BT won't cancel my service with out paying cancell...

Hi i am having problem on cancelling my service with bt without paying cancellation charge. The reason why i want to cancel is that i am not happy on how i was handled while i was having problems with my bt services specially when cancelling my service.
Iv'e been with BT for a month now and i regret on joining BT because
1. The engineer who connected our service was rude just because we asked him to extend the connection to our room he was unhappy the whole time with us and he did not do his job well, he did not stick the wirings and the connection box in the wall so it got cut off easily also they can't fix my dropping connection issue i had since i joined them so instead of the promised of 36-56mb i should get the connection always drop to minimum of 1mb-6mb and i have payed for this service eventhough im not getting the service i was promised which i beleive is a "breach of contract" iv'e been trying to call bt technical issue and the wait time is too long minimum of 30mins, and max of more than one hour. When i got connected to them they can't actually fix my issue so they have finally decided to get an engineer to fix my wiring and my connection, after cancelling my work on our suppose day of visit the engineer did not turn up without even BT letting me know the reason why. I called technical issue regarding about this again and again they said they are very sorry and they will make sure the engineer will turn up so they booked me for an engineer vist agai, and again the engineer did not turn up. So i am really unhappy of what happened so i decided after all this issues not getting my service fix and still i payed for it i will just cancel BT. The most annoyingly part is i got connected with 3 cancellation team and 3 technical team and connections got cut off and they did not give me a call back after spending 3 hr of my time trying to cancel my bt service. When i finally get to speak with them properly, cancellation team said only technical team can cancel my service without getting service charge and technical team said they are sorry that engineer did not turn up but they couldn't help me only cancellation team can cancel our service without getting charge. And so they transferred me to cancelation team same thing they said and transfer me to technical team again and after waiting for 1 hour with no answer from technical team i just put the phone down waisting 6 hours trying to get this issue fixed all they said was sorry it is BT's fault but we can't do anything about it its our policy. So what should i do now im so frustrated iv'e been very nice and calm with them.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.  I have bought 1 MacbookPor 17, 1 Macbook air, 1 MacbookPro 15 , 2 ipads, 3 iphones, and this iMac27 and 2 of iMAC24 or 20 not sure   but I do not recall ever doing what you are telling me in your reply.   When you get a extended car warranty, you don't   sign up for it.. it is just there and is included in the sale.   You don't buy this warranty to use it.. You buy it, in case something happens.   Here a perfect iMAC with minimum 100 hour useage has a dead drive.  That is not normal and I should not have to even be requesting anything since most MFG offer a 3-5 year warranty on their disc drives and I believe that is probably passed on to Apple regardless if an extended warranty is purchased or not.   Customer service dictates a more flexible approach to make sure the lifetime value of a customer is not lost due to some misunderstanding.
    I was in the MacStore that I purchased the unit..and they found and pulled the invoice and confirmed
    the purchase of it in front of me.  I had paid with credit card and fortunately it was there in their system.   I do not also recall recieving any box or paper although most everything I ever get remains sealed.. I am not in the habit of opening anything since I have never encountered any serious issues before.
       I have used my Macbookpro warranty 1 time  and that is all throughout the years I have been investing in Apple equipment.
    I just recieved a letter from the store asking me to get the paper to them so they can register it... I don't recall getting any paper actually.  But I do have several boxes sealed here..  On this iMAC27, it was a hurry up and get it done thing and I don't remember taking anything extra with it.   Regardless,  my request does not seem unreasonable.

    The iWorks prebundled with Mac Minis is a demo release, and not fully featured.  Unless you mean you downloaded iWorks from the Mac App Store at a later time, it really can't be freely re-downloaded as fully featured.

    My t-mobile contract is up.
    I'm just paying month by month now.
    When I get the iPhone and transfer my number, do I have to contact t-mobile to cancel my service or does it automatically cancel when the number is transfered?

    You guys are right. Once the number is ported to AT&T, T-mobile can no longer bill you. However.....
    You should call T-Mobile and make absolute sure they're aware of it and ask if there is a remaining balance.
    Last year, i had no contract, no balance left with Sprint PCS, yet for 8 months they continued to bill me. It was a computer glitch. It was so bad that everytime i called, they had no existing record of my account.
    Of course i was paranoid about my credit rating, etc.... so i called them every month to make sure, absolute sure that they knew i had cancelled and that the bill was no good anymore.
    Eventually they got their act together and all was resolved.
    It doesn't hurt to double check with your previous carrier

    "I have been wrongly charged for data fees and after approximately 15 hours dealing with the situation it still has not been resolved. Back in January when I first realized I was receiving these additional charges I went online to chat with a representative (while at work) and after discussing the situation she told me that it was resolved and that once my bill cycled the fees would be credited to my account. She upgraded my data to 6GB saying that would be enough to cover it and that’s all I would pay for. I waited for the bill to cycle before I paid knowing it would be late (I didn’t care, I wanted to see that it was fixed first which it wasn’t). 
    I spoke to Matthew at the beginning of March for a lengthy two hours (also while at work) regarding the situation. He told me that the online chat service was a different department but he’d try to fix my problem. He was extremely nice and did seem like he genuinely wanted to help. And at first I thought that after 2 hours he finally resolved my ongoing issue. At first he kept telling me that the fees were correct. After insisting that I didn’t use 7 GB of data in 5 days I grabbed my calculator and added up all the data charges (yes, each one is 6 decimal places) and the total came to be just above 1 GB (I think it was 1.12GB or so).  He told me that the woman I spoke to over the chat service made a mistake. She said that increasing my data to 6GB would solve the problem but that day that I spoke to her my data was already at approximately 10GB. So by her increasing my data, she accomplished absolutely nothing. After speaking with his manager Matthew said he could refund 45$ and 105$ totaling 150$ total. I would eat the increase in data to 12GB which I said was fair enough. He said I would see the 45$ credited back the same day and that he would text me to let me know it was there (which he never did) and that his manager had to approve the $105 and I would see it on my account within 2 business days. That credit was never applied to my account.
    So Friday March 21 I get a phone call that morning saying my phone will be shut off once again. I called back (while at work, AGAIN) and spoke with Angelica. She told me that there was no credit of 105$ on my account nor were there any notes saying there should be. I was then passed to Dale Hull, her supervisor. I went through the whole situation, yet again, and Dale sent an email to Matthew, his supervisor and his boss asking them to looking into the situation and contact me. At the time all three were at work according to Dale. That was at 6pm Eastern time Friday. Then Saturday morning I called Dale at 10:30AM Eastern time to follow up. We had a short conversation where he told me that they would be arriving to work at 12noon Eastern time and he forwarded them my email again with an additional note to say it was an urgent situation. Dale told me he would be at work until 6pm eastern time and that I could follow up with him if I still hadn’t heard back. I called at 5:30PM Eastern time and his direct number routed me to an automated system and I wasn’t even given the option to leave him a voicemail. I then drafted an email to him and tried sending it but apparently I am unable to send him an email. I was a little confused why he would give me my email if he’s unable to receive one from someone outside the Verizon network. But overall Dale seemed to be helpful.
    It is now Sunday March 23 and the situation is still unresolved. I would like the fees credited back to my account and my service ended – without being assessed a cancellation fee. My time is valuable and all the time spent talking to Verizon while I was supposed to be doing my job prevented me from making money as a commissionable employee. Not only that but it reflects poorly on me to my superiors."
    This is the summary I had typed up regarding my experience in March 23. After than I spoke with a supervisor named Penny in Little Rock who switched my plan to 60$ unlimited talk and text with 2 GB of data and 1 GB promo data. She said it should be less than $80 after fees and insurance and that my employer discount wouldn't apply. She said she would back date it for my current billing cycle which started on the 18th. Said she would be calling me Monday April 21 from a 501 number to follow up.
    Now, the bill wasn't back dated, it didn't go into affect until my following bill that is due May 13. And she never called to follow up with me. On top of that I just realized that when she "fixed" my plan she removed my insurance. So when I dropped my phone and shattered the screen this morning after all the hours and frustration and stress I have spent dealing with Verizon, I now don't have insurance to cover the broken phone.
    I have never ever experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life.
    All I want is to be released from my contract without being charged a $250 fee. I feel that after all the time, tears and money spent on this situation it's the least that Verizon can do for me.
    I look forward to a prompt response.

I'm unable to speak to the credits promised; as you mentioned earlier, we stated they are correct.

    I´m trying to use a proxy to invoke 2 other proxiers or more at the same time but when trying to build a Split Join is giving an Error about the Security that is in the WSDL which is WSSecurity, so far I think that SPlit Join can´t handle this and is a must right now so I´m trying to figure out how to Route a Message to two proxies or business services doesn´t matter if it is in a secuencial way.

    According to your description, it is contains non-English characters in your report. This problem occurs because the glyph IDs for some non-English characters have changed in some font files.
    In Cumulative Update #1 for SQL Server 2008 is automatic full font embedding and subsetting for Unicode characters in Reporting Services 2008 PDF rendering. Please update SSRS 2008 to SSRS 2008 CU1 to resolve the issue.
    There is a KB article about Incorrect characters appear in a SQL Server Reporting Services report after you export it to a PDF file, you can refer to it.

    ME always accepts references only.you can do this in two ways,
    1. Form a string with respective business object + site + object and pass.(ex: SFCBO:<SITE>,<SFC>) and then pass as reference.
    2. through SOAP UI request XML. ex:

    ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Anything else is a hack.
    If it was hacked/jailbroken to unlock it, you can't get help here per the terms of service. It is most likely now bricked.

    Install Snow Leopard or Lion on the other computer. From that computer sign into the App Store with the same Apple ID used to purchase Mountain Lion. Click on the Purchases icon in the toolbar. Locate the Mountain Lion entry which should now have an active Install/Download button on the right.

    1. After downloading Mountain/Lion you must first save the Install Mac OS X Mountain/Lion application. After Mountain/Lion downloads DO NOT click on the Install button. Go to your Applications folder and make a copy of the Mountain/Lion installer. Move the copy into your Downloads folder. Now you can click on the Install button. You must do this because the installer deletes itself automatically when it finishes installing.
    2. Get a USB flash drive that is at least 8 GBs. Prep this flash drive as follows:
    Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
    After DU loads select your flash drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
    Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
    Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
    Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
    Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to an hour depending upon the flash drive size.
    3. Locate the saved Mountain/Lion installer in your Downloads folder. CTRL- or RIGHT-click on the installer and select Show Package Contents from the contextual menu. Double-click on the Contents folder to open it. Double-click on the SharedSupport folder. In this folder you will see a disc image named InstallESD.dmg.
    4. Plug in your freshly prepared USB flash drive. You are going to clone the content of the InstallESD.dmg disc image to the flash drive as follows:
    Double-click on the InstallESD.dmg file to mount it on your Desktop.
    Open Disk Utility.
    Select the USB flash drive from the left side list.
    Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
    Select the USB flash drive volume from the left side list and drag it to the Destination entry field.
    Drag the mounted disc icon from the Desktop into the Source entry field.
    Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
    When the clone is completed you have a fully bootable installer that you can use without having to re-download Mountain/Lion.
    Note: The term Mountain/Lion used above means Lion or Mountain Lion.
    As an alternative to the above you can try using Lion DiskMaker 2.0 that automates the process.
