Business Partner problem (FOXJ)

Dear SAP Gurus,
I am having problem when create business partner via tcode FOXJ. System gave me message:
Number range  does not exist
Message no. B0101
Diagnosis
Number range &1 is not defined in partner or customer management.
System Response
Business partner data is not saved.
Procedure
Create the missing number range in Customizing for business partner or customer management, and migrate the Customizing of the selected business partner grouping.
This business partner grouping refers either to a non-existent business partner number range or to a customer account group that was not assigned an existing number range.
Where can i maintain this nuber range in config (SPRO)? Help me please.

then please check if in:
BP Grouping: Assign Number Range, Account Group          
a number range is defined for the grouping assigned above.

    Hi Guys,
    I am having a problem with an approval procedure for a single BP in SAP.  I have created a query as below.  This is based when a Sales orders with a business partner coded ZZZ004 is entered.  Only this specific ZZZ004 should trigger the approval alert.  This query below sort of work but it is triggering all business partner which is not what i need.  Can someone point me what i need to change to trigger BP ZZZ004 to trigger the alert?

  • Problem in Creation of business partner

    i create business partner with the help of BAPI_ISUPARTNER_CREATE_FROM_DATA
    i want to add mobile number but there is no any field such like mobile number in address data table.
    But there is separate table of telephone data. When i use this table to store the mobile or telephone number at that time bapi stores the data on the telephone table in independent communication but not in direct communication fields .
    Please , suggest me what i do to store the data in direct communication instead of indirect communication.

    There are 2 kinds of communication data -
    1. Address dependent- this is linked to the address, and would need to be created / changed using BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE. You need to pass the BP number and the address number to which you want to link the tel / mobile number.
    2. Address independent  - this is directly linked to the BP, without dependency on the BP's address. You can modify such data using BUPA_CENTRAL_CHANGE.
    Now, you can decide which fields you want filled, and accordingly use the correct FM. Second point - how to make sure the number gets created as a mobile, and not normal telephone. There is a field called R3 user in the table ADR2, and also in the Telephone structures that you fill while calling the FMs mentioned before. Make sure you pass the correct value of R3 user ( i think it is 2 for mobile, but you can check it by looking at the value range for this element in ADR2 through transaction SE11).By default, R3 user is 1, which denotes landline telephone. To create mobile numbers, pass R3 user = 2 (or whatever value you look up from the value range).
    This should solve your problem.

  • Problem in Creating a Business Partner Role

    Hi Frns,
    I am trying to create a BP Role from CAC->SAP Business Partner->Business Partner->Business partner Roles->Define BP Roles.
    I copied BUP003 and given my BP Role name as ZEmp.
    When i try to save it, it is giving an error message saying
    "NO STANDARD ASSIGNMENT DEFINED FOR BP ROLE CATEGORY BBP003".
    I have checked in BBP003 Category in the same.
    What could be the problem?

             You have Created a BP Role,
    You must also have assgned the Same to a BP Role Category Check the Settings for BP Role Category Assignment and when Appropriate you shall Assign Std Assignment of BP Role Category to your BP Role by Selecting the Check Box

    Use
    The role category makes it possible for SAP and customer programs to program on the BP role.
    Dependencies
    The role category depends on a differentiation type.
    Any number of BP roles can be assigned to a role category, with one role always acting as the standard role per role category.
    It is possible to control the update of a role by assigning a role category to a role.

  • Problem in Creating Business Partner in E-REC system.

    Hi Dear Friends,
                                We are using SAP E-REC as External Instance . Problem is when we move Master data from ECC to E-REC infotype 1001 ( Sub type A 0008 ) is not moving so that Business Partner also not getting Created . I checked the INBOUND and OUTBOUND of IDOC there is no issue .   I tried with report HRALXSYNC where i could see (All Objects > Central Persons > Without Partner) when i tried to Repair i ended with  warning  message '
    Form of address 0001 does not exist and  Form of address 0002 does not exist
    .  However i got SAP note " 1412534 - Message "Form of address & does not exist" when creating BP"
    I couldn't understand what is this form of address ? how to maintain this ? if it is mandatory how it has created  BP for remaining users?  
    Also i tried with RHINTE00.10,20,30 programs , Can anyone help me to solve this issue ?
    And some time when i use PFAL Central Person itself not created . . how to fix this ? ?

    Hello Saket,
    The error "Personal Address does not exist" (AM013) indicates a DB inconsistancy. That is the address number in table BUT020 does not have data in table ADRC. Please check whether this is your case.
    If you can recreate such error in a non-modified SAP enverionment, please raise a customer message to SAP.
    To correct the inconsistancies, please use the reports in note 865271 and note 1096330.

  • Problem with BDOCS Business Partner CRM - PSCD(R/3)

    I have a problem with BDOCS (Middleware, Data Exchange Synchronization).
    I configured only Synchronization for Business Partner Type “2” Organization and “3” Group”(In the Initial Load).  However, when PSCD add or modify “Identification Number” (table : BUT0ID) for other types of Business Partner, for example type “1” Person, the BDOCS generate a update in CRM (inbound queue) specifically produced a show processes in PSCD, because the table  TRFCOUT progressively grow, and also in the outbound queues table.
    Do you have any idea what happen ??
    or if i can use a kind of filter to the Bdocs online??
    Because i only can filter the BDOCS in the initial load but not in the bdocs online.

    Hi,
    Configuring the business partner integration from R/3 is done in the PIDE-transaction on the R/3-side and in the customer_main object on CRM-side. Simply enter the filter settings in the object, sync it with R/3, check your filter settings in table CRMFILTAB on the R/3 side.

  • Problem with Business Partner List - State

    I'm using SAP B1 2007A. We recently added several International countries and their regions (states). We are having a problem with the state that appears on the Business Partner List (list that appears when you search using part of a company name or *). The query that gets the data does not take into consideration the Country where the state is located. The result is that the query returns the first state it finds based on the state code not the state associated with the country.
    Is there a fix for this query or is there a way I can adjust the query to get the correct state results in the Business Partner List.

    No. Different state name but same state code.
    Ex:
    GA - Georgia in USA
    GA - Galapagos Islands in Galapagos Islands
    When searching for the Business Partner the city is Atlanta the Country is USA but the State is Galapagos Islands not Georgia.

  • DTW Problem - Business Partner Upload

    HI everyone,
    I have a question regarding the upload of business partner in the DTW. I am using two templates the Business Partner and the Business Partner Address. After the upload process, only the first record has been successfully uploaded according to the LOG File and the succeeding record has an error.
    "An account with the same code already exists.(OCRD.Cardcode). '200002'Application defined or object defined error 65171".
    But when I look into the database no record has been added. I see to it that the Test Run box is also unchecked.
    What seems to be the problem?

  • Problem with business partner

    Hello everyone,
    I have this problem:
    ive been using extractor 0crm_sales_act_1 for crm, but i just realized that there is no business partner for my activities. I do have a business partner associated to my service order, but not to my activity that belongs to my service order in the extractor.
    I checked on the configuration for crm, and they do have a business partner for every activity, how do i get that?
    I want to link the same business partner that i have for my service order to my activity in the extractor 0crm_sales_act_1.

  • Archive Link Authorization problem for Business Partner.

    Hi Experts,
    Currently we are attaching documents to respective objects through Tr. OAWD & these documents are available in service for object as attachment, until this it is working fine.
    But we are facing problem of authorization for archive link of ISU- Business Partner. Letu2019s say we had two users USER-A & USER-B responsible to upload documents of Business partners started with 1 & 2 respectively.
    We needed authorization control for USER A&B so that,
    USER-A should upload documents for Business Partner 1001 to 1999
    & USER-B should upload documents for Business Partner 2001 to 2999
    we need to know can we restrict USER A&B so that they can not upload documents for Business Partner for which they are not responsible. we allready checked the roles "SAP_BC_SRV_ARL_*  " but not found useful to restrict USER A&B.

  • Problem in Creating Business Partner through BP

    Hi All,
    I am facing a problem in creating a business partner through transaction BP. I am selecting the Create Person tab. Selecting 'Employee' as BP role, choosing Xxternal Assignment. I am also giving mandatory fields like First name , last name and country. When i am saving it it is getting saved but an error message comes which says "Personal Address does not exist".
    The entry comes in table BUT000 also but when I go to BP transaction again and open the Business partner it is not opening giveing the same error message. Please help in resolving this.

  • Problem with BP. Assignment: Business partner person to user not unique

    I have a problem with a user. They have no BP assigned in PPOSA_BBP. We have found a BP in transaction BP.
    When we try the BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE the message BBP_UM_UI048 appear" Assignment: Business partner person to user not unique" .
    Any idea about how solve this??

    The user needs to be attached to the Org Plan. (PPOMA_BBP)
    Have you maintained the Contact person for this USer in the Org Plan. (PPOMA_BBP) ?

  • Problem when saving business partner on creation or changing

    When i create a business partner in fmcac1 it is taking an eternity when saving. i am also encountering the same problem when saving changes in transaction fmcac2. its hanging when i click the save button but if i terminate the job the changes woul have been made. what might be causing the problem.
    When i terminate the process am getting the message as shown below
    Dev: SAP System message
    Panic: Unrecoverable errors occured

    well there are really many possibilities for that.
    have you once waited, if the task will finish?
    if it does finish i would suggest to do a SQL-Trace with TA ST05.
    If this is possible, the performance trace will show you quite by detail where your process time is beeing used.
    To find out why so much time is used in that position then is another thing.
    But once you got the problem identified you should be able to exlude some reasons like (inperformant selects or such).

  • Problem when creating business partner

    I have a problem when creating business partner from T-code BP
    I can't input vendor number in company code header data
    The vendor account field is set to required entry.
    When create business partner, I make some entry like :
    Business partner category : organization
    BP Role                           : Landlord with vendor account
    Grouping                          : external number assignment
    Company Code                 : 1000
    The problem is everytime i try to input vendor number, it always failed.
    The Vendor account field always display ' <external> '
    It's strange.. the vendor field it's seem locked by grouping
