Bulkloader issue-javax.naming.NameNotFoundExce whilerunnng load_cm_data.cmd

Hi
I am trying to use bulk loader to load contents to repository.
When i ran load_cm_data.cmd the following error is coming.
Any idea what the reason could be.

  • JNDI lookup from OC4J to weblogic throws javax.naming.NameNotFoundException

    Hi All,
    We have the below setup in our production environment.
    EJB application is deployed in the Weblogic 10.3.4.0 Server on Sun Solaris. The EJB version is 3.0
    OC4J 10.2.0 is running on another Sun Solaris machine.
    There are 2 webservice applications WEBSERV1 & TestSoapEJB running on this OC4J container.
    We need to do lookup the EJBs deployed on the Weblogic server. For this we used the below logic in the web service's Stateless session bean:
    String weblogicURL = "";
    Properties props = new Properties();
    try
    props.load(Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader().getResourceAsStream("wl.properties"));
    weblogicURL     = props.getProperty("weblogicURL");
    catch (FileNotFoundException e)
    e.printStackTrace();
    catch (IOException e)
    e.printStackTrace();
    Context ctx = null;
    Hashtable ht = new Hashtable();
    ht.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory");
    ht.put(Context.SECURITY_PRINCIPAL,"weblogic");
    ht.put(Context.SECURITY_CREDENTIALS,"weblogic654");
    ht.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, weblogicURL);
    ctx = NamingManager.getInitialContext(ht) ;
    // tried using //ctx = new InitialContext(ht); same behavior.
    TestEJB.AdministratorEJB ejb = (TestEJB.AdministratorEJB) ctx.lookup("TestEJB#TestEJB.AdministratorEJB");
    ctx.close();
    When we first test first WEBSER1, the lookup is fine.
    But when we test the second webservice WEBSER2, the webservice name itself not able to lookup: It gives the below error:
    javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: remaining name: env/TestSoapEJB
    Below is the stack throws thrown on browser:

    It seems that, the OC4J is looking in Weblogic context. But it should be looking in its own context. How to resolve this issue.
    The same case happens if i restart the OC4J and first test the TestSoapEJB the lookup is fine . But if i test the WEBSERV1 , it throws the same error as above. In short, if one of the webservices lookup is working fine, the other webservice is not working. At the same time only one webservice's lookup is working.
    Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
    regards,
    Zia

    I work now more that two days on this error!!!
    -> I remade my complete jdev project, it did not work!
    -> I deleted the jdev/system/j2ee/oc4j/workspace dir
    -> I search for some .lock files
    -> and many more tries!!! But without success...
    Is there a way to reset the Embedded OC4J?

  • Naming error: javax.naming.NoInitialContextException

    I get the below error message when I try to run the testing class below that. I googled the exception and read:
    This exception is thrown when no initial context implementation can be created. The policy of how an initial context implementation is selected is described in the documentation of the InitialContext class.
    // then I read this: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/adiehelp/index.jsp?topic=/com.sun.api.doc/javax/naming/NoInitialContextException.html
    This exception can be thrown during any interaction with the InitialContext, not only when the InitialContext is constructed. For example, the implementation of the initial context might lazily retrieve the context only when actual methods are invoked on it.
    I really dont understand what I read. Could someone please explain what my issue is and why it is occurring and how I could fix it.
    Thank you in advance,

    Aleen - Thank you for your help but I just dont get what you are saying at all! I am reading through all the links and its just not clicking with me. Is it possible for you to show me a vague example of what you mean?
    What do you mean by system properties/enviroment parameters? Do you mean what is in my web.xml/server.xml, like so?
    public static Connection grabConnection() {
            Connection conn = null;
            try {
                Context ctx = (Context)new InitialContext().lookup("java:comp/env");
                DataSource ds = (DataSource)ctx.lookup("jdbc/connectDB");
                conn = ds.getConnection();
            } catch(SQLException e) { System.err.println("SQL error: " + e);
            } catch(NamingException n) { System.err.println("Naming error: " + n);
            return conn;

  • JNDI - javax.naming.NameNotFoundException

    Hi,*
    I am new to JNDI. I am trying to execute the below mentioned code eg given in help topic in sun website.
    ** Included JAR files[fscontext.jar, provideutil.jar]*
    ** passing /classes as command line argument as mentioned in that example.[not sure its the right way]*
    ** I am using RAD to compile and execute the application.*
    *import javax.naming.Context;

    System.+exit+(-1);
    String name = argv[0];
    // Here we use the file system service provider
    Hashtable env = new Hashtable();
    env.put(Context.+INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY+, "com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory");
    try {

    Hello:
    I display the full context of the connection factory in the application that publish the message:
    Full context is :
    Enviroment is : {java.naming.corba.orb=com.sun.enterprise.iiop.POAEJBORB@ec4a87}
    And in the web service when i create the initial context the full context is:
    Full context is : java:
    Enviroment is : {java.naming.factory.initial=org.apache.naming.java.javaURLContextFactory, java.naming.factory.url.pkgs=org.apache.naming}
    How can i see the connection factory in the Web Service, because the connection factory was created in other Application?

  • Javax.naming exception

    Hi,
    I have JRun as app server and IPlanet as web Server. I am getting the following error, when I am running my application.
    Can someone please let me know what I need to do to resolve this. Thanks in advance
    javax.naming.NamingException: java:comp/env namespace is only available from within a J2EE component
    Error loading reference result set. javax.naming.NamingException: java:comp/env namespace is only available from within a J2EE component

    Are you trying to run this standalone in an application? If so, that is your issue.

  • Distributed destination javax.naming.NameNotFoundException

    Hi, I have a JMS client (java application) that is trying to publish a message to a JMS queue. This queue is a distributed destination that resides on a cluster with 2 servers.
              When I try to lookup the queue name with
              Queue queue_final = (Queue) ctx.lookup(queueName);
              I get the following exception,
              'LAPPLoanStatusJMSExcep' Resolved [Root exception is javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'LAPPLoanStatusJMSExcep' Resolved ]; remaining name
              I can see this queue name under Distributed destinations and under the 2 servers.

    Did you manage to resolve this issue. I appear to be running into the same problem. It only occurs when i am trying to get hold of the queue. I have no problems when i am looking up the connection factory.
              regards

  • Question about javax.naming.Context (JDK 1.5.0)

    Hi again
    I am migrating from JDK 1.4.2 to 1.5.0 and I have one issue with the interface javax.naming.Context:
    Th original code has something like:
    (import section)
    public class ContextImplementation implements Context {
        public ContextImplementation() {
        [some stuff]
        public NamingEnumeration<NameClassPair> list(String s) throws NamingException
            return list(((Name) (new CompositeName(s))));
        public NamingEnumeration<NameClassPair> list(Name name) throws NamingException {
            return listBindings(name); // <<----- (A)
        public NamingEnumeration<Binding> listBindings(String s) throws NamingException {
            return listBindings(((Name) (new CompositeName(s))));
        public NamingEnumeration<Binding> listBindings(Name name) throws NamingException  {
            throw new NamingException("Operation Not Supported");
    }(A)
    I got the message: Type mismatch: cannot convert from NamingEnumeration<Binding> to NamingEnumeration<NameClassPair>
    Researching over the net I found that Binding extends from NameClassPair, but I don't have much experience deailing with this new Generics
    Could anyone guide me to the right direction?
    Any help would be appreciate.

        public NamingEnumeration<NameClassPair> list(Name name) throws NamingException {
            //return listBindings(name);
             return listBindingsForNameClassPair(name);
        // I wrote another one
        public NamingEnumeration<NameClassPair> listBindingsForNameClassPair(Name name) throws NamingException  {
            throw new NamingException("Operation Not Supported");
        }What do you think?

  • Javax.naming.NamingException: Could not obtain InitialContext for URL

    Hello Folks,
    I am getting an error
    "javax.naming.NamingException: Could not obtain InitialContext for URL" when I am trying to call a servlet(deployed in an ear file in weblogic server) from a client.
    Any help or suggestion would be highly appeciable. Please let me know if any further information is required
    Regards
    Pankaj

    I encounter the same issues when using the TimerTask to access the JNDI tree. I have found success when I move my business logic to an EJB and call my EJB from my TimerTask. It's a bit more work, but not much. The EJB inherits it's identity based on it's configuration and has no trouble accessing the JNDI tree whenever it's called. Try this and see if your problem doesn't go away.
    Hope this helps,
    Perry Tew
