All of my Itunes songs keeps going in and out for a split second

Every time I am using Itunes lately on my Imac the songs go in and out or pause for a split second.  I do not understand why this is happening - it happens on old songs and new songs that I have purchased.
PLEASE HELP!!!

The linki LéonieDF gave for the rebuild workflow was for iPhoto 8 (09) and earlier.  For iPhoto 11 this is the workflow to follow:
Apply the two fixes below in order as needed: 
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.

Using iPhoto Library Manager  to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next  window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments.  However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

    I Have an iPad mini, iOS 8.1. When I'm on my iPad, it keeps going in and out of random apps. Going to settings is the worse. Also turn off any anti-virus program you may have on your desktop. Then when you reset it to the factory default condition, don't restore your backup just yet ... until you check it out without your data put back on it. Verify its operation first, to make sure that you know it's okay. Hopefully everything is okay at that point, otherwise you'll have to take it into Apple to check it out for any hardware failure.

    Apps are always associated with the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. This cannot be changed. To avoid getting the request you are seeing delete all apps that request the former Apple ID and download them again.
    Any apps for which you paid a fee will require that you purchase them again.

  • Playbook screen keeps going in and out

    I am having problems with my playbook screen going in and out. When I swipe down to activate the screen, the screen is dark and has a lot of lines in it.  restart, and it sometimes starts up clearly but most times lines return.  Now the screen has begun to not come on at all or goes in and out...  Can anyone help with this...? Its never been dropped or bumped

    Every time I use my video camera the image goes in and out of focus making the blurry there seems to be no settings to stop this help.

    Your wireless issues don't have anything to do with malware. There's no known Mac malware that behaves that way. See my Mac Malware Guide for more info about that topic.
    Are you having problems will all wireless networks, or just one? (If you haven't tried it on more than your home network, try taking it to a local coffee shop or library that offers free wifi and test it there.) When it "goes out," what exactly happens?

  • Why does the back light on my Tour keep going in and out?

    All of a sudden (over the 4 or 5 days) my battery is draining very quickly.  I take my phone off the charger at 8:30am and by the time I am driving home from work @ 5:00pm the battery is completely dead.
    I also just noticed that there is something wrong with the back light dimming.
    You know how if you don't touch your phone for a long period of time (mine automatically locks) then the back light dims slowly to black.  My phone doesn't light up again until you touch a button or do something to the phone.
    Since I have been having battery problems I noticed that after prolonged none use my phone dims to black and then immediately lights back up again on its own. And it continuously does this all day long, which is why I think it is killing my battery.
    Anyone know why this is happening?  I tried turning the phone off for awhile and then back on....nothing seems to help.

    - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
    Try the following to rule out a software problem

    Get various error messages when trying to get messages or sending messages. RETR command did not succeed, get double, triple of same message, smtp is not connecting , have to exit, log back in several times before it will start downloading and then only one at a time , sometimes 2, before it will stop and give error message.

    I recently upgraded my WRT54GS firmware to ver. 4.whatever the most recent is. I also secured the wireless router using the WPE key. My internet connection on one of my wireless laptops will cut out for about 30 + minutes and when I try to reconnect to the network it says unable to clear the arp cache. This same laptop had no problems when the network was unsecured and the firmware was ver 2. whatever.
    Any help would be appreciated as this laptop is used to work from home two days a week.

    I reccently had my computer re-booted because it was freezing a lot so they restored my computer like new.     If you didn't make a back-up of your music/movie purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
    "Products may only be downloaded once; after being downloaded, they cannot be replaced if lost for any reason.     Do a Hard Reset
    After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
    Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the  next step
    Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs or till the Apple Logo comes ON
    Then release the buttons
    Select your preferred language.

    If the sound is still the same, but ok, coming from the bottom Dock connector, then try cleaning the headport, using a jet of air or some electronic cleaner.

    Hi, I'm running mountain lion of a macbook pre 13 inch. I have connected my new apple tv 3 to it so that i can home share my music to play on my apple tv. Every 10 or 15 seconds, the song with cut out or drop out for a split second, then continue. Though it can be looked past, it is so annoying! Advise would be much appriciated.

    Sorry i also forgot to add that my macbook pro is a few years old, and i use a program called airparrot to airplay videos, but i beleive that airplay and home sharing is totally different..correct me if i'm wrong. thanks.

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

    If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
