Call list generation with Target group ( 5 k ) records

Hello Experts,
While generating call list for the target group which consists of 5 k records , system is generating call list for few records and leaving the remaining. Is there set process as this no of records to be in target group while generating call list ?? .

    alternatively to check  table CRMD_ORDERADM_H directly you can use the related transactions search for the campaign:
    This should bring all activities generated by the campaign. If this is empty first check the job log of the campaign execution job again:
    This gives information if any target group members have business transactions created. If the log does not contain the required information you can debug from SM37. The business transactions (activities, leads, sales orders) are generated from function module CRM_MKTTGGRP_PROC_CREATE.

  • Trade promotion with target group

    At my client place, following scenario is present as
    Trade promotion with target group is created and then rebate agreement is being generated in R3 and executed.
    Here i am facing an issue where , only one rebate agreement is getting created for all partners in target group instead of separate rebate agreement is getting created per partner in target group.

    BoM in ERP becomes a structured product in CRM when downloaded by the middleware.  For TPM, we use them for the display pallet scenario.

    Has really nobody worked with transport groups in ChaRM??

    I agree with Prakhar - admin/operator who performs the actual import into production must be VERY careful:
    in case when you have several target systems in the transport route, when you release transport from source system, the transport is exported into the buffer of EVERY target system that is defined in the route - no matter how you group your target systems.
    In the Task List however each producton system will have it's own CTS project generated.
    So your operator must be very well aware of which production system is accotiated with which CTS-project so to execure Import from SCMA correctly, and also be aware of what transports are in the buffer of that system at that time - there will be no pick-n-choose once Import is run.
    The import into production will NOT be made via SCMA or the change request itself, but directly in STMS via the QA buffer.
    We will generate an email with the target systems and transport request numbers out of the change request and send it to the basis team. They are not going to work in the Solution Manager.
    So, actually we need that the target group to be written directly in the transport request itself.
    Do you think this is possible?
    But I don't agree that it is a good idea to create multiple maintenance projects (i.e. separate for each production system) - if all your PRD* systems are fed from the same DEV... In this case it must be just one maintenance project with multiple target systems, I think.
    It is ok if the transports are written to all production buffers.

    hey,
          You will first have to maintain the calling hrs fo the business partners in transaction BP under the tab <b>Control</b>. also maintain the calling hrs for the contact presons via the relationship tab.
        Once this is done you can generate the call list via transaction <b>CRMD_CALL_LIST </b> here you will have to maintain the followin settings.
    transaction type: Pcal
    BP number :
    Business hrs: A calling hrs
    Under call list tick generate call list
    mention the responsible user and organization
    and tick on activate assigned list.
    now go to transaction <b>CRMD_TM_CLDIST</b>
    Find you call list initiall it will be inactive assign your org to it and activate it.
    Now create a call list profile and assign it to your Ic Web profile.

    In CRM Portal, It is not showing the page which I can choose Attributes list in order to create profile groups and target groups.
    I'm looking for something similar as tcode: CRMD_MKTSEG in SAP GUI.
    I have already assigned Marketing Manager/Assistant in my profile.

    Assign Transaction category CRMD_MKTSEG to your user role for GUI as well as Portal(PCUI),
    u'll see the Segment Builder tab in PCUI screen, u can create profile/sets and target groups.

  • Determination Criteria for Questionnaires with Target Group howto transport

    Hi Experts,
    if I do the Determination Customizing for my Surveys in the Development System I don´t have the Target Groups I am having in Quality or Productive System. As the Determination is Customizing in SPRO, I wouldnt want to change the Target Groups in P System.
    How do you handle/ transport this? Do I have to have the same Target Groups in all Systems (with same name)?

    Hi Lorena,
    The criteria that you have in Criteria Set might not be matching what you enter without the criteria set. You might want to recheck that. And as far as I remember, you can't setup questionnaire determination for campaigns.

  • Call list synchronization with Dialer

    is there possibility that when agent reschedules call in ICWin the call will be sent to Dialer the same moment (call will be rescheduled to the same call list)?
    is there some tool to synchronize
    except tool that only sends call list after activating to Dialer?

    you say this is not possible in standard?(i think only sending call list to CTI after Activating call list is possible)
    using the same function modules that send call list to dialer and
    launch them after Rescheduler component was launched (and rescheduled call)
    is possible?
    but it needs programmer to do it.
    If you now some/any things that does not allow to do it, please write.

    Is it possible to query an LDAP group and retrieve all the members of the group?
    For example, if I have an LDAP group with members' login name, I want to retrieve all login names and populate a select list so the end-user can choose a login name from the group.

    The problem is the second query. I would guess that the TO_CHAR(co) is not unique for each account, but is the same for the accounts. And as the second item in the select-list is the listitems values, all your listitem-entries have the same value. therefore, of you select any entry, the list will always go the the first entry again.
    Adjust your query.

  • Call list: no calls to select

    Hi experts,
    I have created a call list from a target group with 8 BP´s, and then I have assigned it to a IC Agent.
    In WebClient, with the IC Agent Rol, I go to call list, and it appears corretly, but when i click in "show calls" button, it shows no calls to select. I have checked my call list at GUI, and  the 8 calls have the Ready status. Anybody knows why don´t appears in WebClient to select?

    Hi,
    now, appears the calls, and the problem exposed before was fixed. But if calls was created from a campaign, when i try to access to the campaign clicking the "show campaign" button, it have no effects.

  • Enhance target group result list

    I'm faced a requirement to enhance the result list of a target group with some SAP standard fields. Essentially persons and organizations data have to be combined in one list to export to excel.
    In the configuration I found # 30 "blank" fields to use for this purpuse. Unfortunately I have no idea how to fill these fields.
    Any suggestions.

    you can use BAdI CRM_MKTTG_SEG_MEM_EX to enhance the structure CRMT_MKTTG_GENIL_TG_I_ATTR. This contains up to 30 user defined fields. Please refer to the customizing:
    --> Marketing --> Segmentation --> Business Add-Ins (BAdIs)
    --> BAdI: Define Display and Export for Target Group Members List
    The fields are then mapped to the context node TARGETGROUPITEM in view SEGED_HV/TargetGroupItemEOL.

    Do you know how to add your songs on the "On-The-Go" list to begin with?
    On the song you want, press the center button until it flashes; then you check in your "On-The-Go" list ans it should be there.
    If you were doing this any differently then that's why it didn't work.

  • Marketing call lists

    I have a BIG problem with our call list management process. We are configuring the marketing scenario in our CRM 4.0 system in order to generate several calls from a given target group.
    Our problem is based on the agent distribution (of these calls) because we don't find any way to distribute these calls based on rules. (We need assign the generated calls
    to different call center agents based on a specific customer criteria. The manual assignment provided by CRMD_TM_CLDIST tcode is not absolutely usefull for our customer).
    We noticed that we can do this if we use CRMD_CALL_LIST (instead marketing planner) combined with the Assignmnet Profile (IMG-CRM-IC WinClient - Call List) and
    assignment rule development (CRM_CLM_ASSIGNC_BADI BADI).
    <b>Do you know any alternative way to distribute calls from an automatic marketing generated call lists?</b>
    I need some help with this issue urgently

    Thanks for your answer but this solution is not valid for our requirements. We need to assign the marketing calls from a postal code perspective for example.
    If the sold.to.party postal code is in a specific range, we need to assign the call to the Agent XX.
    I think this is a development requirement but I don't know where's the BADI or whatever.

  • How to enable the target Group option "Dispaly target Group"  in WebUI

    hello All,
    I am Working on Market Role in CRM 7.0 here when we search for the segment from the Marketing Work center and select any one segment from the search i.e profile set .After that when we click on the graphical Modeler button  on the top . That takes to a view where in we can see icons with target group on the right top in the view when we right click on the icon we get options eg: count,export to file etc here we dont have an option call "Display Target Group" but this option is avaiable in the GUI . How can we get this option on to the webUI can any one help me out in this regards.

    I don't think you can get a button like this. You are not supposed to view the content of the target group from within the graphical modeler. You have to see this from the traditional CRM WebClient user interface. There you will see the members of the target group when clicking on the target group name.
    From the graphical modeler the only thing you can do is to right click the target group and export it to a file.
