is that's possible?
grid v11g

You can send the P.O to required e- mail i.d to vendor provided vendor mail i.d is maintained at General data of Vendor Master, there is standard config. with minor help of ABAP you can do.
However the case you illustrated, it is not possible through only Functional Config settings.

  • Answers receive as an attached PDF within Notification email

Whenever someone submit his answers in my form (from formscentral) I receive an email with the the answers within the body of the email BUT I would like to know whether it is possible to receive the answers that users submit as an attached PDF in that notification email.
    Thanks!!

That feature isn't available, but you can advocate for it here:
    https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=XnF-KJVCovcEVQz9tZHYPQ
As an interim solution, you can always go to the response table and export responses as pdf files.
    Hope that helps,

    Hi,
I need to configure notification emails. I have provided settings in OAM-> Workflow and SMTP IP address in settings and only Outbound. I am able to test for my user ID.
I want to know how to redirect emails or alerts for users like when a user runs a report he should get notification email in his outlook about the report output and details. In settings it only points for one replyto field. How do I mention all user ID's?

  • Attach the output of a standard OM report in email NTF

    Hi All,
I have to attach the output of a standard Order Manangement report in the email notification. Can anybody please let me know what should be the approach for this.
    Thanks

In the concurrent program screen, select options . Under Notify the following person, eneter the email address where output needs to be sent.
Other option could be to create a send mail package and call that from after report trigger of report. The email address can be inputed as a parameter. For more information for this visit
    http://sureshvaishya.blogspot.com/2008/02/email-through-plsql.html
The third option could be to call the report from a shell script program and after report is completed email the output using mailx functionality.

  • Notification Email/Alert - Including Job execution details(step output)

    Hi,
I am using Oracle 10g R2 GRID Control on Windows. I would like to add the execution details to the default notification (Long)emails. Is there any possibility without adding any code in current version or later version to include step output(failed/Passed details)?
    Thaks for your help.

I am already getting notification email/alert with just status failed/succeded. But I want to include the step output(job execution details) to that default email given by Oracle. I could write PL/SQL block to manipulate this, but looking for default way to include these details in any version?

  • Automating ADHOC query reports to generate Emails

    Hi Experts
Hope you guys are doing fine.
I have a requirement where we need to automate the ADHOC query reports to trigger emails with the Excel attachment of the report to a set of users.
To explain in detail,we have some adhoc queries which are run manually on monthly basis(by our functional guys).Once the output report is generated, they used to download them into Excel document and send that to a set of users as an email attachment.
Now we are planning to automate the entire process,so that these query reports once set to run on monthly basis should trigger emails to set of users with the excel attachment.
Now,i am looking for solution on how to proceed on this.Since the program behind the query(which starts with AQ*) is not be a modifiable program,i can write any custom code here.Alternately,i planned to set a background job which runs the query and then use a  custom pgm which reads the spool no for the pgm and then to read the data from the spool into an internal table and then use a FM to send the internal table data as an email attachment. But wasn't sure of what FM's to use to read the spool no. and data from the spool.
Is there any alternate way to work on this or any suggestions on my assumed process would be really appreciated.
    Thanks

    Ok, here's what you do:
    - Go to T/C: SQ01 and find your query
    - From the menu at the top select Query>More functions>Display Report Name (copy the report name)
    - Go to Transaction SO23 and create a new shared distribution list - give it a name and title, click the dropdown on folder and click the create folder button, give the folder a name and save/green tick.
    - Click on the Dist. list content tab and enter all the external email addresses that the report should go to ( the recipient type should be internet address or via internet or something like that)
    - Go to Transaction SM36 and click on the Job wizard button, go through the wizard entering the program name we copied earlier. In the print parameters section make sure it is set to print immediately, then on the spool list recipients button select the dropdown box, select distributions lists and find the one you created earlier. Define the variants, periods, time etc etc
    - When the job runs it will process the output via SAPConnect (transaction SCOT) you will be able to see the status of the emails by going to transaction SCOT and selecting the menu option Utilities>Overview send requests.
    Job Done, Chillax
PS: remember the output type of the query in SQ01 needs to be set to excel or whatever you require otherwise a PDF/html attachment will be created in the email.
PPS: If SAPConnect is not set up in your system speak to your basis guy to set it up - If you don't have any basis resource, it is really easy to set up, plenty of guides around.

  • Central Management server - executed a query but how to send the query output in the form of mail?

    Hi All,
i have used CMS in SQL 2008 R2. i have added couple of servers in its group. i have executed a query & i need to send the query output in the form of email.
basically query is checking the rows count from couple of user tables in servers.
issue here is how to copy the data that is used by CMS? i need to work on automate the rows count in difft user table in db servers
could you please suggest how can i achieve this?

    Copy to what?
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM sys.objects
Running the above statement returns two columns (server name and count)
All the servers SS2005  and onwards , then use
    EXEC msdb.dbo.sp_send_dbmail
         @profile_name = 'name',
         @recipients = '[email protected]',
         @query = 'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM sys.objects',

  • Creating a PDF attachment and send it via Email

    Hi,
    I have following problem.
I want to send a Purchase Order via Mail to email inbox.
I already read in the forum that I should use the FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.
Could anyone please provide me with some information about that. So how can I insert my PO into this function module (PO-Document is based on smartform and not stored in the database as a pdf-file so far)  -  so do I need to use another FM first to create a PDF file or how is it working?

  • SmartForms - Is there a way to put PDF attachment in the body of Email?

    Hello All,
Currently I have a Smart Form that generates an MAIL with a PDF attachment.  It works very nicely with from, to, and subject information correct.  A new request from the users is to show in the PDF output in the email vs. an attachment.  They mention that not all consumers open the PDF attachment.
Is there a way I can write the form in the email that would look exactly like the attached PDF format?
Or is there a way I can leave the PDF attachement with text in the email like 'Open the attachment to view the items that have been shipped in your recent order'.
Currently I'm using CALL FUNCTION lf_fm_name with control parameters, mail_appl_obj, mail_recipient, mail_sender, and output options.
I would greatly appreciate help in solving this ASAP.  Thanks!

    Vijaya,
thank you for you quick response.
i have followed your example logic and i now see a brief message in the body of the email.  Which i part of my requirement but i'm unable to open the PDF doument.
i'm getting the error message "Abobe reader could not open 'test.PDF' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged"
Any idea why?  Before adding your logic after calling the smarform to use 'CONVERT_OTF'  and 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1' the attached PDF file was perfect.
below is the the call function for my SF.  after this call i have added the logic your suggested.
    call smartform

it looks like there is an issue with the convert or i've got some logic wrong.  Any ideas?
