Are the apps from the Firefox Marketplace hosted on Mozilla's server?

When installing an app from the Firefox Marketplace, will the app be downloaded from the developer’s server, or are all the listed apps hosted on Mozilla’s server?

There is a github that hosts the original code for the default apps for the Firefox OS original builds. You would have to zip them and install them through the about:app-manager afaik. The marketplace apps are managed by the marketplace app.
The setup for developers seems to offer both options, where a third party server can initialize updates to the apps. For more information check out the MDN page [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps/Build/Architecture]

WebLogic Portal, if Desktop enabled, it will render from Desktop->Portal->Books->Pages-->Portlets. You can get these information from WebLogic E-Docs.

What are the correct steps for installing Oracle Entitlement Server SSM?

Can somebody explain what are the correct steps to install OES SSM 10.1.4.3? I have installed OES admin 10.1.4.3 and applied the CP2 patch. it is allowing me to open Entitlement Administration, where I can define the policy.
Is it sufficient to have this Entitlement Admin to call the policy from BPM? Do I need a SSM ?
When I try to configure Java SSM using ConfigTool.bat -process myssm_config.properties I am getting the following error

Why are old apps from different user account still on iPad 2 when I changed to a new itunes account?

I am a teacher and we are setting up accounts for our iPad carts, and we originally had one account for all our iPads, and have now switched to using three separate accounts. When I logged into iTunes with our new ID for the cart, and tried syncing an iPad, it still had the old apps on the iPad that I was trying to sync with the new account. The apps were also still in the iTunes Library, which I thought was odd since they are from the different account. So are these apps supposed to still be on the iPad, and if not what should we do?

If the apps are still in the iTunes library on the computer that you are syncing them from then they will remain on the iPad - more thatn one account can be authorised on a computer's iTunes (via the Store > Authorise This Computer drop-down menu option), the account doesn't need to be the one that is logged in. If you don't want those apps on the iPads anymore then you could delete them from that computer's iTunes

1) At its simplest level a Database Server is a database so for storing data and an application server is for running the applications (which will probably access the data in the database server).
2) JDeveloper comes stand alone or as part of the Oracle Developer Suite which is a collection of tools for building applications.

Printing a PDF document from a network printer hosted on Windows Print Server

We have a use case where a XFA form needs to be merged with the XML file and later be printed on a printer hosted on Windows Print Server.
While I know the first part of merging the template with the data file, I am stuggling to get my document printed.
Here are the options that I have already tried -
1) Used the generatePrintedOutput to render a flat PDF and convert it into a PS format.
2) The output of the above service was input to the "sendToPrinter" service with following configuration settings
    Input document     : <Document variable referencing to the output of the GeneratePrintedOutput service>
    Printer Protocol     : DirectIP
    Server URI            : \\ <IP address of the Print Server>     NOTE: The Print Server is hosted on a different domain & is a Windows Server
    Printer Name        : \\ <IP address of the Print Server>\<name of the printer>
Some more information about our LC servers -
OS -> Unix
Application Server -> JBoss
When I used these settings and invoked the process, I got the following exception -

Therefore I tried to check if I am able to Ping the Printer Server from my Livecycle Server and found that the ping was successful.
Next - I changed the Printer Protocol from DirectIP to SharedPrinter keeping the rest of the settings same. In this case - when I invoke the process, it did not throw any error , but it did not print any document as well.
Any suggestion where I have gone wrong? Pls let me know if you would need more information to help me resolve this issue.

Well I found the answer......
I had to do the two steps below -
1) Go to Admin UI, "Trust Store Management -> User & Password Credentials" and add a profile for my Printer server with login ID and password which can access the printer.
So in the "User & Password Crendentails" page, I click on "add" and fill the following values
Profile : \\ <IP address of the print server> ....... (It is important that you write the name correctly..for example " \\10.10.234.212"
USername : <user id who has access to the printer>
Password : <password for that user Id>
2) In the sendToPrinter service, I used CIFS as the protocol and I have the proper Server URI as below
\\10.10.234.212\<printername>
And it worked ! .....

Where are my Apps from the cloud on iMac?

My son just got an iPod and I wanted to try to download my apps that are in the cloud to my IMac so the he can put them on his iPod. BUT, when I hook up my phone like to sync and select APPs, I only see the Apps currently on my phone. I can not see all the APPs in the cloud?

Where are you looking ? The Apps part of your Mac's iTunes library will only show the apps that you have on your Mac - unlike the Music, Movies and TV Shows part of your library the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tickbox on the Store tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) doesn't appear to work for apps.
You can redownload apps (if they are still in your country's store) on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage
Or you can copy the apps that you have on your phone back from it via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases (that only copies the apps, not their content).

The .ipsw files for iPod firmware updates are located at:

The filenames are a bit cryptic, but you can make out the version.

What are the Boot OSX HDs Appearing on my Server Desktop?

Hi,
When I login to my server (either via Screen Share or via the actual MacPro it is hosted on) I sometimes get four HDs appear on the desktop. They're all called Boot OSX and two are empty and two have com.apple.boot.S and System folders/files in them.
This happens on all local accounts on the MacPro, irrespective of them being OD accounts as well or not.
This doesn't happen all the time. It seems to appear just after I've used an account I've setup on the OD, the server's MacPro and my client iMac. This account is locked down as a simple finder with very little capabilities (so a designated person can log onto the server and eject the backup disk without going off-piste).
The only oddity I can think of about this account is that I messed about with creating a home account when setting it up in the WG Manager. Also the strictions I've put on it work when you log in from a client however when logged in from the MacPro the restrictions are in place but the simple finder and dock management doesn't seem to be reflected.
Any ideas?

UPDATE:
I have four accounts on my MacPro (which hosts the server). Server/Local/Basic Administrator and Dummy Acc (SA, LA, BA and DA respectively). Only SA and DA are in the OD (as per standard server setup assistant); LA and BA are on the local account of the computer, not the server's OD.
When I login with and of the SA, LA or BA users locally, or SA remotely evrything appears as it should. It is only when I log in with DA, which is fully managed within WGM (Finder, Dock, Apps), that I get odd behaviour.
DA behaves as expected on client Macs but the Dock management settings, at least, don't appear to work when logged in on the local server machine.
Once I have logged in as DA on any machine (and then logged out or not) and then log in with any of the Administrator accounts I get this Boot OSX harddrives appearing, as previously described.
The Boot HDs then seem to no l;onger appear after some unspecified period of time with the server logged out of by all accounts.
None of this affects the performance (as much as I can tell).
Any thoughts? Is the Boot OSX some NetBoot type thing (which I haven't touched). Why is this behaviour associated with this dumb account?

What are the best printer deployment practices for Win Server 2012 R2?

I have about 40 printers deployed around my school. My users move around my building and log into several computers throughout the day. I need to consistently get the correct group of printers to map to the computer upon startup and set a default printer.
I have tried to use GP, but the inability to set a default printer within the computer policy is a crippling issue. I have tried using third party software (Kaseya DPM) where I can set printers and default printers, but the real-world, daily deployment is
inconsistent. I have a logon script that I used to use, but the printers were trying to map before the network was established; the printer mapping was failing because the script was too fast.
This is not a new idea. What is the best way to consistently deploy printers that are mapped to specific computers?

Where are my apps from my old phone
