exit

I received an Keynote update notice on my Mac Air. I updated and now can not get into my saved keynote docs. I am being asked to upgrade again and purchase the upgrade. Anyone else having this issue?
Try this repair, ensure you complete all the tasks and in the order shown:
1 delete all the iWork applications if you have them, not just Keynote, use Appcleaner from Mac Update to do this, its freeware
2 restart the Mac; Apple menu > restart
3 immediately after the start chime, press the shift key until you see the Apple symbol.
let it fully boot up, it will take longer as the OS is repairing the drive
4 when fully booted, go to Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility; click on the boot drive then First Aid tab and click repair disc permissions
5 when complete, restart the Mac normally
6 install Keynote from the Mac App Store

Do a Get Info (See File Menu for Keystrokes)
Change it from Opening in 32Bit mode to an unticked box (64bit mode)

I cannot get my ringer to work on my phone, anyone else having this issue?
The day I received my phone it would randomly vibrate and then the ringer would turn back on. Now I cannot get my phone to do anything but vibrate and the ringer will not work at all. However; when I go into my settings on the phone my ringer is one and turned all the way up. Has anyone else had this issue with their phone?
Try a reset ( Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until Apple logo appears). Worked on my phone for other sounds like text and mail being extremely low. Might work for you and is quick and easy and you wont loose any of your data. Good luck!

My sounds occasionally stops working after upgrading to iOS 6. Is anyone else having sound issues with iOS 6 or greater?
I am having this same issue on my iPhone 4. The most recent update to iOS 6.1 didn't fix it either. Has anyone found a fix for this problem? It doesn't happen often, maybe every third day or so but requires power off, power on to bring the sound back.

I have an iMac that around 3 years old. Just installed Mavericks when it first was released. I also have a Time Capsule (2TB) that runs my network to my other three Apple devices: iPad2, iPhone 5s and a new Apple TV. Having major Mail issues here. Everything is very delayed and extremely slow. Moving emails to other folders sometimes takes a few minutes and the same goes for deleting emails. Delete them and they don't go into the trash for several minutes. It's getting very frustrating to say the least. Mail also quits very often. Mail also will freeze with the little color ball spinning, therefore I would have to force quit Mail. When the errors occur, it's automatically sent to Apple but there hasn't been an update since 10.9.1 that has fixed it. Apparently, that update was only for gmail issues. Anyone having the same problem? Fixes please?
I have my entire network and all Apple devices setup as IMAP, not POP. If your settings are setup as a POP account on all devices, emails will not erase when deleted on your other devices. Just something to keep in mind. I'm sure you're aware of this but just wanted to throw it out there. Google IMAP vs POP. However, it seems like your having the same issues as I am. I'm going to swing by an Apple store by me and speak to the genius bar and see if they can come up with something or are aware of this issue. Keep you posted.

I have already swapped this phone out once for a new I phone 6. First one I was having same issues with.
Now I got the new one and it was good for about a month and now its doing it to but worse. It freezes completely.
Won't let any of my text messages get through to me. All my messages disappear completely and randomly come back when they feel like it.
This time its frozen where I can't even read any texts or get any texts and when I click on the messenger app it just goes to the NEW MESSAGE and won't let me get out of this screen. Should I once again take this back? or are all the iPhone 6's bad like this?It's not the iphones, it's more likely one or more of your programs causing this issue. It's not the iPhone 6's. The possibility of you getting 2 bad iphones from different batches is extremely remote or you have the worst luck on the planet. lol If one iPhone has it, then you get a new one and the same problem comes up again, it's most likely due to an issue with a program that you keep getting back from restoring an old backup. Restore the iphone again and set up as a new iphone. Then manually import your music and your photos. Once that's done, try to use your iphone to see if everything is ok. If it works good for a few days, then try to add some of the apps. At some point, you'll end up loading the malicious app and the problem may come back. Make sure that the apps are all updated. If you still have problems, call Apple so that they can run a diagnostic report and find out which app is causing this issue. Then you can simply delete it and/or update the app. More solutions are available but that's all I will post for now.

Is anyone having an issue with the App Store since upgrading to ios 5? I have iphone 4S and upgraded two weeks ago to ios 5, and yesterday I tried to access the App Store and could only get Genius and Updates....no App Store and couldn't search or go to Catagories in App Store!
I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -
I click the music Icon, then chose "my top rated" playlist. Then my covers just started scrolling and wouldn't stop even if I selected the back or forward arrows. Then I tried going back to the main menu in music and it won't do that, its like it is stuck. Just curious if anyone else has experience the same issue and what fixed it. Guess I could reset my phone. I have only had it for 3 weeks now.

I updated to FF 17 and use Windows 7 on a 2 yr old Sony Vaio Laptop. Since updating, I cannot seem to click on certain links, most of which seem to be located at the top of web pages. I also have trouble using click and hold to scroll feature (on the side). It's very finicky about where on the sliding button I can click on to make it work. I have no problem using the up and down arrow buttons on the side though.
How to fix?Problems with buttons and links at the top of the page not working can be caused by an extension like the Yahoo! Toolbar or a Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Messages (the old iChat) was working great when I first downladed Mountain Lion. Since a few days ago, I cannot get messages to send any messages on my MacBook Pro and it won't send some messages on my iPhone (some work, some don't). I have tried quitting the program and restarting it, I have tried restarting the computer. I've gone into preferences and cannot find anything in there to change or fix...I'm at a loss as to why this is happening. Anyone w/ any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!
My problem is somewhat similar. I just replaced my iMac with a Retina MBP, and mostly everything migrated (except for a couple apps like XCode) and it's running fine, pretty much identical to the iMac. Messages was working fine on iMac (both have Mountain Lion latest update), and I'm getting all my messages fine on the RMBP, but every message I send errors out and resending errors out, haven't been able to get one delivered since I switched.
Is there any way to debug what is causing the time out error? I'm logged into my accounts properly, have restarted messages several times, turned off the original iMac in case of error, etc.
Edit: But I didn't reboot my RMBP, and of course, guess what? That fixed it. '
My guess is that because I had the iMac still running on the same network as sort of a twin to the new computer, it might have caused some sort of confusion that wasn't worked out until I restarted fresh with the iMac off. You would think that would only cause problems with recieving, not sending, but that's my theory.
