I'm trying to link my Behance account with my new Adobe CC account via the CC App (Mac). When trying to sign into Behance, the notification that the Behance account is associated with a different Adobe account. This could be, as I started a fresh account when I changed to CC. Please let me know how I can find the account associated with it, and how I can change it. Thank you.

Hello - I can help! So, when you got the new Adobe CC app, you registered for a totally new Adobe ID? If this is not the case, you should already be linked to the correct account. It looks like your Behance account (behance.net/wouterdutoit) is connected to an Adobe ID - you can disconnect them by logging into Behance and then going here: http://www.behance.net/portfolio/promote

Just sign into your own ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store. Sign out of the old ID and sign into your ID. I get the feeling though, that there is more to what you are trying to do or want to do and I'm not understanding or you are not explaining completely.
If this is a previously owned iPad, it should have been erased before you got possession of it.

You do not merge libraries.
iDevices sync to one and only one computer.
If you want a single library, you manually move the content from one library to another... all content will still be associated with the Apple ID it was acquired with.

Serial Number Associated with Another Account

I believe my iPod Touch was stolen. There is a chance my son hid/lost it somewhere in the house. It's pathetic, I know.
In my iTunes account, the iPod is no longer listed as one of my devices. When I attempt to add the device by entering the serial number it says this device is associated with another account. This it what makes me think the iPod is stolen
When I go to iCloud "Find My iPhone" App, the iPod and my iPhone are listed there. When I select "All Devices" from the drop down menu the iPod is not listed as one of my devices. Because I was able to select it to locate it, I did that. I flagged it as lost, locked it and asked to be notified when it is discovered. The device is offline and I will be notified when it comes back online. If the battery is dead in my house I know this is useless.
Bottom line...because the device is associated with another account, should I assume it was stolen? If it was, will the "Find My Phone" app work if the iPod is now associated with another account? If it is associated with another account, can I assume the content was cleared?

You should assume it's stolen, though there's also the possibility you or someone else in the house used a different Apple ID to register it when you first got it, and don't remember.
Find my iPhone will still work regardless of who it's registered to. No one can sign out of iCloud (and therefore Find my iPod) on the device without entering your Apple ID and password )the one used to sign into iCloud).

Contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click ‘More Produces & Services’. In the next page select ‘Apple ID’, and then 'Other Apple ID Topics’, then ‘The topic is not listed’. Tell the person who answers it is an issue related to your Apple ID and you shouldn't be charged for the call.

Itunes says it is already associated with another account on ipad2 when i only have one account

I am trying to get my ipad2 to download purchases previously made from itunes. If i go to settings store and slide the automatic downloads for music to on, it says that this device is associated with another account and cannot be changed for 90 days, i only have one itunes account and these settings are saved underneath. Any ideas?

I suspect you only migrated the media folder instead of the complete working library. Either review the transfer process and copy over the entire iTunes folder from your old profile's music folder or see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

First which version of iOS are you currently running on your ipad? If running iOS 5.1 or later you can upadate righ from ipad using wifi.
You should use the same computer that you normally sync to (itunes, by default, will not let you sync to more than one itunes libray)
If not, you can turn off auto syncing.
Without the ipad connected to the computer, go to itunes preferences/devices and check the box at the bottom to prevvent ipads, iphones and ipads from syncing automatically.
Then reconnect ipad to computer.

This is pretty surprising and wierd that even Reader 10.1.1 is crashing on your system. It works pefectly for me.
Would it be possible for you to get the crash dump, and upload it, so that I can have a look at the same.
Download PROCDUMP from <http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900.aspx> and extract it to a folder, say, c:\temp\procdump.exe
Open cmd prompt and type "cd c:\temp".
Launch the browser and open the PDF.
Open task manager, sort processed by name. Two AcroRd32.exe instances should have been launched. Note the PID (a small integer like 5588) corresponding to the AcroRd32.exe with the higher memory usage; this is the process that must be crashing. Note this PID.
On the cmd window, type "procdump -e -ma 5588 c:\temp\01.dmp" (replace 5588 with the actual PID of the process noted in Step 4). Procdump will now wait for the aoolication to crash. If it throws a EULA, accept it.
Perform your steps to cause the crash.
Procdump will have created a dump file at "c:\temp\01.dmp". Zip it up (since it will be 100s of MBs otherwise) and share with me.

I have a live login and MS ID 4 my SkyDrive account but I only use my MS touch with 8.1, SkyDrive and office 365 for mobility.
And I still like to backup to my own server!!!
What would be good is if I can put all the software licenses and product keys of the software and keep a record of my mac addresses for hardware and even static IP's in a file or a secure location within the MS online store.
That's where MS wants me to get my computing needs from in future and I will always be able to retrieve it in future but what about the $$$$$ I have spent on software, hardware and applications prior to now???

I looked at dozens of support pages and forum blogs and tried for hours to get a copy to download - including incognito and other logins but because my default PC name is also my MS Windows live ID the same error was repeated.
I keep away from the non MS sites for these things and with good reason - there were heaps of similar users with the same issue or very close to it that had downloaded from a supposed MS copy from eValue or digital river etc and the next
thing was total corruption of the OS.
EVENTUALLY I found a LIVE MS chat on a support site in the US and she gave me a link to a slightly older version which will need updating and some reg edit changes but so far, so good.
The point is - what a crock !
I should be able to just keep all my software, drivers, updates, service packs, and versions that I have upgraded in the MS store.
If Microsoft aren't going to support XP or Office 2003 and eventually 2007, vista & Windows7 not far behind??? then that's still no excuse for them to put these restrictions and limits when I OWN my copy of the software!!

I keep getting the message that my computer is associated with another apple id. I have already removed the device from the other apple id but I still get the message. How long does it take to update?

I am trying to download a tv show that I purchased and I get the message that my laptop is already associated with another apple id. I knew it was my wifes id so I went into her account and removed the association. I still get this message even though there is no other apple id associated with the laptop now.

That's not how it works. Once a device (including a computer) is associated with an Apple ID it cannot be switched for 90 days. See this Apple KB article for more information: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420.

Can't download previously purchased music to new iPad "Associated with another Apple ID"

Hi There,
I have a brand new iPad Air and can see my previous purchases in the Music app. But when I try to download (by clicking the download/cloud icon) I get a confusing error:
"This device is already associated with an Apple ID".
The thing is, this is a brand new device - how could it be associated with another Apple ID?
The only other Apple ID on the device is the one used for iCloud - could this be confusing things?
Does anyone know how to get music onto the device?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Dang it, I accidently marked your question as the answer from the email notifcation and can't change it.
I purchased it from Apple and have been in contact with them for over a week. Unfortuantely, they insist I'm logged in using differnt accounts despite me sending screen shots to the contrary.
I'm posting here becauase I'm getting nowhere with Apple - it's like they're stonewalling or the person I'm dealing with (Russ) is assuming I'm an idiot.
I've been using Apple products for 25 years, look after an OSX server (have also maintained a Microsoft SBS server) so am quite familiar with computers and user accounts.
But this situation has me stmped - both in terms of why it doesn't work, and why I can't get Russ to understand that I'm not logged in using a different Apple ID.
He keeps senindg me links to iTunes terms and conditions - I can't listen to music purchased from Apple on my Apple dvices also purchased from Apple. How can iTunes Ts & Cs justify that?
I've decided to a go a differnt route and report a problem via iTunes and see if I get a more helpful support guy.

Did you talk about the Microsoft Azure Active Directory Sync tool ?
If yes, this issue occurs if one or more of the following conditions are true:
An object in the on-premises Active Directory has an SMTP address that's the same as the SMTP address of the object that's reporting the problem.
An object in the on-premises Active Directory has a mail attribute that's identical to the object that's reporting the problem.
An object already exists in your organizational account and has the same SMTP address or mail attribute as the object in the on-premises Active Directory

When I register my iPad 2's serial number, Apple tells me that its associated with another Apple ID

I RECENTLY realized that I hadn't registered my iPad 2 when I was doing some account maintenance. So I enter the serial number and it comes back with a message saying that my iPad is associated with another Apple ID. What the heck is going on? I bought this brand new from Best Buy and I only have the one Apple ID. Can anyone help me out here?

I neglected to mention that I bought my iPad 2 when they were still new, so this was back in late 2010. I don't think going back to them now would help me out much. But it's kind of scary to think that they would be selling refurbished iPad as new ones.

Changing devices associated with an Adobe ID

I have changed phones (the old one is GONE), but when I tried to authorize my new one I received the message "too many devices authorized with this id" (or something to that effect).
Can I log into adobe and see a list of devices associated with my adobe id? And delete devices that I'm no longer using?
I thought I had solved this problem by creating a second adobe id, but that actually limits what I can do between devices.
Frustrated, and would appreciate any help available.

They can reset your authorizations, and then you must reauthorize any devices you still need.
(Unfortunately, Adobe haven’t got round to an admin website for viewing and editing authorizations.)
Some of the representatives haven't been properly trained and don't know what to do (and claim there is nothing they can do);
in that case the only way seems to be to give up that chat and try another session hoping for a properly trained representative.
If your problem is with another device using Overdrive, Bluefire, Aldiko or similar third party app, it is recommended not to mention that app when on the chat, just mention that you have run out of authorizations (E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS) . Thanks to AJP_Bear for that tip.
