I need to have the Adobe export, but it cannot be bought from Guatemala. i want to know how can i buy it? the ad says that can be bought worldwide from any of the online stores... any help of how can i get it? thank you!

I've been trying to find an affordable way to buy Adobe Creative Cloud for some time. As I'm from Europe (Poland), I don't have enough money to pay the price in euro. I could, however, buy it from an American online store (e.g. here: Adobe Creative Cloud 1-Year Subscription 61101750 B&H Photo | B&H Photo Video ). It's the maximum price I can pay. The question is: will I be able to use it here in Poland and will it be legal to do so? I would appreciate an honest response.

Buying a music from other country

Hi to all and this is my first time asking a question here so I hope somebody could help me.
I live in Philippines and I want to buy an album in the japan itunes store or gift this album to my friend... Is it possible even if my account is in the Philippines?
I realized I can switch to the japan itunes store but I don't have a billing address in japan so I'm hesitating to buy because I may breach apple's terms and conditions.

You can only buy content from your own country's store - you need to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country on your account, to be able to buy from its store. So if you are in the Philippines then you can only buy from the Philippine store, and you can only gift content from that store to other people who are in the Philippines (you can't gift to another country).
If you and the intended recipient of the gift are both in the Philippines then you could try requesting that the album be added to your store, but unless the rights-holder agrees to then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

First you will have problems even purchasing it from another country. The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. I don't know if there would be issues actually playing it if you did eventually get it on your computer. There must be people who buy content in one country, then move to another country and I would think we would see many complaints here if all their old content suddenly stopped working.

Since this type of licensing is not yet available here in the Philippines, they are suggesting that they can purchase it in their country.

No, you can only buy content from your own country's store - to be able to buy form another store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it. You can try requesting that the content that you want be added to the US store, but ultimately it's the content providers (record companies, film studios etc) that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
