Apple ID e-mail verification

Hi,
I've got two Apple IDs 1st @me.com, moved to icloud, and 2nd @mydomain.com used for itunes store...
Some times ago I've registred ad verified my email address @me.com IN THE SECOND accunt (mydomain) to use it with facetime...
Now I'd like to register and verify my @me email asdress IN THE FIRST APPLE ID (@me) Account... but the system keep saying that the email addess is already verifyed with another account...
BUT
I've DELETED the @me address from the second account.....
Can anyone help me please?

You can have multiple addresses associated with your apple id. You will have to verify any changes before they can be added and this is done by sending you an email. This is to protect you from someone else makeing changes to your account.

After a massive nightmare of downloading the new IOS, it restored my whole phone. After having to start my whole phone up again, it's now telling me to activate my Apple ID. You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account and tried clicking the reset link again to re-request it ? You could also contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

You can also resend the email verification if the email address is not verified:
Sign in to My Apple ID to manage your account information.
Click Resend under Primary Email Address.

I wanted to change my Apple ID E-Mail adress. the one right now is an "web.de" adress and I dont use it anymore. So i wanted to change it to my frequently used "yahoo.de" email adress. But since the yahoo adress used to be my "backup" adress, it wont let me change it. I already changed my Backupadress so I could use my yahoo adress. But it always says that I cant use the same email adress twice. What do I do now?

I just purchase my ipad2 2 days ago. yesterday, there was a sound. today there is no sound. there is a sound only in movies and you tube and music. but no sound on all apps and keyboards. I look it up and seems like ther are few that have this problem. I called walmart coz I bought it there and they told me that they have not heard that before but if I can't fix it, just return it and exchange it with anew one since I have 14 days to do that. I don't think you can delete it from your ID but you don't have to use it. Just go to Settings>iCloud and turn Mail off to remove the account from your phone.

Several times I've re-entered my passwords under Preferences/Internet Accounts/iCloud and it won't save since I've installed Mavericks. Also, the iCloud icon in the left column in Preferences/Internet Accounts/iCloud is greyed out but allows me to click on it to set-up. When I click on iCloud the password is filled out but the "Enable this account" check-box is not checked. I check it, and all seems correct. The icon is no longer grey, the password is correct, the "activate this account" check-box is checked. Then, when I launch mail, notes etc. I'm still prompted to re-enter my apple ID. The log-in loop continues. For years my keychain has worked perfectly. What has changed in Mavericks?

CRASH! Safari 2.0.3 & Mail 2.0.7 apple-i command "Mail Contents of Page"

In Safari [versions above] the apple-I command "Mail contents of this page" crashes my entire computer every time. Everything freezes. Complete crash, requires emergency restart with power button. Even option-apple-esc will not bring up the "force quit" options. When this happens, Activity Monitor indicates that 100% of the CPU effort suddenly is taken up by Mail.app
Mac OS X version is: 10.4.6 with all updates installed.
The shfit-option-I "mail link to this page" works perfectly.
It happens on any web page visited.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I installed Tiger as an upgrade from Panther 10.3.9.
I would have responded earlier, but I just ran the unix maintenance scripts (MacJanitor 1.3) and Repaired permissions, and rebooted just to make sure this wasn't the issue. I tried it again, and once again had issues. It took five to ten minutes, but it finally launched Mail and did what it should. In the meantime, I actually saw Mac OS X come to a standstill (menu bar clock seconds stopped ticking) for the first time ever. I tried again after Mail was open, and it worked instantly. Next to try some preference dumping.....

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

Where do I change the default Mobil phone # used by apple to send code verification. They use a cell number that is not valid. I changed it on my profile in the cloud but still they showing the old one for sending SMS code for keychain verificatio. Any idea where to change?

How could Apple screw up MAIL ?

There are a few things I use everyday, and I'm sure most of us use everyday like checking e-mail , how could Apple screw up a basic program like MAIL ? when I'm composing a letter, the document just disappears and thats it... Half the time I can't even click on the save button cause it's un-clickable... I have e-mails appearing and disappearing out of my out-box, my sent-box, and my in-box... what's that ? Then there's the spinning beach ball of death, and I'm having to force quite MAIL at least twice a day... It takes between 1 and 30 min and even more to check my mail, the connection is fine, it's just the new improved MAIL program doing something for my convenience I'm sure... I have to go to my .MAC acct to check e-mails sometimes.... I'm just waiting for the new system update and hoping they fix this ridicules problem... If anyone know a solution to this problem, please let me know...

Sorry, but I totally agree with the original poster. Mail is woefully inadequate, with Apple seeming not to care.
I stopped using Mail.app when Tiger came out. It does not work with my set up.
I'm part of a PC-based network that accesses email via IMAP and since Tiger came out Mail refuses to display email with attachments properly. It doesn't decode them and shows the 'text/plain' attachment information instead, or just displays gibberish text, on EVERY email with an attachment.
This is BOTH ways, I can't receive email from anyone nor can I send email to anyone using mail. I've been using Thunderbird now for a couple of months and find it an excellent replacment, and it works flawlessly.
I don't understand how open source software can be more robust, feature-rich and reliable than software created by Apple, who should have far more resources to throw at it. I wish Apple would scrap Mail.app, take the open-source code from Mozilla, put a Apple GUI on, integrate spotlight, smart folder & address book integration and leave the under-the-hood code to someone else, as they obviously don't seem to understand the technicalities of email applications.
I must have wasted days of researching this problem on the internet to no avail. I've installed every security & system update, hoping that Apple would sort this. I've tried everything, (including using Windows Friendly attachments). But this is a fudamental bug in Apple's way of handling attachments in certain set-ups.
I wan't Mail.app to work, as I would love to use spotlight, address book integration, smart folders etc., but until Apple devote some resources to this I can't use Mail.
I sympathise with the original poster. I've complained constantly about Mail.app and I get frustrated when replies are of the, "it works fine with my set-up" type. It doesn't work for me.
