Calling a BSP page from ABAP programme

Dear Friends...
        I am cslling a BSP... from an ABAP program... for that I have used this class and also a function module to ckeck.. actually from the abap program it invoks the BSP page very nicely and as my logic for invoking the BSP is a part of the Business Object and it is associated with the Enterprise portal so... when i reach the ep and trigger that business object to instantiate the BSP page from my calling logic of abap... it goes to the ITS and port 80 or something and didnt produce the BSP.. and only the blank screen was there...kindly help me how i am supposed to instantiate the BSP from properly from ABAP by interfacing the EP... my code is given below...
data :
    lv_url type string.
concatenate
    'http://sapdevbp.sbic.co.za:8041/sap(bD1lbiZjPTIwMA==)'

Instead of hard coding the URL try to get the URL of the BSP application with the below code
CALL METHOD cl_http_ext_webapp=>create_url_for_bsp_application
EXPORTING
bsp_application = '<BSP application name'
bsp_start_page = <start page e.g default.htm>
bsp_start_parameters = params " any parameter you want to pass along with url
IMPORTING
local_url = url.
Then try out passing the URL to the execute function

What about a popup or (i)frames?
If not, what about navigation to the second page if a certain value is filled in:

Call a HTML page from ABAP dynamically

Hi,
My requirement : I need send information to a specific URL in a HTML format and get a response ( just the status)
We are using an implicit enhancement to gather the details for this. Once the values are populated into form we need to send this form to a specific URL when the customer is getting saved on XD01/ XD02.
The HTML will not be shown to the user hence I cannot download and then use the execute option using CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES. ( I have already tried this option and it working perfectly fine )
Any suggestions of the best way of achieving this ?

I want to call BSP Application from ABAP. I've searched the forum and they all are displaying BSP Page in Container of the Screen. My requirement is to show it in a web browser. For that matter I am generating URL to call BSP Application. Following is the code which is throwing short dump.

What is the dump? also you should uncomment the following lines to receive the exception thrown by the FM

How to call a standard page from a custom BSP-iView by URL

Dear readers,
I have to implement a scenario as described in the guide "Administration of the Business Package for SAP CRM 4.0", chapter "Object Links in the Portal" scenario 1 and/or 2 (page 404).
In my case, a custom iView-BSP lists certain business partners in a tree view as hyperlinks. Which URL do I have to use for these hyperlinks to call the "Accounts" page (within role Account Management (com.sap.pct.crm.AccountManager)) with the selected business partner.
The guide informs that there exists among others a table CRMC_PRT_ROLE_MO where I can find the ID Page/Servie URL for each Role/CRM Object type/CRM Method.
My question is if I can use this URL fragment within the URL I have to build, and if yes, how must I construct the full URL to call the account page? If now, which URL must I use to call the account page?

1) Get the OAF page function name
2) Personalize the form, by calling the OAF page function
a) Function Code: Give the OAF function code
b) Parameter: Here pass the parameters
example: ='contractLineId='||:OKS_LINES.ID
Note: If you are calling from a custom form you can also try using fnd_function.execute to call the OAF page

IP - Is it possible to call exit planning function from ABAP Report..

Greetings.
Is it possible to call exit planning function from ABAP Report (t-code SE38) ? Or I mean is not limited only to be called from ABAP Report, perhaps from BSP / Web-Dynpro / Function Module.
If somebody here has been doing it before, I'm keen to ask to kindly share it. Particularly how to call and transfer data to that exit function.
Or if somebody has done in BPS, appreciate if it can be shared too .

You can achive this as suggested by Mattias in your previous post.
Lets say you have next data structure:
CostCenter | Amount | PercentForDistibution |
Create input ready query in this format. Restrict cost center by variable type range.
Create WAD with analysis item.
When you run web page you enter range of cost centers (lets say you will enter 101004 to 101010).
I assume you have data only for 101004 in your cube (lets say 1000).
You will see only one record in your webpage.
CostCenter | Amount | PercentForDistibution |
101004       | 1000     | NOTHING
When you create WAD in analysis item properties set "NUMBER_OF_NEW_LINES" to lets say 1 (so in WAD you will see always one blank line for entering new data).
Just add 6 new records:
CostCenter | Amount   | PercentForDistibution |
101005       | NOTHING| 10
101006       | NOTHING| 30
101007       | NOTHING| 20
101008       | NOTHING| 25
101009       | NOTHING| 5
101010       | NOTHING| 10
Then run planning FOX function like this:
FOREACH Z_COST_CENTER.
IF {Amount, Z_COST_CENTER} <> 0
Z_AMNT_TO_DISTRIBUTE = {Amount, Z_COST_CENTER}.
ENDIF.
ENDFOR.
FOREACH Z_COST_CENTER.

It is not perfect FOX, but as an idead, it should work.

For your question,it depends on how you want to call your BSP application.
Do you want to navigate from one BSP page to other or you want some link which leads to the other BSP application.?

The answer to that question really depends upon the SAP WebAS (or Basis as it used to be known) release you are on.

do you want to have a link the ITS page which calls a BSP page or do want a simple call the ITS url should redirect you to BSP page?
for your explanation i understand that calling a ITS service should automatically redirect to BSP page - in such a case you can just use url redirection by using meta tag or reidrect using javascript.

But i dont understand the reason why you would want to do this.

1. Hope you have placed the custom jsp page (which you have downloaded from server) under "jdevhome\jdev\myhtml\OA_HTML" directory ?
2. Try to run the custom jsp page from Jdeveloper directly and check whether its working properly or not ?
(i.e. add jsp page to any project in Jdeveloper then right click on jsp page and select Run xxx.jsp)
3. If page errors out then custom jsp page seems require few parameters to run it successfully. Pass all requied parameters and test.
4. There is no problem in the way you are calling jsp page from OAF page.

I have one question regarding this.
The usage of the UI element link "link to URL" is pretty much understandable to call a stanalone application.
Whereas the usage of suspend and resume plugs, how does it work for BSP applications? For two WD components we can connect the plugs and it works.
As I do not know about BSP, does it have in/out plugs like WD components?
If so how to create the navigation link for this.
Please explain.
