BEA380002 - error accesing a soap url

Hi,
I am trying to make a outbound connection to one of our client web service(soap based)
I created a BS and and added endpoint url of the wsdl of this web service. "http://ix.tpapi.uat.radixx.com/*somethingsomething.asmx*" I have tested this url and it works fine.
However i am getting the following error message while testing.
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

  • Unable to open PWA in browser and MSP on application server in project server 2007. ERROR: Sending the Soap message failed or no recognizable response was received.

    Hi All,
I am using project server 2007 and WSS 3.0.
I have been facing a strange issue for couple of days. I am unable to open PWA in browser and MS Project Pro on application server.
Everything is correct whether it is URL or MS Project profile account on MSP.  This is strange because i can open same PWA/MSP from other computers (Database server / Client PCs) but not locally on server.
When i try to connect to MSP on App server, i get the following errors in event viewer.
    Event Type: Error

One more issue i am facing and i guess that is related to above issue. The Issue is, when i am creating a new project, It's workspace gets created but doesn't get linked to the project and i can't link it manually because it already exists for the project.

    Hi Paul ,
Thanks for reply. The project server URL was already added to the Trusted

  • How to fix 'Unexpected error: Incorrect value: Location URL' in WSDL

    Hi All,
Using SOAMANAGER  transaction, I created a service ECC_CUSTOMERQUOTEERPCRTRC and its binding 'ECC_CUSTOMERQUOTEERPCRTRC_binding' using the Create Service option under the tab Configurations and using the web service definition 'ECC_CUSTOMERQUOTEERPCRTRC'.  When I click on the link "Open WSDL document for selected binding" under the tab 'Overview', I get the following XML code in the popup window for the WSDL.
    - <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

      </soap:Envelope>
The XML code for nthe WSDL displays an error 'Unexpected error: Incorrect value: Location URL for subject IF '. It looks like the code could find the required URL. Please let me know how to fix this error.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello.
In SOAMANAGER delete your "unexpected" service (endpoint).
    Then create it again.
If same error will occurs - try to delete all definitions of this service (include sicf-transaction) and then create it completely again.
    Hope it helps.

  • HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: String index out of range: -7

    All -
I'm new to consuming web services in JDeveloper. I'm using Oracle JDEV 10.1.3.3/OC4J.  I'm using this version since it is compatible with Oracle EBS 12.1.3.  My intent is to pull data from our third party recruitment app (Success Factors) and load that data into Oracle HRIS.  I'm already doing this through a .NET application.  I'm converting it to be a Java Concurrent Program in EBS.  The code listed below is a stub call to verify I'm on the right track. I created a JDeveloper Web Services proxy project.  I'm testing it locally on my windows desktop.  When I'm able to consume the service successfully, then I'll think about moving it to the EBS server.
I'm getting the following error when I invoke the following service:
HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: String index out of range: -7
    End point is: https://api4.successfactors.com/sfapi/v1/soap?wsdl

The other end is throwing back a programming error.
That might be because you are sending incorrect data and the other end fails to validate it.
You might be able to guess based on your C# code.  But, since you are using soap one generic solution is available to you.
    - Get an http proxy interceptor like wireshark.
    - Run it while your C# app runs, collect the http requests from that.
    - Run it while running your java code, collect the http requests from that.
    Compare the two.

  • SOAP URL in SXMB_MONI

    Hi,
We are sending MATMAS idocs to external system using SOAP adapter at receiver. The message status in SXMB_MONI is successful , but the message is not delivered. When we check the same in web based message control , we could see error message 'Connection refused'. We corrected the URL in SOAP adapter , but still the message persists in message control.
Is is possible to see this SOAP URL in SXMB_MONI ? or in some other way ?
I just want to confirm that the message is being sent to the updated and correct URL.
    Regards,
    Tushar

The message gets delivered successfully using soapUI , but fails when sent via XI. This error is not displayed in SXMB_MONI, but in Audit Log. I tried changing the URL again , but the error persists. I put a random URL , but still the same error. Success in SXMB_MONI , but Non delivered in audit log.
Here's the Audit log. Kindly advice.

  • Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions - Please help!

    Hi,
Very new to SAP. I just installed SAPNW7.0ABAPTrialSP12 (sandbox server, with default options) and setup the

  • SOAP URL requires authentication even after enclosing user and pw

    Hi,
Currently i have generated a SOAP url and had provided it to the source system owners. All they say is that when they enter the URL in the Internet Explorer, it asked for the username and password again even after adding it to the URL. Also when they integrated it to their application, it throwed an error "Transport error: 401 Error: Unauthorized"
The URL i shared is in the below format,
    https://<HostName>:<Port>/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:<BusinessSystem>:<CommunicationChannel>&nosoap=true&sap-user=<username>&sap-password=<password>
Please help me if i am missing something in this.

    Hi,
In fact, what Mark mentioned is true. Let me throw some more light to it. You can only include the username and password in the SOAP call to PI if you post the SOAP message directly to the Integration Engine, without using sender SOAP adapter. This approach was described by Stefan Grube in his blog here:
Using the SOAP inbound channel of the Integration Engine
As a result, you would have to use a different URL to post your calls:
    http://hostname:port/sap/xi/engine?type=entry&version=3.0&Sender.Service=<service>&Interface=<namespace>^<service_interface>&sap-user=<>user&sap-password=<password>
Alternatively (and this is how I would personally do it), you can include the username and password in the HTTP header attributes, as I described here:
A closer look at SOAP Sender authentication
Thanks to that, you do use the sender SOAP adapter, and achieve some more security thanks to not providing the user name and password in the URL.
    Hope this helps,
    Greg

  • Script error: wdp_edit_on is Null, URL: ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC

    Hello,
I like to train myself in ABAP webdynpro, so I have installed NW 7.02 SP6 EhP2 on a virtual machine (VMware) with Win2008R2.
I have applied with SICF all services as mentioned in OSS note 1088717 describing a list of /default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/... etc.. as well as some services specificly around view designer.
Furthermore, the file "hosts" is set as follows:
    192.168.8.128    dummy.com
    192.168.8.128    PALATINVIRT1         PALATINVIRT1.dummy.com
    10.10.0.10       PALATINVIRT1         PALATINVIRT1.dummy.com
whereas PALATINVIRT1 is the name of my host installed with Win2008R2 and NW 7.02..
Finally, ping tests are successfully for:
    palatinvirt1
    palatinvirt1.dummy.com
    dummy.com
All of them are replying with 192.168.8.128.
Instance parameter icm/host_name_full is set to "palatinvirt1.dummy.com" (checked via transaction RZ10).
If I launch SE80, select "Web dynpro components" in order to check my view , I can open the view and click on tab "Layout" but I'm not able to see the generated HTML page as well as I don't see any UI element toolbar if I'm switching in edit mode. Instead, I will get a script error "The value of property " wdp_edit_on" is Null" and then "URL: res://iframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_web_OC.htm".
If I check some activated services, especially the tutorial webdynpro applications (I have activated them in SICF), I will get a typical error "Web page cannot be displayed". So, it looks like a generic error I have.
Does anyone know which setting I have to check?

    Hello to All,
I have found the reason for the error: resolution of my URL was not possible.
If you get such errors, this does not have anything to do with service pack updates or so or ICF services.
If you are driving a scenario virtual machine VMware with NW02 installed as well as SAPGUI installed on your physical PC (host PC) and you have no DNS server running on your host, then you have to define a mapping of your VM IP address to the FQDN.
I also have installed the Microsoft Loopback adapter, assigned to IP address 10.10.0.10 on my VM.
In my case, palatinvirt1.dummy.com is the FQDN.
Therefore, on VM the file HOSTS in directory c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc should contain:
    192.168.8.128      dummy.com
    192.168.8.128      palatinvirt1      palatinvirt1.dummy.com
    10.10.0.10         dummy.com
This will enable each kind of requests via WAS.
On your host PC, it is also required to define a correct mapping for the palatinvirt1.dummy.com address, otherwise your host does not know where to look at.
So, modify on your host PC the file HOSTS in directory c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc:
    192.168.8.128      palatinvirt1.dummy.com
    This solved my problem.
I also recommend to fix the IP address on your VM and not to use DHCP service on top, otherwise you are risking of getting different IP addresses next time you are starting new your VM.
    Yours
    Stephan
