Any ideas--- install failure

I am using Snow Leopard 10.6.4. I am installing the iPhone 4.0.2 SDK downloaded from the dev site. I have installed this same image on my macbook pro successfully. I am trying to install it on my desktop mac and I continually get this failure. I have repaired disk permissions, and booted into safe mode and still everytime I install it I get an error. I do a tail -f /var/log/install.log to watch what is happening and here is what I get:
