Best method/design for querying the objects it has more than 300 fields

Hi guys,
I have a database table which has more than 300 columns, 20 million rows and it has more than 60 GB as size. They want to search by any columns. I should bring those data into the memory grid for fast access.
Which serializer, partitioning etc. method suits to this problem ?
How many JVM should I start with which size ? For example, I can start 8 GB heap per 4 jvm in 2 nodes across the cluster.
etc.
I can use Coherence 3.7 or 12.

How to map when the Context node has more than one element

Dear SDN Community,
I am develping a WebDynpro java application with Adobe forms. My goal is to present a user a screen with 10 records of customer details and submit. I have created a context element for the customer(Cust#, address details etc) and mentioned the cardinality as 1..n. Now How do I bind these 10 records in my data view to first element, second element... 10th element of the context. Once the user submits, I need to write the 10 record values to Z table. Can you please advice me here.

Download Header using GUI_DOWNLOAD for more than 100 fields

Hi,
I want to download data with header from a database table using the FM 'GUI_DOWNLOAD'.
I know that this can be achieved by
1. Download headers first to an internal table and call FM ' GUI_DOWNLOAD"
2. then Download data to the same file by calling FM 'GUI_DOWNLOAD' with APPEND = 'X'
But my database table has more than 100 fields, pls tell me how to download all the fields as header information.

This can be done using the FM GUI_DOWNLOAD.
Store all the field names in a internal table, pass the internal table to FIELDNAMES component of the FM. This will download the internal table with headings.
Note - To download it as excel, pass FILETYPE as 'DAT'.

I need best architecture design for the following scenario:
Sender: Mail
Receiver: if sender body contain u201DApproveu201D, then call SOAP adapter, If SOAP adapter execute successfully, then send Mail(SOAP adapter executed successfully) and SMS . So receiver is SOAP, Mail and SMS.
My current approach issue:
Three message mapping:
Mapping1: mail to SOAP
Mapping2: mail to Mail
Mapping3: mail to SMS
In interface determinant>u201DSelect all three operation mappingu201D> u201Cselect order at runtimeu201D.
Issue in current approach: For me first SOAP adapter should complete successfully, after that only my Mail and SMS operation mapping should execute:
But problem is before success of SOAP adapter engine, Mail and SMS mapping completed or integration engine executed.
Note: There is possible to fail the SOAP request in adapter engine.
Kindly help me --> u201CAm I going correct way or want to change the architectureu201D?

What do you mean by successful execution of soap call? Are you talking about Successful response (happy flow) from the soap call instead of application error ? Then based on the response you want to decide sending mail and sms. How big call is your soap ? If your soap interface is very simple I can give the other possible way.
Sender sends the message, use mapping to read the content and then do soap call in the mapping itself and after seeing the soap response decide about two receivers (mail and SMS). If your soap call is very simple one, you can go for it. Otherwise I would not recommend this. The reason is you loose some visibility regards to monitoring during soap call in the mapping.
Other option is go for CCBPM. Here you receive the message, use send step to soap interface which is sync step. Then after seeing the response create another block with fork steps each for two senders mail and sms. If response bad then dont proceed or execute the next block. Simply use exeception or control step to jump out from the block,

Query to get objects list for which the current user has 'SELECT' privilege

I want to get tables and views list for which the current user has 'SELECT' privilege excluding sytem tables and views. The privilege information for the current user is scattered in more than one system views. I have following system views
USER_TAB_PRIVS_RECD - Object grants for which the current user is the grantee
ROLE_TAB_PRIVS - describes table privileges granted to roles. Information is provided only about roles to which the user has access.
If the object privilege is granted explicitly like "GRANT ALL ON TABLE_NAME TO "USERNAME" then this privilege entry goes to USER_TAB_PRIVIS_RECD
If the object privilege is granted by ROLE. Role is created with certain object privileges. this role is assigned to user "GRANT ROLE_NAME TO "USERNAME"", then this entry goes to ROLE_TAB_PRIVS
From these findings, I have composed below query
(SELECT DISTINCT TABLE_NAME FROM USER_TAB_PRIVS_RECD) UNION (SELECT DISTINCT TABLE_NAME FROM ROLE_TAB_PRIVS WHERE PRIVILEGE = 'SELECT')
Have I got user's all prvilege details? should I look some other system views?

Need help with LikeFilter for querying the keyset instead of value

I'm looking for help with the LikeFilter.
I need to query the cache to get all entries with key starting with a particular string.
I could see samples using LikeFilter for querying the values in the cache but not the keyset.
Can someone help?
E.g:
Cache Entries:

abc234 - value2
bcd123 - value3
I want to get all entries with key starting with 'abc'.

Hi Karthikeya,
I think the project profile which you are using has a different mask and the WBS element you are passing is different to the BAPI.
Are you able to create manually from CJ01 using the same WBS element?
Create a project manually and it will give the list of the mandatory fields set in the config. Using that list populate the BAPI struture accordingly.

How to create lock object when the total length is more than 300bytes?

Dears:
I want to create lock object for a add-on table , and the total length of table's fields is more than 300 bytes.
When I acitve this object, it will show "Total length of lock argument for table ZTEST_XXX longer than 300" error message in log.
Is there any way which can create lock object when total length > 300bytes?

System error: the object US has no relationships

HI experts,
I am facing the issue when we replicate HR org structure from r/3 to SRM. we are doing it from past 6 months everything was going fine but this time when we do it we got the error "System error: the object US has no relationships".
I have seen that in Org structure under USer id : No user is coming.
when i see the idoc posting inwe02. it says "Relationship starting from 01S 30000101 impossible - 01C 00006100 does not exist/is not active".
PLease sugesst what to do. need to solve it now only as this is coming in our Production system.

Check the relevant org. units whether has address maintained.
In table T77S0, if you have setting HRALX OADRE set to X. This means that an address is mandatory to create the corresponding BP in role org unit. If you need to have this setting HRALX OADRE set
to X, you can use also parameter HRALX OADBP. There you can enter the
BP for the standard address, so that address will be used in case
the Org unit has no an address maintained.
Check note: 312090 also.
THis is more relevant to BC-BMT-OM-EBP. Better to publish a thread or create a message in this component.

Query to retrieve the records which have more than one assignment_id

I am trying to write a query to retrieve all the records from the table per_all_assignments_f which has more than one different assignment_id for each person_id. Below is the query i have written but this retrieves the records even if a person_id has duplicate assignment_id's but i need records which have more than one assignement_id with no duplicates for each person_id
select assignment_id ,person_id, assignment_id
From per_all_assignments_f
having count(assignment_id) >1
group by person_id, assignment_id

I cannot find any specific reason due to the fact that the error seems randomic, sometimes the code is perfectly executed, sometimes not.
I wrote this piece of code in Excel 2010 and never encountered such problem before reusing it in Excel 2013

Hi
I decided to take the plunge and update our server and take it up to SP1
I updated it at weekend and it all seemed fine.
I could log in and it all seemed wonderful, and I breathed a sigh of relief. Yes.
Err NO...
Come in this morning and I cannot remotely log in.
I go locally to the machine and try to login but get this message "The object invoked has disconnected from its clients"
I wondered if anyone has encountered this error and managed to fix it?

Can you able to login successfully after this error occurs?
Did you try to take the console of server?
Please try to find out the logs to see if there is any detailed error message during this issue. Also please try to login with admin account and check the result. If this can’t solve, you can try to start with safe boot mode and login into the server and try
to find some logs related to the issue.

Apple will continue to evaluate the repair data and will provide further repair extensions as needed.
