Ok try and reset the ipod while it is plugged into the computer. Also you can try to use a different usb port and make sure that all other usb devices except the keyboard and the mouse are not plugged in. Also try and change the drive letter on the ipod. To change the drive letter type in on the search box on the support page "how to change the drive letter on the ipod." If none of these steps work type in on the support page "msconfig." You can also try and take the ipod to another computer to see if that works. If it shows up on another computer it may be a problem with your computer. If the ipod doesn't show up take the ipod to the nearest apple store, or contact technical support to set the ipod up for repair.

No, you can use the picture as is, but it might enlarge it too much for you. iOS 7 enlarges the photo so that it can use parallax to "move" your home screen as you rotate your device.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

my iCloud Drive is activated in Beta (whatever that means), photo backup enabled and all that stuff. I can't for the life of me figure out how to view photos that are already in my iCloud photo stream on my phone.
bascially, everyone wants Apple to do a proper cloud storage option for high end media, majority people thought iCloud photo library beta was this great service purchase high storage all in the cloud, sadly the only thing it does decently is sync. If you want a real cloud photo storage option, choose another service. This is a beta so hopefully they wake up. I have NO idea what the point of selling higher tier storage options ( backup???) make any sense for a iCloud photo library user, you will certainly run out of storage on your device crippling yourself with reduce quality media rather then actually making use of the higher storage.
just really odd, you just simply have to scratch your head on iCloud photo library and the tier cloud pricing lol it's like a joke. -
I have installed ITUNES 5 times, each time telling it where I want my media folder Drige G: as my main drive is filling up. Yet after installing, and re-downloading my music it still puts it in Documenets and setting on my C drive. Is the ITUNES software so backward?
I am feeling so fedup I just want to retieve my music and say goodbye to ITUNES.

There should be a program that came with the camera that can view the AVCHD videos. It may have the ability to save-as other formats.
One program that is good for converting some video formats to M4V or MP4 required by iPad, is HandBrake. <Download Handbrake> If you can save the videos to an intermediate format, HandBrake may be able to complete the comversion to MP4.

I can only imagine your disappointment when you found two charges relating to its purchase on your debit card account, and I’m sorry for any aggravation this caused.

However, when orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. From there, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear. This is the case for your one charge of $1,051.69.
It also sounds like an error may have occurred when you initially attempted to place your order, resulting in one of your gift cards not registering properly and the order not being completed. Your card’s issuing bank doesn’t appear to have recognized this and pushed through the pending authorization. This occurred a second time when your account information didn’t quite match up with what we had on file. Please know that we haven’t ordered a collection of these funds and your issuing bank should release the two pending authorizations within 5 to 7 business days.

In the libary of iPhoto I do have double pictures only in the year 2006. Can someone please tell me how to remove the double pictures. I did rebuilt the libary but that solution did not help me any further.
I think the warning is very clear.
What warning? Where do you say that this plan you suggest will lose at least some, and possibly a whole lot of metadata, plus the original files of edited photos. This is significant dataloss. And you should warn people that this is the case.
While your metadata and originals may not be important to you, that is not necessarily the case for other users.

This is nonsense. The iPhoto Library has no need of "cleaning" and certainly not in any way that trashes a whole lot of data.
I'm very impressed that you assess the application based on the sound of the name. It's not a common way to review applications, but I'm sure it has some merit.
FWIW it has been recommended on this - and other - sites for many years and has proven safe and effective.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.
