AS3 Form with calculation.

Question

Hey people,
I want a form, you can select items, and it calculates the total amount of all selected.
Option1 (checkbox, if checked +500 to total)
Option2 (checkbox, +10 to total)
Option3 (radio, +10)(radio, +20)(radio, +30 to total)
Total: total-amount of all selected items

if your checkboxes are cb0,cb1 etc, use:
var total:Number;
var cbValueA:Array = [500,600,200,etc];
for(var i:int=0;i<cbValueA.length;i++){
    this["cb"+i].addEventListener(Event.CHANGE,cbF);
function cbF(e:Event):void{
    total = 0;
    for(var i:int=0;i<cbValueA.length;i++){
        if(this["cb"+i].selected){
            total+=cbValueA[i];
