Benefits- Work Injury Compensation
Hi,
currently I am working on Insurance Plan for Work Injury Comppensation that is only applicable for those warehouse workers.
Under the coverage variant I have defined Outpatient Primary Care as well as Inpatient Care. For the paramter group: I defined age group becaue older workers are less agile than younger workers as they might not have the energy to carry things around. Hence, the premium pay for age group will be higher as they are more prone to injury.
How do I define coverage grouping for insurance plan whereby it is used to differntiate between employees. Can you guys give me some ideas?

Is there any change in the Coverage amount calcuation between the age group? If yes then you have to define your coverage variant accordingly.
If there is no change in the Coverage amount then you can define a Cost rule Variant followed by Cost rule for every age group individually.

Configuration is fine and i checked with standards also and even i checked in the infotype maintainance in OM also there also everything is fine. I have done all that configuration as i had already given clear explanation and my problem when i am working in PO03 and selecting IT1051 and clicking on create The message appearing "TIME CONSTRAINT NOT FOUND IN C 1051" IN THE GREEN COLOUR. There something one small thing missing if it is red colour message then i have done something wrong customization. The system will look at the following in order to determine how to build the data to use in the report. It will look first for configuration by organizational unit, then by job, then by position. Our situation was such that we chose to configure the system to use job. Org unit was too general for us and position was too specific for us, as there is a one-to-one relationship between position and employee.
Some of the following may be outdated, but much of it is not.
Workersu2019 compensation reporting is accomplished through the maintenance of a number of tables and the execution of The Workersu2019 Compensation Report.
The system-supplied report can be accessed through the use of a transaction code (S_AHR_61016148) or via the following path:
Human Resources => Payroll => Americas => USA => Info system => Payroll results => Workersu2019 compensation report
The workersu2019 comp tables that need to be configured are shown below.
Table T513 - Create Job
Table T527X - Create Organizational Unit

This table is used to assign each SAP job in each state to the workersu2019 comp code in that state. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Workersu2019 Compensation => Assign Workersu2019 Compensation codes to organizational structures.
Table T5U26
This table is used to assign each organizational unit to a default workersu2019 comp code and state. It is not critical to populate this table with all new org units, as it is used as a default when the system cannot find a relationship between a particular SAP job and a workersu2019 comp code. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Workersu2019 Compensation => Assign Workersu2019 Compensation codes to organizational structures.

Infotype 1613 - Worker's Comp Override Duplicates
We are assigning Worker's compensation codes to Position . It was discovered that the Worker's Comp Override (in OM) allows for overlapping records. How I can configure Infotype 1613 that It should not allow for overlaps, there should not be more then one that ends in 12/31/9999 (there can be gaps)? I tried to maintain Time constrain on Infotype level but it did not work. Any ideas.

I am new to HCM and am trying to get my fundamentals right. I have been reading a lot about organization structure and organization plan. In real life scenarios when we create an organization structure, is it created at a company code level or enterprise (client) level. Bottom line, is there only one organization structure created per client or multiple?

Vishru and Vikrant have given you an excellent start. I believe you are confusing some terms here - Company Code is determined by the Financial organization and refers to a group having their own set of books - general ledger. There will be at least one Company Code per country but there may be more than one in a country if you have subsidiaries or divisions that keep their own general ledgers.
In HR the Organizational Structure shows who reports to whom. This may cut across several Company Codes as the CEO may manage the heads of several subsidiaries each of which has their own P&L responsibility. The structure then continues down in each subsidiary again showing who reports to whom.
The Personnel Area and Personnel Subarea (Enterprise Structure) usually look at location and function - where a person works and their function in the company. For example, all persons working at the Corporate Headquarters may be in the same Personnel Area if they are all at the same location. But they may work in Fianance, HR, Purchasing, etc. which may be separate Subareas. But each Personnel Area may be assigned to only one Company Code.
The Employee Group and Subgroup (Personnel Structure)determine the type of pay and benefits the employee may receive. Example, Salaried Employee, Hourly, Union Worker, Part TIme, Full Time, etc. These will cross Company Code lines if they have the same benefits, work schedules, pay structure, etc.
What you must remember is that every employee has an assignment in the Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure and Organizational Structure and these are all assigned in IT0001-Organizational Assignment.

Getting error message while updating Job attributes using PP03 for IT1641
Hey Guys,
We are getting error message while updating Job attributes using transaction PP03 for IT1641 (WC Attributes for JOB): 'Client has status not modifiable'.
Update to the infotype 1641 should not require open SAP system. Would anyone suggest any SAP note/solution?

This one is killing me cause it seems simple. Im trying to have QT or any other player for that matter play a playlist on schedule time. An example would be
1. Drag & drop video file(s) into playlist
2. Playlist plays the full list then repeats over and over (Can update on the fly would be a huge bonus)
3. At midnight the player plays a new playlist I have created. (Settings for date and time to switch playlist)
4. I would also be able to create playlists days in advance and QT (or another player VLC etc) would play them in order.
ie Monday has 2 hours of video looped then at 12.00am switch over to my Tuesday playlist and play that etc etc etc
Does anyone know of any software, plug-in, script, action anything that can do this for me. If its a case of writing a small interface or something I would happily pay for it.
Any suggestion or comments would be so helpful. Ive been trying to figure this out for two weeks now and the best I can get it this http://www.sprintbit.com/playlist.htm (I dont like it and its for Windows)

What your asking is beyond the scope of this forum. First off, if your savvy enough you could possible do this. You may need to hire a network/programer administer to accompanist this task. Or you can go back to school for a few semester and learn this.
Just pointing you to software to do this will only generate more questions.
And to ask someone to do the foot work in finding the software and showing you how it works. (if they don't have it in their first) Is asking one do work without compensation.
If I were you, you need to sit down face to face with someone who can do this project. Meaning it may cost you...sorry.
(This is more of a networking question and not a Quicktime question. Quicktime plays only a very small part in your project. The setting up of the networking and scripting is the big past.) -
Position Profile & Organization Profile in MSS
Dear All,
I have included Position Profile and Organization Profile Iviews under General Information (Team Workset). However, when I open these Iviews, the page is blank (Position Description, Working Time, Compensation, Position Holders, Vacancy, Cost Distribution, Employee Group, Accounting, Requirements Iviews). I am getting a message in these Iviews as "To display data, first select a position".
Am I missing any configuration. Please suggest.

within the table view V_T7XSSSERRES for the following entries
in your R/3 backend:

ie
1) Use Tcode:SM30 to open the View: "V_T7XSSSERRES" in change mode.

for editing.
