Black update from Nokia (when will we get it?)

Everyone else is getting the Black update for Lumia.
When will verizon be giving us the black update?

I'm giving Verizon the benefit of the doubt.  I've read where some Lumia 920 and 925 users are experiencing major issues with their phones after receiving the update, so I'm choosing to believe that Verizon is extremely scrutinizing this update to ensure we don't have the same issues.  Having said that, I WISH that Verizon would be honest with us customers and tell us what is going on with this update.  Just because I choose to believe this is the case, doesn't mean it is and if it is the case, I would have a great deal more respect for Verizon.  But the lack of communication to us customers regarding these updates is one of the main reasons AT&T recently BEAT VERIZON in a J.D. Powers customer satisfaction report!  VERIZON, HEAR ME!  TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS UPDATE!!!  TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS UPDATE!!!! TELL!!!  US!!! WHAT!!! IS!!! GOING!!! ON!!! WITH!!! THIS!!! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Exact dates of software updates have NEVER, repeat NEVER EVER been announced by Nokia nor by MS. The best you can hope for is a quarter wihtin which it will be made available. In this case it is Q1 2015. If it comes earlier consider it a Christmas bonus.

    Ok just updated my phone with the latest update from Nokia(the special one).
    And the results:
    1. 15min - 100mAh lost in standby 
    2.Audio quallity is still no good. I can still hear noises when i plug the jack. And if i recieve notification the sound quality is like white noise for a few seconds.
    3.Charging is so slow. Its charging 1mAh per minute... 
    Before the update my battery was performing better!
    Nokia Lumia is another bad toy Made in China.

And several have reported normal functionality of the phone after getting a replacement, others have reported an improvement after updates and unfortunately some are like yourself, who are still suffering after both a replacement and getting the updates. So clearly you cannot lump all cases together, since they are not the same. I would suggest that in your case you still regretfully have a hardware issue and in your place I would go for another replacement.

    I live in the US. I should be the one complaining! As an American, I'm not used to waiting forever for everything. The US is a large market Nokia neglects. Of course, few of us buy its phones but that's the company's fault for making so many **bleep** models. Many nations don't even get updates at all! They're still stuck on firmware 3. Trust me, you have it good up there in Sweden.

    Other than its landing points, no. But the tracking info will show when it arrives/departs the various locations. Please note though, that the updates will most likely not be real time. For instance, if you see that the plane landed in Anchorage, Alaska at 2 AM, it may have actually landed hours before that.

    Lightroom supports this camera's RAW photos. Use Lightroom 5.7.1
