Back To Mac stopped working

I was using BackToMyMac perfectly fine from work to home - last week I turned it off at work so no one could access my mac at home. When I turned it back on I can no longer connect. I tried everything - re-registered both macs, stopped and started BTMM, rebooted blah blah blah to no avail. Any ideas?

Update: So I realized that even though I migrated my MobileMe account to an iCloud account, I was still signed in to my MobileMe account in the MobileMe preference panel. As soon as I signed out of the MobileMe account and enabled Back To My Mac in the iCloud preference panel, the computers on both networks appeared. However even though I can see them, I can't log in remotely...

I have no idea what happened. However, I believe that you've got to take it back to the service provider and work with them. Call them and tell them what happened and see what kind of a response you get. You might want to try to get in touch with Apple Customer Service and see if they can help you out with the service provider.
As for "compensation", that is probably a legal matter unless you have some kind of insurance that covers you for business losses. You might try to stress to the service provider that they should do whatever service is now needed to get the machine working again at no additional charge.

We bought new imac 27, late 2012. Installed windows 7, mac stopped working. We restarted mac os, but system cant see hard disk. Cant install mac. What to do?

How did you install Windows 7? Via Boot Camp, using a Windows 7 system builder disk, or with Parallels or VMWare's Fusion?
If you installed using Boot Camp, it sounds as if you goofed and installed Windows onto the Mac partition instead of the Windows partition. What happens when you hold down the Option key when you restart the Mac? Do you see a Mac partition and a Windows partition?
I would suggest seeing if you can use the Recovery mode on your new iMac to reinstall your iMac's operating system if you installed Windows over it by mistake. Please see this Apple Support document on how to accomplish this:

If you installed Windows using Parallels or Fusion, I can't help you, as I've zero experience with either.

Are you sure you're in the right library? You have three library folders on your mac: system>library (Never touch that), your username>library and a library at the top level of your hard drive. You want the last one. In recent versions of OS X it's not hidden, but it's hard to get to it. The easiest way is to into the finder preferences>Sidebar and turn on Show Hard disks. Then the name of your hard drive will appear in the list on the left side of any finder window. Click it and the library you want will be in the top level of results.

My iPhone4s back camera just stopped working.

So my back camera randomly stopped working when i got a snapchat. the screen appears black.
It stopped working on all camera using apps, and to use the front camera i have to switch to front camera (screen remains black), close the app, and open it again and then the frontcam appears.
I've deleted snapchat just in case. i closed all apps, restarted the phone (home+sleep button) but to no avail.
Please help!

Try the standard fixes:
- Reset.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory deaults./new iPOd

Mail on Mac stopped working

In last 24hrs my mail has stopped working on my Mac Pro. It is an iCloud account. All other accounts are working and the same iCloud account is working on my iPhone and iPad. I notice that the incoming servere info is grayed out wit the p01- infron of the incoming server info. Also, Mail is taking up a huge amount of memory. Also, I cannot delete the drafts of emails I was thinking of sending but couldn't. Thanks

Yes, thanks for all your help with your very informative links, Apple could (should) learn customer support from you.
However my wife's MacBookPro was changed over to iCloud a couple of weeks ago as she inherited my iPad 2 when I got a new iPad 3 (mind you it was always a fight as to who got the iPad 2 anyway) Unfortunately even though its still going strong it can't be upgraded to Lion so I went through all your very informative 'how to' when her mail suddenly stopped, as the OP said, due to the password being constantly rejected.
Having had Apples since 1988 I tried all the usual work abouts and fixes but to no avail and even your 'how to' gets nowhere either and believe me I've tried it three times being especially careful as to what I entered and yes the password is correct as she can get webmail on iCloud and on the iPad 2.
As JLStom says its a shame when "Apple help" say that the only thing is to go to Lion knowing full well you have a machine that can't install that version and just give up on you.
Anyway thanks again for all your help. Apple should appoint you Senior VP of Customer Services.

Few days ago, my front and back cmaera stop working. I tried all the possible options but still having the same problems.

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
* No data is lost due to a reset

Me: Macbook Pro 10.5.4 and time machine
Mom: iMac 10.5.4 with new airport express
Situation: Had Back to Mac up and running fine so I could take care of her machine. Then lightning strikes and nukes my mom's DSL box and ethernet card in her imac. She took it to an Apple store and they sold her an Airport Express as the wireless functionality on her iMac still works. Now, she's plugged in the Express and it's working fine with blinking amber, no passwords or naming of network (gotta keep it simple). Her system seems to work fine. I've walked her through a few things including ensuring that her Express is UPnP enabled and her Back to Mac is on and screen sharing is selected. Have also cycled through a few off and ons of her Back to Mac.
My system works fine as I can Back to Mac another Mac, but not mom's. On her Back to Mac setup window it shows yellow and "On", with the following message, "May have more than one device on your network providing network address. Try disabling NAT on one of the devices."
Advice?

Update:
Had mom sign off of and back into MobileMe and her Back to Mac status is now green and she can see and access my iDisk. I also connected my mac directly (ethernet) to my comcast modem and my Back to Mac is also green.
But, I don't see Mom's computer in the finder window.
Ideas?

Mac wont connect or wont even sense any incoming when someone is calling from outside.
Can anyone help us?!
The only thing I have changed is the internet carrier.
