Bluetooth not working, log shows error

I have had bluetooth working for a long time, but some recent update has put a halt to this. I am using a Jabra BT dongle and HTC Touch Pro 2 phone, and blueman to send/receive files between the computer and phone. Now it does not work, and looking in /var/log/errors.log just now after trying, I see:

Not at all sure what to make of that, it does look python-related but that's all I can gleam. Appreciate any help, thanks

Nevertheless, if you'll not find BT adapter within in laptop you can purchase it and install yourself during several minuts (of course if it's not a mistake of your seller or Lenovo who can want to correct that case).

Are you sending files from the Adobe Send interface, Adobe Reader, or the Outlook plug-in?
Have you checked to see whether the files that you're sending appear in the Recent Files/Sent Files list when you're logged on to https://cloud.acrobat.com? (It could be that they're uploading, but not being sent.)
It would also be worthwhile to send the files in smaller batches, to see whether a particular file or files is problematic, and causing the error.
Please let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, please let us know where you're sending from, and whether you're able to send the files in smaller batches. It would also be helpful to know the exact error message that you're receiving.

We're all in the same boat, more or less. iOS 8.1 was supposed to fix Bluetooth issues (among other things) that appeared with the release of iOS 8.0.1 that iOS 8.0.2 didn't fix, and, well, they're still there...
A fix is probably on the way, already, but when will Apple release it, no one know...

One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem. A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Bluetooth not working - T61 - PLEASE HELP :(

I read a few of other threads about bluetooth not working on T61.
What I tried:
Enabling the bluetooth adapter from BIOS (was already enabled)
No light showing up on the front of the laptop (turns on very briefly when I turn the laptop on)
Tried fn+f5 and it wont turn on (wi fi is).
I installed hotkey driver, rebooted a few times, still nothing.
When installing bluetooth driver, it says the device couldn't be found.
I used bluetooth before, then I reinstalled windows 7 and it stopped working.
Any ideas?

I got the same problem and it seems like Lenovo just don't care about it. I've already installed all the updates from Lenovo and Windows and newest Bluetooth drivers from Broadcom....still nothing.

I had the same problem after I gave my old iPad to my parents and tried to install Netflix. This is what you have to do: Open iTunes on your computer, the one you sync your iPad to. Then go to iTunes Store and search for and download Netflix app. After you download it, if your iPad is set to download new purchases it may start downloading on your iPad. If so, tap and hold to delete the app (because it is trying to install the new version on the iPad) Next step, go to the App Store on your iPad and find Netflix and it should say install since you already purchased it on the computer. Tap to install, and it will say the version is not compatible, tap to download a previous version. Click that and it will install the older version! One more thing, if and when you sync to your computer again it will say something like " Unable to install Netflix on your iPad" Just click the box to never remind you again, because it's trying to sync the newer Netflix app to your iPad, but it doesn't work so it displays the message. The old app will remain on the ipad. Hope this helps, good luck

Check your system for possible Malware. But you have to do it in WIndows Safe Mode.
(Do not use your own Anti-virus to SCAN)
Start your computer in "Safe mode with networking", go to this link download a free version of Malwarebyte.

Install and perform update immediately, then do a full SCAN. Remove malware if it indeed finds any. Restart computer to regular windows to let Malwarebyte complete the removal.
To start your computer in safe mode
Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you'll need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer.

I am not bothering with windows 10 my friend, it is too much of an newbe baby at the moment and there are just too many bug fixes need doing in my opinion. I did manage to get my dolby home theatre to work again in windows 10, but it was an awful dulled down version with only half the features of the original that came with the version that was on my pc. My plan is to stick to windows 8.1 until it's death. When they withdrawl all the security patches for windows 8.1 and it becomes obsolete, then I will be forced to trash my pc again and go to windows 10, was not much fun mind spending 3.5 days putting everything back to its former state. Hope they do make windows 10 more stable and fix a lot of the bugs. I tried opening videos and pictures in windows 10.... result = missing element errors.... and error, error, error,,, So I think I will wait until 28 July 16 to when the last day of my free upgrade and reservation to windows 10 becomes mandatory. Error is not getting logged in error file while running dataload maxl

Hello All,
I am running a Maxl to load data in a database which is running fine but noted a weird issue that the errors are not getting logged in error file. Suppose i changed the name of data file then it should give error something like
ERROR - {Error no.} - Unable to open file {filename} which should be logged in error file but my error file is still empty.
I am using the Maxl -
import database {dbname} data from data_file {filename} on error append to "D:/Error/errorfile.err";

Try to use single quotes and the backslash. It may depend on the operating system and /or the version of essbase used. This is an example from one of my maxls:
on error append to 'D:\Hyperion\logfiles\myload.err';

In ios 7 upgrade bluetooth not working properly... It's always searching ... not detecting even ipad with ios7 (bluetooth on).
I was expected 7.0.3. but no use...

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

uninstall both webcam and bluetooth drivers from device manager. let windows install its generic drivers.
once done, see if you're able to use it.

Dose your computer have the most recent iTunes on it? When you connect the iPad 2 to your computer what happens? dose iTunes tell you the iPad need to be restored?

Was it just this one time? Could be that you, or your mom, were experiencing network problems. Try again at a later time.
